Body of Light Ascension Preparation Saturday, November 3 - Live Event

2012 continues to unfold and the cross quarter days progress in power and influence. We're approaching the final cross-quarter day of 2012 on Tuesday, November 6th. Cross quarter days are mid-points between Equinoxes and Solstices and this final cross quarter marks the mid-point between the September Equinox and the December Solstice.

The potency of these days is significant and beneficial as we join our planet in ascension. Increasingly we are drawn to come together and meditate as One Body of Light--with Gaia, with our Family of Light in the non-physical and with one another. In doing so we create and hold space for energy to flow into this higher band of Earth's expression. We also temper our energy field, increasing our ability to sustain higher frequency perspective.

This time is challenging for many. There are experiences in our individual lives and in the world, that reflect the chaos and change happening at foundational levels. Our abilities to master the anxiety in our own experience and to return to a focus connected with the body of light--the energy field of those resonating with higher consciousness--is a powerful contribution to our own joy and thus reflected increasingly in the outer reality of our world.

The focus of this event is on gathering energies/energizing the Lightbody and establishing a 5D attuned, Body of Light Connection with the collective and with Gaia to pre-pave the way for ascension and support our collective up-liftment.

Have you ever been angry at yourself for being angry?Do you believe that as a seeker on the spiritual path, you haven't the right to become angry. Or do you deny you are angry, do you stuff your anger and pretend it's not there? We all feel anger, whether we are on a conscious spiritual journey willing to heal, or not. Some may say they are never angry, it may be they have learned to transmute it, but they most certainly continue to deal with anger before employing the process of turning darkness into light.

Those who simply deny they have anger..... are - well, in denial. But no one can remain in denial forever; long term denial causes issues and in many cases leads to illness. Denial also contributes to storing anger in the energy fields. An energy field filled wiThe way to transmute anger is to first feel it. We must allow it to flow through us and out of us. Not necessarily in an angry outburst directed at another, but directed out of us as a conscious stream of energy released. Our feelings need to be felt and when we allow ourselves the right to feel our feelings, we empower ourselvesth anger, and its offspring, hate and rage, continues to attract people and situations that mimic that darkness back to them.

. We are each of us in a state of healing and transformation. As we move more deeply into the higher energies rushing toward us, we are also activating ancient memories and soul wounds.

This is a healing process but it does stir up unreleased anger, yet it also offers us the opportunity to expand past our current level of being. I'm not trying to give you the impression that I'm speaking from some sort of ivory tower, I'm presently working with facets of anger as a part of the grief process due to a very challenging family situation. I seem to move back and forth between grief and anger. I didn't have the intention of using anger as the topic of this month's newsletter, but as is so often the case, the Angels thought it might be helpful to work with something I'm familiar with. Each of us, you, me, all of us, must get in touch with our anger, face it and transform it. You'll find some very helpful guidance on this in The Angels Message below.

The Angels Message

Dearest Ones, we want you to know that though we are not physical beings as you are, we have been gifted with the ability to transact with your emotions. Perhaps we can best describe it as something similar to the Vulcan mind meld, for those who are familiar with this idea. For those too young to appreciate our attempts at humor in this way, you might think of it as a merging of spirit, which does not involve physicality, it is to go beyond form to initiate a spirit to spirit contact of understanding, based on the Oneness of All. We do come when you call, we do want nothing more than to assist and guide you to your highest good. Though we do not resonate with anger on the Celestial energy level we are enabled to share in it, understand it, in a way not easily expressed in mere language. This occurs when we enter into and share in your physical realm, which is happening more frequently. This is for the sole purpose of assisting you from a place of understanding. We hold both an involved and yet an objective and evolved stance, always fluid with exceptional caring for you. We have a few suggestions, though you may find them to be familiar to you, we have intentionally attuned the energy expression of them in such a way so as to bring you into greater alignment from this point on when you practice them.

The first thing we suggest is that you breath, consciously, deeply and with reverence for your life just as it is, with the situation, with the anger as it is. This is the first step in recognition and release. Be with it; be with the anger, slowing breathing in and out, reverencing yourself, reverencing the opportunity to be on the planet experiencing this anger. Knowing that it is your teacher, realizing fully that you will benefit from seeing what your anger is telling you. This alleviates any attempt at denial. Look at your first reaction of anger; you will see that there are repetitive behavior patterns being evoked. Your style of anger, the way in which you feel and display it are a recurring pattern, but so also are the causes for your anger. The situations in the present may appear to be varied, yet they trigger something that is the same. Some things from long ago, even as far back as a past life experience. Intending to be present with the memories and feelings evoked with the anger, instead of running from them, will bring you insight into your triggers. You do not need to dwell there, only be aware, allow your right to be hurt, this is most important, and then set the intention to cleanse and clear the energy of the past.

