This group is to discuss the Masai Barefoot Technology shoes, also known as "Swiss Masai Barefoot Technology" or the world's smallest gym. It's for consumers to share their experiences with the shoes and for prospective consumers to learn more about what these shoes can and can't do, etc. Supposedly, these shoes are very good for people with joint problems and will help increase circulation to your legs. The "buzz" is that these shoes also perform miracles like getting rid of your cellulite. Yeah, right. I happen to have bad knees and suffer from excess pronation, have to wear orthodic inserts, etc. so I am interested in the shoes for medical reasons not out of purely cosmetic concerns. However, whatever your reasons, ths is the place to discuss these MBT shoes, whether the regular "sports" shoe or the "athletic" version that has the higher sole.
