We welcome all who wish to make informed parenting choices, including natural birth, attachment parenting, gentle discipline, holistic health care, nutritious whole foods, and environmentally conscious living.

We're all different, but what we have in common is a desire to parent mindfully to grow a healthy, happy, peaceful family. This just means making informed decisions for our families. Some of us are more natural than others, and some are just starting our journey. We all provide support, friendship, and knowledge for one another.

If you would like to connect with others interested in natural family living and you live in the greater Rolla, MO area then you are welcome to join this list. This Yahoo! Page is intended for people who plan to actively participate in this group.


Our monthly MEETINGS are held every second Tuesday from 1:30-3:30pm at the UU House-608 East 11th Street in Rolla.

TOPICS COMING UP: Organic Gardening, First Aid for Infants and Children, Natural Family Planning and natural menstruation products, and Crafty Mama's where we'll be doing some projects.

We meet for a PLAYGROUP the last Friday of the month at 12:00pm at Green Acres Park.

We also hold a COFFEE NIGHT every Thursday from 6:00-8:00pm at Panera Bread in Rolla.

PLEASE NOTE: SOMETIMES WE SCHEDULE SPECIAL EVENTS IN PLACE OF OUR PLAYGROUPS OR COFFEE NIGHTS.

Moms, dads, care givers, grandparents and friends are all welcome!

Children are always welcome at any Mindful Mothers event!
