Cracker Barrel Mints & Gum   Message List

Cracker Barrel has traditionally been a decent source for old fashioned style
candy and recent (high fructose corn syrup ladened) favorites in "vintage"
wrappers, but sadly weak on the mint tin offerings--until now.

I just picked up 4 new flavors of sugar-free mints (pumped with good ole
fashioned sorbitol and aspartame, yuuuummmy! Look ma! I'm glowing!) Peppermint,
Cinnamon, Wintergreen, and Summer Berry.

They have round, hinged tins of mints with mints shaped like BARRELS! No
kidding! (see photo:

)

They offer gum in the same flavors, but in rectangular, hinged tins.

The tins are cute and the mints are fairly tasty, but I really would've been
impressed had they gone the really old fashioned, wholesome route of sugar and
natural flavors.

Peace,
Lito
