NASA Mission to Capture Galaxies, Comets, and Asteroids

NASA delayed until Monday the launch of a space telescope designed to create a highly detailed map of the heavens and spot comets and asteroids that could pose a threat to life on Earth. NASA's Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, was slated to lift off from California's Vandenberg Air Force Base atop a Delta II rocket Friday, but a balky booster steering engine forced the delay.

Once in orbit, WISE will use an infrared camera to map the cosmos. The mission calls for the unmanned spacecraft to cover the entire sky one-and-a-half times, until its frozen coolant runs out. NASA hopes it will capture everything from near-Earth asteroids to distant galaxies teeming with stars.

[Zeta Response] The US was a friend to the Taliban in the past, when they were fighting the Russians. US oil companies, as well as their allies in the political system in the US, were interested in pushing north into oil fields above Afghanistan, controlling the pipe lines exporting this oil. Thus, there are many US weapons in the hands of the Taliban. There are also those who would further the conflict, forcing Obama to keep the military in the field, as this ensures that these US interests, these corporate interests, would remain protected. This is nothing new, as in Iraq many mosques were blown up by the US and Brits for the same reason, to force the US to stay involved. It is not the US government, or the British government at this point who is assisting the Taliban, but forces working for corporate or rogue government parties.

Likewise S America, where many NAZIs migrated and brutal treatment of civilians occurred were in the past. S America has made a remarkable turnaround, kicking out corporations and electing leaders who run true democracies, giving power to the common man. Africa is likewise on this path. [Zeta Response] It continues to amaze us that where Congress is in control of what final bill emerges for Obama to sign, he is blamed for any failure of the public option clause. It is a child's view that the parent in charge should be able to fix anything. It is the adult's view of what another adult can accomplish, given their constraints. At present, the public option may fold into a non-profit option, which is at least a start. Obama is also forced into the posture of fixing the mess Bush/Cheney left him. If one creates a lawless schoolhouse, where hooligans run rampant and favoritism is the norm, can another who inherits this mess simply put in kindhearted school teachers and expect it all to proceed as a normal school would run? Discipline is necessary, at first, for instance, and more oversight over how grades are assigned. Meanwhile, it seems that nothing has changed.

[Questioner] If your desire is to shake the cover-up, why are you moving the Earth around to simulate the seasons and thus cover-up that the Earth is stopped in orbit?

[Zeta Response] The cover-up run by the elite, those in power and the very rich, is done for their comfort. They don't want the messy panic of the common man, but want the common man to continue in their jobs and want to avoid any demands that might be placed on those in power if the common man were to realize what is coming. It is, thus, a selfish reason for a cover-up. The Council of Worlds wants to avoid panic by those very people in charge, who would likely impose martial law, mow down the citizenry in fear of rebellions or riot. It is not the panic of the common man that is feared by the Council of Worlds, but the panic of those who are self focused, self oriented, in positions of power. By a gradual awareness, the common man is learning not to trust the government, but to rely on themselves. Those in charge, the elite, will shrink back to their bunkers, disappear, and thus not even be in charge when the last weeks emerge. Overall, a gradual awareness by the common man that a passage is pending is better for the common man, thus.

[Questioner] The Zetas have indicated that Out of Body exploration is discouraged or prevented. Wouldn't the experience serve to teach a human that they exist separately from their physical body? Wouldn't this help with the fear of dying? Many people have described (with much detail) having their own OOB experiences. What were they experiencing? Would you care to comment?

[Zeta Response] Going Out of Body, or astral as some call it, is a skill the soul learns at some point in its many lifetimes. This can occur when the incarnation is traumatized, as in an accident, or during torture. Once learned, the soul remembers how to jump out of the incarnation, but this is considered skipping out of school when done for entertainment by a young entity. The fear of dying is not related. Fear of dying is due to the entity, the soul, not accomplishing what it hoped to accomplish during the incarnation, and fearing a future incarnation that will force the lesson to be addressed.

The flares began Sept. 15, making the galaxy currently the brightest source of gamma rays in the sky and boosting its own brightness to more than 10 times its regular luminosity over the summer. NASA's Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope has been observing the phenomenon to learn more about how such active galaxies work.

Many active galaxies emit oppositely directed jets of particles traveling near the speed of light when matter falls toward their central supermassive black holes. What makes a stream of charged particles so bright in gamma rays is its orientation in space. One of the jets happens to be aimed straight at us, so it is easy to spot when viewed from Earth.

