The marina called... ports were leaking, and auto bilge pump did not start. So,
I have minor water damage (or so I'm told... I'm heading to marina today) to
stuff in boat.

BUT, if I had this new water sensor I saw on Kickstarter.com I could have been
notified "magically" before the water rose to the cabin sole. They will be
available in May, and I plan to get one.

More about the "magic"... it is a battery operated WiFi gizmo that can have a
water sensor attached. When water is sensed, it can send a text, e-mail or
Tweet to you, where ever you are. Then you can call the marina, BEFORE they
notice your boat is riding low in the water!
