Description

This is a daughter group to the Master5 list. Membership is open to anyone intrested in the CNC Controller software "Mach2 and Mach3" developed by Artsoft. (Artsoft is a registered trademark)

The purpose of the group is for discussion of and bug reporting for Mach1, Mach2 and Mach3 machine controller software. Questions regarding Master5 should be asked on the Master5 group.

Mach1, Mach2 and Mach3 are supported by user manuals and customization documentation (downloadable from here and here ), by a range of "how to" videos - here , by a wiki aiming to explain Mach and CNC jargon - here and by a wiki on Mach3 Customization - here .

We try to use the "Minimal Moderation" method but we do not allow flames / verbal attacks on other list members, companies or other lists.

We ask that OT posts be identified in the Subject Line to make it easier for users to skip over that content that does not intrest them. We also ask you to use the cut and paste method of refining your replies so there are not 4 or 5 prior contributions in a message.

As usual, Spammers will be removed immediately. All requests for membership will be reviewed by a Moderator.

Questions on protocol on the list should be addressed to the List owner or one of the Moderators.

A sister support forum that offers discussion of Mach applications and good facilities for showing visual examples is here

Thank you for your cooperation and good machining.
