I don't doubt that at least once and quite a while ago, some federal
official somewhere said something that could be construed as not correctly
acknowledging the particulars of one of the flights in question. I also
don't doubt that this could be morphed by uncritical thinkers into "three
years of Bush Administration denials".

All I find are repostings of the St Petersburg Times article. I find none of
the denials that it alleges, and none of the "published reports" that it
says were denied.
