We want to:

- get the best-tasting and healthiest food at the lowest price possible;
- follow the Weston A. Price philosophy of eating;
- discover the most nutritious approaches to life as possible;
- promote sustainable food practices;
- educate ourselves and others about the above.

Real food=
- organic produce,
- grass-fed meat,
- pastured eggs and poultry,
- wild pork,
- wild seafood,
- raw organic pastured dairy (raw milk, etc.),
- tropical oils,
- whole organic grains,
- naturally fermented foods

Real Food can be hard to find in Miami, and even harder to find at an affordable price. But if we band together, we can buy these items in bulk, at a great cost savings. Or at least share shipping costs. Ask the group and hopefully enough of us will respond, spreading the opportunity.