One has to wonder if this latest pattern of galactic discoveries coincides with Mayan prophecy of the end of the 4th world, the beginning of the 5th world, the influence of a galactic alignment in December 2012, Solar Cycle 24 reaching its apex "maximum" also in 2012/2013. I can say I have not seen such an outpouring of data at this rate in a long time. This focus of research appears to be exploding with new knowledge of the intricate union with our Sun, Solar System, and Earth.

Stay closely tuned-in .... no doubt more will be revealed in the coming months - and ECM will be right on top of it bringing it to you at break-neck speed.

Volcano Alert Level To 'Orange'

Colombian authorities raise alert level to 'orange' yesterday for the Nari?o department's Galeras volcano which experts expect to erupt within a matter of days.

The Colombian Institute of Mining and Geology declared in a recent statement the volcano's activity has intensified such that the security alert level in the region has been raised to Orange Level 2, signifying "probable eruption within days or weeks."

The Galactic Confederation of Light (Free Worlds) has stated many times
that they would
stop cold any large nuclear war. As a matter of fact, they have disabled
many times satellites
orbiting with such weapons on board, as well as Earth bases of such.
They also did clear the atmosphere of nuclear pollution, otherwise we
would all be "mutants" at this time like in the movie "Total Recall".
The same they will act in case of a flip of the axis of the planet.  In
summary, the situation for 2012 is quite clear : this civilization has
to shift into a spiritual one, disarm all weapons, bring total peace. If
not the completion of all cycles in 2012 will push the transition of
Mother Earth nevertheless. 35% of earthlings are ready to ascend into
the 5th dimension, the rest will have to relocate on planets of 3rd and
4th dimension in a parallel universe. People and all life forms will

essence of spirituality, the relation between body and the soul, the
reincarnation and the fact we are connected with each other are all part
of "God".

In India and China UFO sightings have increased in many folds. Many say
the Chinese and Indian Governments are being contacted by the Extra
Terrestrials.
In recent days most UFO activities have been seen in those countries who
have indigenously developed Nuke capabilities.

When asked if these extra-terrestrials will show up in reality in 2012,
the answers remote viewers are giving is: they will reveal themselves in
such a way that none of us scared. They will reveal themselves only if

A mysterious light display appearing over Norway last night has left thousands of residents in the north of the country baffled. The phenomenon began when what appeared to be a blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain. It stopped mid-air, and then began to circulate.

Residents in northern Norway were left stunned after the lightshow, which almost looked computer-generated, appeared in the skies above them. Witnesses from Trondelag to Finnmark compared the amazing sight to anything from a Russian rocket to a meteor or a shock wave - although no one appears to have mentioned UFOs yet.

A blue-green beam of light was reported to have come shooting out the centre of the spiral. Within seconds a giant spiral had covered the entire sky. Then a green-blue beam of light shot out from its center - lasting for ten to twelve minutes before disappearing completely.

The Norwegian Meteorological Institute was flooded with telephone calls after the light storm - which astronomers have said did not appear to have been connected to the aurora, or Northern Lights, so common in that area of the world.

What could it be? Astronomers say the spectacle did not appear to have been connected to the aurora, or Northern Lights: 'It was like a giant spiral - a shooting star that spun around and around.

The mystery deepened tonight as Russia denied it had been conducting missile tests in the area. Fred Hansen, from Bo in Vesteralen, described the sight as 'like a big fireball that went around, with a great light around it again.'

Denmark is a big shame
The sea is stained in red and in the mean while its not because of the climate effects of nature.

It's because of the cruelty that the human beings (civilised human) kill hundreds of the famous and intelligent Calderon dolphins.

This happens every year in Feroe iland in Denmark . In this slaughter the main participants are young teens.

WHY?

To show that they are adults and mature.... BULLLLISH

In this big celebration, nothing is missing for the fun. Everyone is participating in one way or the other, killing or looking at the cruelty �supporting like a spectator�

Is it necessary to mention that the dolphin calderon, like all the other species of dolphins, it�s near instinction and they get near men to play and interact. In a way of PURE friendship��

They don�t die instantly; they are cut 1, 2 or 3 times with thick hocks. And at that time the dolphins produce a grim extremely compatible with the cry of a new born child.

But he suffers and there�s no compassion till this sweet being slowly dies in its own blood

Its enough!

