Lifetime Fitness Triathlon July 11 Saturday 7:30 start time . This is a huge fun event . Professional triathletes will race for  $60,000 . Some of the best athletes of this type will be entered. Professionals go first at 7:30 AM. next elites,  next clydesdale ,athenas , age groups men & women. 3000 triathletes will run this race. There is 2 courses sprint and olympic racing at same time . Olympic is the bigger distance 1 mile swim , 25 mile bike, 6.2 mile run .Lake Nokomis Minneapolis is the starting place for swim. Bike is on River Road Parkway , run is around Nokomis Lake . This event has everything in triathlon . Free to go and you will likely see many people you know . Walt Johnson is entered in Olympic race .
