What is Mailart? It is a stitched envelope out of linen/evenweave/aida or linen band/aida band. The recipient's mailing address is stitched on the front. Seal the envelope with stitches, buttons or ribbons and you may embellish it the way you wish. Put on postage stamps and send the stitched envelope through the postal service. This Mailart also can be considered as a needlework accessories. If you enjoy Mailart or would like to give a try at making a Mailart for a friend, this is the place for you.