Actually, I'm glad the mainstream media has kicked in. It has given me more time to turn my attention to "what's next". I have just one very sad show of empathy for the global warming cabal. It is for the "true" environmentalist themselves. They are the most damaged victim of this whole sham. I know of "no one" who advocates pollution and who thwarts the continued search for alternative energy. But that's not what the global warming scam was about. As usual, it was the same old thing .... $$$$, power and control.

Sound familiar? Of course it does. We're still not out of the first one. Most known as the 9-11 = Iraq = WMD = Saddam = Terrorism scheme. And who was the greatest victim of this lie? That's right, the most loyal of loyal patriots. To put in Bubba Bush's own words: "You're either with me, or you're with the terrorists. Now what's it going to be? His regime set it up in the same manner as the global warming scam. "You are either a good loyal American patriot, or you are an evil socialists non-American trader."

But Al Gore was not about to be out-staged by Da'bya. Here is Al in his own words: "The science is in, the debate is over." So you're either with me, or you're with the polluters. Now what's it going to be? Hmmm, now where have I heard that before ....

Enough politics .... now to something that is really exciting. Our galaxy is far more intimately connected to our Sun and solar system than ever before believed. Each month since August, excitingly new data has come forward, due to enhanced technology, giving us of an ever increasing knowingness of our relationship to the stars.

The WISE space craft will be launched on December 11th. The WISE (Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer), will help scientists answer fundamental questions about the history of our solar system, the Milky Way and the universe, says principal investigator and UCLA professor Edward Wright.

WISE will survey a large part of the universe that has never been surveyed before. "I expect that what we find will be amazing. There is still so much we don't know. The most exciting discovery probably will be something we don't even realize is out there." says principal investigator, Edward L. (Ned) Wright.

The European Space Agency's 'Planck' mission is busy surveying the cosmic microwave background, aka the "echo" of the big bang, and in 2013 will release a feast of data that promises to deliver profound new insights into the origin of the universe.

To ones' surprise, there are astrophysicists and cosmologists who are concerned the 'Planck' mission, as well as other space craft will provide an overwhelming amount of data setting new paradigms and unsettling current models.

ZetaTalk Comment 5/30/2009: Those who try to justify the coverup are doing so partially on the basis that the public would panic and more harm would come because of this than if the public had no warning until the last weeks. This is not fact, but their need to forgive themselves for what they are doing to the populace. The average person would simply continue in their job, as they are living paycheck to paycheck. They would take the warning and hope for the best, or perhaps make contingency plans, a route to safety, for instance. Those that could make firmer plans would do so, but would be unlikely to disrupt their comfortable lives until the rumors or warnings proved true, until the last weeks. The only group that could quit their lives and devote themselves to preparing are the wealthy, and this group is already taking these steps. A government fear that is likely to arise are demands from those who are reliant upon the government - those on welfare, those retired and reliant on pensions or social security checks. These individuals would make demands upon the government which the government could not address. It is not possible for the population to be protected and rescued and fed and sheltered during such a clammily. This is the honest answer which the government would not want to be pressed to admit.

Phil Jones, the head of the Climactic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia, Phil Jones, has announced he will relinquish his post while the U.K. University conducts an investigation into allegations of scientific and professional misconduct.

Phil Jones is the 'James Hansen' of the United Kingdom regarding the Hansen 1988 made up name "Global Warming'. Jones announcement comes after a torrent of criticism, as he was the leading UK orchestrator publishing some of the foundational data used to support the claim that global warming exists.

The leaked files announced by Earth Changes Media on November 23rd, show the creator James Hansen who made up the name "Global Warming", along with Michael Mann, who is directly connected to Hansen and is know for creating the now famous "hockey stick", have been 'called out' by hundreds of geo-physicists, solar physicists, and climatologist for suppressing "real" scientific data, and creating false theories based on nothing but computer generated gibberish to support their conjecture that man-made pollution is the cause of the 1988 made up name "global warming".

Michael Mann, a professor in the meteorology department at Penn State University who has argued that mankind is threatening "entire ecosystems with extinction in the decades ahead if we continue to burn fossil fuels at current rates," appeared in the leaked files. Now Penn State has opened an investigation into Mann's work, and the U.K.'s weather agency has been forced on the defensive as well.

