@ Sun Valley Golf Clubhouse

will be provided thru Ms. Evelyn Conceception-Roxas :)


Mechanics(in our case):

1. Div.1- Oil/Acrylic painting

2. painting/drawing should be done in portrait or landscape with a
standard size of 13.5"x18"

3. all painting/drawing materials should be artists' owned, except for
pre-arranged provision of materials by the organizer. However all
drawing/painting with provision for materials will automatically
become the property of the organizer.

4. all artists will be given a designated area for their subject to
paint/draw within Sun Valley Estates (starting @5am to 11am), or
depending on the schedule given by the Club Moderator.

5. Exhibit and Display of all finish paintings/drawings will be held
at the Golf Clubhouse for public viewing and sale/auction on Dec. 8, 2007.

6. Parents and guests will be invited to view or buy the arts, during
the Grand Open House @ the Golf Clubhouse on the same day. note:
food&snacks will be served no registration fee shall be collected (whew.)