If you feel yourself becoming stuck in the past within a trigger memory, and thus your anger beginning to surge again, ask us to come forward and give us permission to extend the flow of grace into your mind and heart. This will cause your spirit to engage more fully as you come into your center. Now, soften, you will feel the flow of grace rather than anger begins to flow through you. As you become calmer, remember that the experiences that caused the original anger, as well as your present anger were those you chose to learn from. You are not a victim; therefore you have complete control and dominion over your life. What may appear to victimize you, is serving the purpose of assisting you to remember the truth of who you are; a child of the Divine, an individual aspect of that Divinity.

Decide to maintain a divine perception of your circumstances. Ask yourself, "What is it that I wanted to learn from this that caused me to create this opportunity"? Realize your soul with divine purpose, chose this opportunity, agreed to it, for your benefit, never was anything meant for your harm, ever. We stress this with the truth of all love.

Fully allow forgiveness of self to wash over you, cleansing you as the waves of the ocean lap upon the shore. As forgiveness begins to seep through the pores of your awareness, forgiveness for others will follow, allow, but do not force it to infiltrate you. Forgiveness brings freedom and it is freedom that assists anger to be transformed. When you feel your freedom, the fear dissipates, and again more anger is released and transmuted.

Now that your energy field is cleansed and clear there is room for the new to be born. For many this is challenging, because this step takes you into unfamiliar territory, one in which there are boundaries you chart on the map of your consciousness. As such this is what helps to keep anger from returning again and again to your energy presence. The decision to incarnate the new brings the awareness of your responsibility to permit only kind treatment of you by others. It is far less likely that anger will be your companion when your boundaries of self-honor are intact. This is the transformation that brings you to that new level of being, to a place of transcension. We meet you wherever you are, but it is in this space of transcendence that we fly together.

Pain On The Path

Many of you have endured considerable pain upon your path. In some cases it has aided you in becoming more compassionate and understanding, and assisted you to become outstanding healers. But there are those who have become stuck within their pain, unable to move past it, they attach to it because they believe it has defined them, made them who they now are, and has been the central ingredient in assisting them to evolve.

The Ascension into higher dimensional existence requires the casting off of the belief that pain in and of itself is a helpful tool of spiritual evolution. Though it may have been viewed as such in the past, it is no longer to be seen in this way by those desirous of moving into higher dimensional experiences. Pain is in some part a component of earthly experience, but a focus on past or present pain as essential to spiritual development is not to be encouraged

Many have built their life's story upon a repetition of story after story of painful experiences of the past, while we in no way demean the difficulty of past challenges, we ask that you not carry this energy into your present, thus coloring your future as well. This process of pain was never meant to be the chosen path of progression We ask that you not continue in this acceptance of pain as necessary, release the belief that life is inherently a painful process.

. We urge you to fully accept that the time has now come to do away with any vestiges of such beliefs, and to fully realize that there is another way. It is in your willingness to accept that your growth and expansion can come from joy, now and from this time forward, that your focus changes and enables this truth to become part of your experience.

The acceleration of the Ascension carries a Shift of focus from pain to joy. We do not say pleasure, for that is fleeting and flimsy, but the joy of accessing the power within you to re-create in each moment. Your memory is a perception colored by who you were in the past, by your response to a situation as you once felt it to be. Your sense of the reality of that episode is wholly based upon your perception at that time. And in those cases in which truly terrible events did occur, you need not allow them to continue to haunt you.

For some it is helpful to redesign the past, revisit it and imagine lessoning the severity of the circumstances, they may even totally recreate the event with a different ending. When this isn't possible, simply sending light to the situation and all those involved, will bring some resolution and implement a healing.

In any case it is truly best for your development to let go, rather than to hold on to your pain. You are in no way demeaning the significance of the event in releasing the pain, you are only releasing the idea that the pain itself contributes to your spiritual progression. We think you will agree, dear ones, that holding such a belief will only serve to invite more painful incidents into your experience. In addition your compassion can now be ignited by the intention for oneness realization rather than the shared rubbing of wounds.

