Composer Edward Douglas created Midnight Syndicate in 1996. In 1998, fellow composer Gavin Goszka joined the group and they have since released several critically acclaimed and highly successful gothic horror soundtracks. Synonymous with the horror music genre, Midnight Syndicate has established a worldwide following with their signature sound. As the standard for the Halloween and Haunted Attraction industries, Midnight Syndicate's music is heard throughout the Halloween season - everywhere from Universal Studios Orlando, Anheuser Busch, Paramount and Six Flags theme parks to countless haunted attractions and homes across America and around the world. In addition to being featured in X-Box games, films, and television shows as diverse as Barbara Walters' specials and Monday Night Football, the band recently developed a soundtrack for the classic roleplaying game Dungeons Dragons. In 2005, they released their seventh CD, a chilling album with a ghostly theme entitled The 13th Hour. In addition to working on the next Midnight Syndicate CD, Out of the Darkness (Summer 2006), the band is working on the scores to two horror films: Sin-Jin Smyth and The Rage.
So dim the lights and venture forth... if you dare.
