The only thing I thought was bad form at the Clinton was the story I heard about some poor soul in a C-1 getting beat up by the lead pack at the Oneonta Dam....
I don't remember any anthems ever being played before at the start of the Clinton. In my opinion its bad form to start the race while the music is playing. ...