Some mainstream academics working in the area have distanced themselves from Mann, Jones, and other researchers whose correspondence has drawn allegations of impropriety. Aynsley Kellow, a professor at the University of Tasmania who was an expert reviewer for a U.N. global warming report, told ABC Radio there was evidence of a "willingness to manipulate raw data to suit predetermined results, you've got a resistance to any notion of transparency, an active resistance to freedom of information requests as well as highly tenured scientists to look at various data so it can be verified."

Sen. James Inhofe, an Oklahoma Republican called for Senate hearings on the e-mails. In a letter to Sen. Barbara Boxer, a California Democrat who chairs the environment committee, Inhofe said the e-mails could have far-reaching policy implications for the United States. Both Congress and the Environmental Protection Agency are taking action to curb global warming based on a report that uses data produced by the Climate Research Unit.

A House committee has scheduled a hearing Wednesday on the status of climate science. Two prominent Obama administration scientists - White House science adviser John Holdren and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration administrator Jane Lubchenco - are expected to be questioned about the e-mails.

With the Copenhagen summit just days away, the leaked files have extruded themselves into the political fray in Washington, D.C. White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Monday that he believes "climate change is happening" and is not "in dispute anymore," while Republican Senator James Inhofe called for "Climategate" hearings.

Researchers Create 'Synthetic Magnetic Fields'

Achieving an important new capability in ultracold atomic energy, researchers at the Joint Quantum Institute, a collaboration of the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the University of Maryland, have created "synthetic" magnetic fields for ultracold gas atoms, in effect "tricking" neutral atoms into acting as if they are electrically charged particles subjected to a real magnetic field.

The demonstration described in the latest issue of the journal Nature, not only paves the way for exploring the complex natural phenomena involving charged particles in magnetic fields, but may also contribute to an exotic new form of quantum computing.

One of the most glaring injustices in US drug policy is the infamous crack/powder sentencing disparity, in which possession of a mere five grams of crack cocaine draws a five-year mandatory minimum sentence under federal law. It takes 100 times as much powder cocaine, 500 grams, to get the same sentence. The law has been applied in a racially disparate fashion since it was enacted 23 years ago, but reform efforts have mostly stalled.

ZetaTalk: When Lies Fail [written Feb 17, 2006]

When the cover-ups on the alien presence and the approach of Planet X first started, back in the days of Roswell, this was to be primarily supression of information, along with some fear inducing disinformation to keep people from pursuing the matter. UFO's were routinely called swamp gas and weather balloons, and the CIA spread rumors of aliens in underground chambers eating human body parts floating in vats. This involved NASA air brushing UFO's out of photos, suppression of real UFO sightings in the news, project Blue Book, government sponsored skeptics prominent in the media, and faked eye witness reports. This is still the mode today, almost 60 years later, though the mechanisms have failed. They were overrun with genuine reports of contactee experiences, many using the Internet to spread the word, and mass sightings where thousands would view a UFO blitz, simultaneously, so the news seeped past the media suppression, forcing the media to address the issue to avoid the appearance of a controlled suppression. What is to be learned from the breakdown of the cover-up on the alien presence? Sheer volume of information, truth, overruns and counters a cover-up and disinformation.
How might this apply to the cover-up on Planet X? Unlike the alien presence, which was palpable at the time of Roswell, presenting itself with crashed ships and alien bodies and front page news coverage, Planet X was not expected to become an issue for decades. They had time. Thus, the cover-up has not yet broken down by the sheer volumn of information, or truth countering disinformation, but this process is evident. The plan was to claim and blame an erratic Sun for magnetic irregularities, asteroid swarms to explain the increase in fireballs, global warming to explain the melting glaciers and poles, and periodic climate change to cover weather irregularities. Since panic in the public could be assumed to be a national security threat, coercing the media and scientists and those in the know to cooperate with the cover-up was simply a matter of imposing a nation security oath on anyone needed to cooperate. But they did not know what to expect, nor could they imagine what to expect, and thus there are holes in the plan. Lies come with many faces.

What is really causing CLIMATE-CHANGE: CO2, The Sun, or PX?

