I recently buy a HF synthesis module for MC3010/MC4000 in 40/41Mhz.

I have the documentation saying that I have to look at the table to find the
correspondance between the coding wheels and the channel but there no table
in the doc.

Can somebody give me this table (for 40/41 module)
