OK been working with the array probe macros and they are great! THANK YOU!
I would like to find a way to amend the program so after one array pass it
would drop down in z and probe again think of probing the inside of a glass
from top to bottom.
It seems like a simple idea but I can't get my head around it any ideas or
am I just missing a parameter and it's already there?
Happy the 4th of July - All the best, Henry

IF you like I can just rebuild the array so you can just plug in the depth and the step amount. It will ask you acouple of more questions. Just a thought, (;-)...
That sounds fantastic! Tell me if I am getting greedy but could it be done on both internal and external? And.. Would it still do one depth as well as...
HIYA HENRY, I don't think it will be a problem to do both and yes it would still work as it does now. It would just ask two more questions on the setup What is...
Hi Terry, Excuse my naiveté but on the depth and steps wouldn’t that just be controlled by an input parameter and not static? My other imposition –I mean...
The depth and step would be used to setup the number of loops to lower the probing sub 1 step at a time. If you were to probe down -1.000" at steps of .1" then...
Hi Terry, This instance I have a need of 4” probe depth. And 0.1” would work ok. Will I be able to change these values in the future by myself? All the...
YEP, BUT it wioll probe form the bottom up to protect your probe(;-) THere is no easy way to create a saftey for the probe so we just start from the bottom and...
Henry all that is left to do to double check the code on the mill and it will be ready tommorrow for you to test(;-) I have both done Ext and Int and a new...

ALMOST forgot the Toolpath display is FAST. My test file is over 1mb and 100s of thousands of lines. In the old M3 it takes about a full 30 seconds just to...
Hi Terry, Thank you very much for detailed info about M3v4. I know Brian is precise and I completely understand that such a vast task is taking time. I think...
TOm at this point Brian is NOT working on bugs but focussed on making M3v4 run without errors. THEN when that is complete the thrust will be to get ALL...
Hi Terry, Fast is very good, but can you tell us if the Tool path window is resizeable? I would really like to be able to have a near full screen tool path...
HIYA JIM, Don't know(;-) I have not gotten that far YET. I am beating up on M3v4 in other areas for testing. BUT I would assume so as in the 1024 screenset the...
