For Leaders of scouts and guides aged 5, 6 and 7 years old to share friendships,program ideas and tips. E.g Joeys,Keas, Micro-scouts, Beavers Scouts, Rainbow Guides etc.

The success and strength of this group relies on its members supporting each other and sharing resources. Everyone has a program, craft, game or other helpful resource they can share. If everyone participates by sharing, or even just asking for help if they need it or answering a question if they can this community will continue to grow and be a wonderful resource. As a new leader you may need more support than you can offer at the moment and that is fine but as you gain confidence and experience we would hope that you would share your resources and knowledge too, giving something back to the group that has helped you and nurturing the new leaders coming through.

It is a condition of membership that you participate actively in the group by either sharing ideas and resources, seeking help for ideas for running your 'miniscout' meetings, or helping other members who ask for help.

ALL members are required to actively participate at least once a month or they will be unsubscribed. Going NO MAIL is no longer an option.

ALL new members must send an introduction to the list within a week of joining or will be unsubscribed...this is common courtesy to other list members and helps us get to know you.

We also have two additional lists where we upload more ideas so when you apply to join miniscouts please remind the moderator to join you up to miniscouts_Ideas and miniscout_ideas_too as well. These extra lists do not generate emails but house a wealth of wonderful resources that we cannot fit into our space at Miniscouts.
