There are one or two videos of microlighting in the early years - by which I
mean the 1980's
- and there's a plan to gather them together to produce a definitive documentary
before this
stuff gets lost forever. Mick Broom is the main chap involved in this (dare I
say because he is
older than me?) but I have volunteered to do the editing and compiling. Mick was
showing
some of the videos at the BMAA competitions stand at the NEC show, and it is
really is well
worth all the effort...
So... if there is anyone on this e-group, or anyone here who knows of anyone
else, who has
footage of the early years of microlighting, please contact either me or Mick in
the first
instance.
I'm on rob (at) orleton.co.uk
Mick is broom.engineering (at) btinternet.com
