Description

While the primary emphasis of the club is Free Flight Flying Scale, members do pursue other facets of the model aircraft hobby. The nucleus of our local members fly indoor and outdoors, with more interest on the outdoors. Because of the vagaries of the winds aloft we occasionally fly some small sport and scale R/C and lately, Slow Flight Micro equipped R/C, preferably scale aircraft. Free Flight Rubber Scale is 'king' however with a strong following of CO2 and Electric flyers. Several of our group also belong to the local SAM club, CAAMA (SAM 10) and enjoy flying the old-timers.
