The HAM Association of Mesquite will hold their next HAM Radio in the Park event on Sunday July 26th, 2009 from 0900 to 1500 at the Debusk Peachtree pavilion at Peachtree & South Parkway, Mapsco: 49 A/J. Coordinates are N 32 46 54.05, W 096 37 47.27. Please come out and join us.

The next meeting of the HAM Association of Mesquite will be Thursday 06-Aug-2009 from 1900 to 2100. The location is the Rutherford Recreation Center in the Senior Room at 900 Rutherford Drive, Mesquite, Texas 75181. MAPSCO 60-C. (+32° 45' 10.00", -96° 34' 32.40").

The next HAM Association of Mesquite monthly transmitter hunt will be Sunday 09-Aug-2009 starting at 1300. Monitor WJ5J/R for details. Remember, the only rule is that it is hidden somewhere in the City of Mesquite in a public place.

Tune into the weekly information net on Tuesdays at 8pm on the WJ5J repeater on 145.310 MHz. Monitor the net to find out where we will be meeting for an eyeball QSO afterwards.
