This group is intended to be used for the following:
* Announcements of rarities in any country where there are, say, less than 10 records of that particular species, or if there has not been a twitchable one for a number of years.
* Directions to websites that have photos of any of these particular birds mentioned here.
* It might also be interesting to see notes on just how many people turned out to see these birds.
