It entirely depends on details of your case, how complicated it to
prove, that it is false and get the other party punished for false
case. Also on your strength(paitence) to take to this logical end.
However whatever you do in real with the case, At upfront it is
better to show your ready to compromise to other party and get the
time and information to make your side strong.
During compromise you can record things and you can collect proofs for
your side of story and at the same time you can make points for the
extraction case. You can file extracation case against other party.
