Jennie,
I have no experience with the "golf" handicap method, but I have read about it and thought it would be an excellent concept for a group such as MCYC. I'd be happy to participate and help in any way in setting it up. I assume you are pretty good with a computer to do the handicaps now, but if you decide to try the "golf" approach and need assistance I am a fair hand with Excel.
