Mayfair Heights is the neighborhood in NW OKC bounded on the South by NW 42, on the North by NW 50th, on the East by Miller and the West by May Avenue. It contains approximately 250 homes. The Mayfair Heights Neighborhood Association is made up of neighbor volunteers who wish to make the Mayfair Heights neighborhood a more attractive, friendly and healthy place to live. We welcome everybody to join us in our quest!
