This is a discussion area for activism issues relating to the Magdalene Laundries, the women incarcerated there and their families.

(a) To promote and represent the interests of the Magdalene Women.
(b) To respectfully promote equality and seek justice for the women formerly incarcerated in Magdalene Laundries.
(c) To seek the establishment / improvements of support/advisory/re-integration services provided for survivors.

Anyone may post their Magdalene Laundry-related queries and comments to this list, but please note: we do not allow advertising, soliciting of business or any form of disrespect towards women who were imprisoned in Magdalene Laundries. This group is also focused on the activism aspects of seeking justice for Magdalene survivors.