Global atmospheric temperatures are not rising, as the media is portraying, instead they are falling. Thus, why are a few governmental forlorn scientists alone with the likes of Mr. Al Gore still vehemently clamoring like a crying 3-year-old baby that falling temperatures is not the case? However today, their misguided though profitable thesis is slowly screeching to an ignominious halt, and rightly so.
Is next all of a sudden, a fiery misbehaving Sun to be blamed in some contorted way for all the commotion? And lastly, if neither the supposed greenhouse gas CO2, nor the sun pan out to be the real cause for all the present earth change anomalies, then what in the heavens will be next?
Maybe in the message below, there is a better more reasonable explanation, albeit from beings who are from elsewhere or from above, we may find the real answer to this mystery – “What is really causing so-call CLIMATE CHANGE?
Their short answer is and always has been since 1995… the present earth changes are being caused by one rogue planet named Nibiru - aka Planet X!

It has been fast-paced startling month. New research after new research is uncovering new and more intimate relations between the Sun, the Galaxy, the Earth, and "us". I will briefly describe just one of the many discoveries uncovered in just the last two months. In coming articles, I will go into more detail of the research itself, and in part, my conjecture of its relation to Mayan prophecy.

Extreme infrared activity is known to be associated with interacting galaxies, and optical imaging indeed shows that many ULIRGs are in collision, but this fact does not answer the question of what physical mechanism powers the luminosity. Might the same process be underway at a low level in our galaxy? Perhaps an even more exhilarating question might be: "Is this what our Mayan elders have been telling us as it relates to what is described as a "galactic alignment" and its cyclical date of December 2012?

A recent discovery of two galaxies close in proximity nearby quasar HE0450-2958 has shown interactive play which is most likely what is occurring in our home galaxy Milky Way. Early observations had shown the companion galaxy is in fact, under fire --- The quasar is spewing a jet of highly energetic particles towards its companion, accompanied by a stream of fast-moving gas. The injection of matter and energy into the galaxy indicates that the quasar itself might be inducing the formation of stars and thereby creating its own host galaxy.

ZetaTalk Comment 11/21/2009: When the debris from the tail of Planet X first started arriving in ernest, in 2004, the establishment chose to call this space junk. When the public became alarmed at the amount of space junk falling to Earth they tried to enhance the story by claiming that two satellites had crashed into each other, but this just made a bad story worse. Since fireballs have not gone away, but continued apace and if anything gotten worse, a new term has been used - asteroids. This is debris in the tail of Planet X, which is increasingly turning toward the Earth, hosed out from the N Pole of Planet X. This is why the wobble has gotten more violent, why electromagnetic disruption of dams and airplanes has occurred, and why blackouts will become more frequent. I understood that the chronology was published and so thought to compare our RCS version with it if we could produce it in time. We are being accused of not using that chronology in the Science paper- so then asked Anders for it. I am having to start thinking about the Yamal crap (Yamal Peninsula, tree rings and subfossil wood which shows the falsehoods of global warming).

Sorry if you thought I was doing anything without your knowledge - TO BE HONEST ALSO - I actually was not really aware that the data you were producing and that used by Sidorova were one and the same. I assume that we are allowed to use the chronology as published - are we?

Why can that not be said - adequate metadata not available, please see Moberg corrigendum?

By the way, a 600-year reconstruction is available (Hughes et al 1999, also attached), and all those raw data are at the ITRDB. As you know, it is my intention to be friendly, cooperative and open, but I'm determined to get some scientific value from all the years of work I've invested in the Yakutia work, and in cooperation with Russia in general. Releasing these data now would be too much.

Well I have my own article on where the heck is global warming? We are asking that here in Boulder where we have broken records the past two days for the coldest days on record. We had 4 inches of snow. The high the last 2 days was below 30F and the normal is 69F, and it smashed the previous records for these days by 10F. The low was about 18F and also a record low, well below the previous record low. This is January weather (see the Rockies baseball playoff game was canceled on saturday and then played last night in below freezing weather). Trenberth, K. The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't. The CERES data published in the August BAMS 09 supplement on 2008 shows there should be even more warming: but the data are surely wrong. Our observing system is inadequate. That said there is a LOT of nonsense about the PDO (Pacific Decadal Oscillation). People like CPC (Climate Prediction Center) are tracking PDO on a monthly basis but it is highly correlated with ENSO. Most of what they are seeing is the change in ENSO not real PDO. It surely isn't decadal. The PDO is already reversing with the switch to El Nino. The PDO index became positive in September for first time since Sept 2007. I have in my possession, and it has been confirmed by the Washington Post, several files and emails which have been hacked from the Climatic Research Unit of the University of East Anglia in Great Britain. Many of the emails and file documents are authored by the leading scientists who designed, crafted, and promoted the greatest LIE of the 21st century.