By accepting your worthiness as inherent and not dependant upon the endurance and overcoming of suffering you access and experience the 5th dimensional experience.

Know Lovely Ones that love is ever being sent through to you in the now moment. It is time to embrace all that you are and ever will be through joy.

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.

The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on. Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. Thank you for being my friend, whether it is for a reason, a season or lifetime.

If I could share 500 words of wisdom to summarize what I've learned so far in life, these are the important things I'd want to pass along to others...

It's been said that we teach what we need to learn and so I write not as someone who has it all figured out, but rather as someone who has spent many years communicating with Angels who have shared these messages over and over again:

LISTEN to your heart. Listen to your feelings. And that means ALL of them.

It is true that we are divine beings having a human experience but we ARE human!

In much of the spiritual community, there seems to be a confusing separation between our divinity and our humanity because many have deemed the spectrum of our emotions as 'wrong' or 'negative', when in truth, it is those we deny or hide that become our greatest burden and the pain ends up having far more power over our lives than when we allow it to come to the surface.

So pay attention, acknowledge what is present and embrace it all - embrace everything that makes you human because you are indeed here on Earth for a purpose.

Yes you are! We all are. One that is multi-layered, unique and found once again in the whispers of the heart. We search for our purpose, thinking that once we find the answer - that thing we are meant to do - we will find peace.

But as we look around, comparing ourselves to others, deciding what we think we 'should' be, we are rarely fulfilled and more often than not, exhausted by our efforts to fit in with the crowd.

Listen! What makes you feel alive? What makes your heart sing? Follow whatever it is that brings YOU most joy and share it with others because it is this sparkly passion that lights up the world and makes more of a difference than you can ever imagine!

And remember that whatever you do you are NEVER alone. We live on this planet with almost seven billion other people and are connected to an infinite source of divine love and support. We are not meant to struggle. Reach out for help and ask for what you desire. Say yes to all the blessings that are available to you and let yourself RECEIVE!

Why? Because you deserve it!

Why? Because you exist!

It is that simple. You do not need to pretend, or push, or prove anything. There is nothing you need to do or not do to be more or less worthy. You are loved unconditionally without exception. Forget trying to be perfect and know that right now, you are perfect as you are.

If you're anything like me - and yes, as I said, I am learning too - your mind may drift into every reason that this isn't so, but if you can take a deep breath and look yourself in the eye with half the compassion and acceptance you so easily offer your best friend, then you're well on your way to recognizing the truth of who you are.

Whether you can or not, it's OK. Just listen. Listen to your heart. Trust your own journey; trust your music. And be REAL. The rest is just details!

“What is happiness?” What a completely dense and loaded question this is.

During my studies in psychology, one of the main principles we learned about writing a manuscript is the importance of defining what you are discussing. If I were to write a paper about happiness, I would then need to operationally define happiness in terms that allowed everyone to understand what I was referring to.

The problem with this, however, is that we then merely repeat the best definition we come by, thinking we understand the meaning while never truly questioning our own thoughts on the matter; therefore never truly experiencing it.

I believe this happens in the majority of circumstances, and know that I did this for many years. It is much simpler to just go along with life rather than ask yourself those true and deep questions that will rattle your world.

My whole life I have been searching for tranquility, to feel at peace within myself, for “happiness.”

After a traumatic adolescence, I spent my life in fear, seeking control to make up for that which was taken from me. This brought me an abundance of pain and so much confusion.

But I thought I would no longer be hurt if I could control everything around me. This, for obvious reasons, never worked, and I couldn’t seem to understand why.

A special person in my life always taught me to question what I’m told. On the subject of happiness, he said that he had never heard a definition that made sense to him, and therefore, didn’t believe happiness existed.

This was the saddest thing I have ever heard. It inspired me to find a definition that would touch his heart.

Unfortunately, like with most things in life, this relationship ended, and I was never able to give him my definition. But I was still very much determined to define it, if not for him then for myself.

It wasn’t until I began writing a research paper on death and mortality for my master’s studies that I truly understood what happiness is.

My research was investigating the effects of mortality salience—simply put, how humans react to the realization that we are perpetually vulnerable to permanent obliteration for reasons that we can never anticipate or control. This was quite the handful to absorb, and many people whom I talked with experienced great difficulty coming to terms with the principle.

