Re: [mfcwinecellar] 2009 Yule Masquerade Ball

Milady,

A question I have is would a Lord's "costume" be acceptable for the ball? I have finery, but alas, my Lord is a simple merchant playing for the evening. We would much like to attend the ball, I just want to be sure we are appropriately clothed.

Many thanks,

Lady Chris

Greetings on this wondrous July morn!!

We realize that it is quite early to think of furs and velvets however we wanted to take moment and extend an invitation to all for the Yule Masquerade Ball 2009. The Ball will be held on December 12th in the Garden Center at Gypsy Hill Park, Staunton, VA. 7 p.m. till 10 p.m.

There will be music, food and dancing. This year we will also be featuring performers of live music and vocals throughout the evening.

Cost is $10 per person, prepaid registration is required.
Only 50 persons permitted due to maximum capacity of the building. No ticket sales will be available at the door.

Formal Attire required of either Modern, Medieval or Renaissance theme.

For more information on the Yule Masquerade Ball please see: http://www.medievalfantasiesco.com/YuleMasqueradeBall.htm

We do hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July and look forward to seeing everyone at the 2009 Yule Masquerade Ball!

We are at your service,

Dame Dagrny and Sir Blackwolf

Lady Chris, Lady Mia is visiting family in Indiana and has bid me answer your query. Are you referring to the Ball at Gloucester or the Yule Ball in Staunton...