For those who have followed me over the years beginning in 1995, know first hand I have taken on some of the authors personally and "live" on Earth Changes TV (now Earth Changes Media). Most of my audio files, transcripts, and articles are located on the Earth Changes Media website. We are now working on a new site which, if all goes well, will have almost all files going back to 1997.

James Hansen, Michael Mann, Jonathan Overpeck, Nick McKay, Raymond Bradley, Keith Briffa, Ben Santer, Tom Wigley, Phil Jones and the list goes on and on. The only names missing are Al Gore and James Hansen; but all the evidence is not yet in.

This will be a multi-part article. I have an enormous amount of files to review, but let me show you an example of what will be disclosed.

Here are some speculations on correcting SSTs (sea surface temperatures) to partly explain the 1940s warming trend.

If you look at the attached plot you will see that the land also shows the 1940s warming trend (as I'm sure you know).

So, if we could reduce the ocean warming trend by, say, 0.15 degC, then this would be significant for the global mean -- but we'd still have to explain the land warming trend.

I've chosen 0.15 here deliberately. This still leaves an ocean warming trend, and i think one needs to have some form of ocean warming trend to explain the land warming trend (via either some common forcing, or ocean forcing land, or vice versa, or all of these). When you look at other warming trends, the land warming trends are 1.5 to 2 times (roughly) the ocean warming trends -- higher sensitivity plus thermal inertia effects. My 0.15 adjustment leaves things consistent with this, so you can see where I am coming from.

Removing ENSO does not affect this.

It would be good to remove at least part of the 1940s warming trend, but we are still left with "why the warming trend".

Let me go further. If you look at NH SH (northern hemisphere vs southern hemisphere) and the aerosol effect qualitatively or with MAGICC (Model for the Assessment of Greenhouse-gas Induced Climate Change) then with a reduced ocean warming trend we get continuous warming in the southern hemisphere, and a cooling in the northern hemisphere -- just as one would expect with mainly northern hemisphere aerosols.

The other interesting thing is (as Foukal et al. note -- from MAGICC) that the 1910-40 warming cannot be solar. The Sun can get at most 10% of this with Wang et al solar, less with Foukal solar. So this may well be NADW (North Atlantic Deep Water), as Sarah and I noted in 1987 (and also Schlesinger later). A reduced SST (sea surface temperatures) warming trend in the 1940s makes the 1910-40 warming larger than the southern hemisphere (which it currently is not) -- but not really enough.

So ... why was the southern hemisphere so cold around 1910? Another SST problem? SH NH (southern hemisphere / northern hemisphere) data also attached.)

This stuff is in a report I am writing for EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute), so I'd appreciate any comments you (and Ben) might have.

This is just one of 733 emails and is not the most damning of lies, and deception brought on by the global warming experts. This has only scratched the tip of the ice berg. In fact, rumors of legal action are being discussed.

Should Al Gore return his Nobel Peace Prize? Remember, it was Al Gore who said and I quote: "There is no reason for further discussion. The scientific evidence is in."

Now that the global warming movement is DEAD, we must ask ourselves -- "what is the cause of warming and cooling trends?" The answer is in both the books "Global Warming: A Convenient Disguise" and "Solar Rain: The Earth Changes Have Begun".

[Questioner] Recently Oprah Winfrey has announced that she is ending her talk show and had a very emotional moment on her show when she announced this. I remember that she was very vocal in her support of President Obama, so I was very surprised when I saw Sarah Palin on her show, pushing her book. Oprah, did not look pleased. Is there a connection? I can't imagine Oprah being happy about having Sarah on her show. What is really going on. Is someone actually serious about positioning Sarah Palin for president in 2012?

[Zeta Response] When we were asked about Palin and Oprah, our statement was that they both wanted ratings increases. Oprah's ratings have been falling, and to some extent she blames this on her open support for Obama, thus having Palin on her show was a gesture she hoped would restore that element of her viewership. Why is she announcing an end to her show? Networks live on ratings, and she does not like being pushed around by her network. Having Palin on was one such example of being pushed around by a network. Shows have a life cycle, going up and being very popular and then slowly dying. The novelty wears off. She is anticipating a slow decline and getting the network off her back by announcing an exit date. This is not because she has learned of the pending pole shift in any official way. This is not the crowd she runs in.
