what ever you have concluded is right but one more thing is that you are intrested in Village devlopment and jobs in village then we have to take the distribution pipe line as miuch as you can nad it will increase the employment in village and quality control can happen not in cities but also in Villages . Unless we expect we will not get only thin we have to invest is time and provide information as you righty said as well.
