Ephesians 4:15-16
15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up
into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body,
joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and
builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Paul directs this comments to mature believers in his letter.
Learning to speak the truth with love is one of the toughest things
any of us can ever learn to do. Speaking the truth at all is
sometimes rare in the world we live in, so some people just aren't
used to hearing the truth. We have to communicate the truth of God's
Word and the truth that people need to hear everyday in a way that
shows how much we care. As we do that with our brothers and sisters
in Christ, we will see growth in them and in ourselves.
