On February 28, 2006, I was walking on SF 7th and Mission St, walking towards 6 th Street. I noticed a trash can on the sidewalk and I kicked the can towards its container. A policeman across the street, on federal property drove to me on public domain, the sidewalk ! I walked towards his car, he got out and told me to step back on the sidewalk, I abided. He asked me if I had ID, I told him no. I then turned my back to him, (clutching my hands behind my back), and asked if I was under arrest, he said no, but rather we were "going to wait for reinforcement". So I turned my head away, with my hands still behind my back. Next thing I knew I was being forced to the ground by 4 "Federal Protective Service Officers", laying on my stomach with my right arm stretched in the air, as one of the federal officers dislocated my elbow, exerting pressure on my arm 3 times, I was hearing and feeling the pops...As they glazed at me, one of them stated they should call an ambulance (after they cuffed my hands). The paramedics requested that they remove the handcuffs, and I was able to pop my elbow back into place myself...

I filed a complaint with the SF OCC (Office of Citizens Complaints) . Money is not the essence ! But rather Justice, for all People, I do believe that all People are created equal, and that we have the right to do what we want with our lives, as along as we do not harm our Brothers and Sisters. My fight is not selfish, but loving !
