Yes and no. Sometimes newer is not better. Newer is good when the translator brings in the results of recent scholarship, but worse when it mistranslates...

I just saw it. Barukh Hashem al ha-Google! The only problem is it is only volume 1, as far as I was able to tell. But that is still a great blessing....
