Welcome To our group Mensa Live!

This group provides an opportunity for Mensans to interact with other Mensans around the world.

Feedback is the backbone of a Group, so we ask you to contribute frequently.

Issues raised within the group may be controversial. Opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect the opinions of any official Mensa body.

Please take a look around and see what Mensans from around the world think about a whole host of issues. We'd love you to join the fray, so if you haven't already done so, please do so now. If you don't plan to contribute and take an interest in the Group, please don't join. We know that many of you are busy and belong to other Groups. However, we're aiming for an active Group. A Group where members have time to take part in discussions and state their opinions. Please don't post links to other Groups here.

Our conditions for membership are simple:

1. The sole requirement for membership in Mensa is to score in the top 2% of any of a number of standardized tests.
2. Contribute sensibly - this site exists to promote intellectual pursuits - no obscenities, no advertising, profanities, or naked pictures will be tolerated.
3. Contribute constructively - All members maintain a level of mutual respect in here - insults and personal attacks are not tolerated.
4. Mensa credentials are required. New applicants will be asked to write an essay of 200 - 500 words on a topic of their choice within one month.
Please bear in mind issues raised here may be controversial.
