We have before us a unique opportunity to maximize our
organization's impact on young people and the communities we serve.

Minnesota Jaycees Charitable Foundation and your gift's impact will
be amplified. The St. Paul Foundation, Minneapolis Foundation and Bush
Foundation have committed $500,000 in matching contributions to support
community investments in Minnesota.

The primary focus of the Minnesota Jaycees Charitable Foundation is to
support the leadership development programming and infrastructure of the
Minnesota Jaycees. The Minnesota Jaycees Charitable Foundation helps
enable the state organization to conduct strategic planning to help
focus the future of the organization and the resources we provide local
chapters. The Foundation also recently invested in anew roof for the
Chapter Service Center.

· Maintaining the building and other infrastructure that the
Minnesota Jaycees depend on at the Chapter Service Center (including a
