The Modern Dancers' Co-Laboratory is a cooperative made up of professional modern dancers, teachers, performers, choreographers and facilitators who have a desire to share their talents and knowledge with other professionals as well as create new opportunities and build audiences. The Co-Laboratory is not a dance company or studio but is a group of artists who wish to foster new work, new opportunities and new audiences for the betterment of modern dance in San Antonio. The Co-Laboratory also acts as a touchbase for contemporary dancers who are new to the San Antonio area as well as those who are already living in the area and have become disconnected from modern dance and are seeking a contemporary dance home or community.