They frequently told me that doing a paper on death would make them depressed, and things of that nature. I had a different experience: The more I read on death and mortality, the calmer and more peaceful I found myself.

It took a few days for me to realize that this tranquility I was experiencing was the happiness I had been searching for all along; this fear of death and happiness are very closely related.

If I could talk to that person again and explain to him what I think happiness is, I would explain to him that it is the coming to terms with this inevitable culmination.

I believe happiness is the complete mindful attention and bliss found in the present moment; the present moment is beautiful and fundamentally perfect. Therefore, one must choose to be happy right now in the present, because this is all that exists.

Many years ago, I read a quote by the Dalai Lama, which I think is very applicable to this. He reported that when something is wrong, you can either fix it, and therefore it will work out and there is no need to worry, or there is nothing you can do, and therefore worrying about it is moot.

When one truly and with every fiber of their being accepts death and the mystery of the future, there is nothing left but to appreciate the present moment. I believe this is where happiness stems from because it really puts things into perspective.

I have been experimenting with this, and as a person who frequently worries, thinks too much, and feels often overwhelmed by life, I have found immense peace and tranquility from this acceptance.

For me, it completely shifted my perspective on everything. I have been able to stay calm and resilient in situations that would normally bring on a panic attack or devastate me.

This, of course, doesn’t mean that my life is now all roses and butterflies, but that this new perspective aids me in gauging situations and reacting to them as I think I should rationally, not instinctively.

Ultimately, there is no way to know how your life will play out in ten minutes, and hour, or a week. Happiness is the value of every moment and the full attention paid to it.

Hopefully, one day, people will stop looking at death with fear and use it to make their life more valuable. Knowledge is power, and this, I believe, is a true key to happiness.

Are You Too Busy? 5 Signs of Chronic Stress

A few years ago, the focal point of my life was my work. It took up and made up a huge portion of my life. In retrospect, I would even say that work became a sort of obsession. I became so obsessed with being productive that I set aside almost every minute of my waking hours for some work-related activity.

I even coupled meals with work; toilet breaks meant mentally drafting reports and traffic jams signaled the start of phone meetings. You may look at this picture and think of me as an efficient multi-tasker. I honestly hope I was that, but no. I was nothing but a person trapped inside “too busy” cycle.

Some people perceive being “too busy” as a sign of success or a flourishing career. Although this can be true, being constantly overworked and overwhelmed has more detrimental than positive effects. Being crazy-busy implies stress; and our body can only take so much pressure before it activates its stress response and runs on “survival or panic mode.”

Stress can be helpful and motivating to some degree, but substantial evidence shows that chronic exposure to high levels of stress prompts the body to release hormones called glucocorticoids, which can potentially damage several body systems.

When I learned about the gravity of chronic stress and my overly busy life, I made an effort to change my habits and keep everyday stress to a minimum. There are so many ways to effectively manage stress, but you can do so only after you actually notice and admit that you are indeed too busy and too stressed out.

I have listed below some of the things that have made me realize that my “busyness” was out of hand.

1. I was always looking for something.

Searching for my car keys, phone, wallet, jewelry, eyeglasses, and documents became a part of my daily routine. Things seemed to be misplaced or lost all of the time.

Cortisol, the hormone released when you are stressed, damages the brain over time and can lead to memory problems. But aside from that, when we are stressed out, our thoughts tend to be all over the place; and this lack of focus and the disorganized thoughts could very well cause us to lose track of things.

2. I’d get inappropriately infuriated by the smallest things.

Stress made me a grumpy, unhappy, moody woman. I’d get angry over the smallest mistakes of others and get irritated by just about anything.

When we are stressed, our minds are so overloaded that we are unable to logically and calmly process situations and information. Hence, we have less and less tolerance for mistakes and irregularities.

Furthermore, stress often causes us to lose sleep. And not getting enough sleep can cause a depletion of the neurotransmitter called serotonin which plays a role in calming us down during stressful times.

3. I woke up every single day feeling tired.

It was awful waking up in the morning feeling as if I had not gotten a single hour of sleep. I am pretty sure I slept, but when I woke up, I felt really drained and exhausted.

Morning fatigue is one of the surest signs that you are overworked, overstretched, and overscheduled. The feeling of overwhelming tiredness after waking up indicates that you have not rested well during the night. You may have gone to bed and shut your eyes early but your busy mind just won’t shut down.

4. I frequently experienced headaches.

Hardly a week would go by without me experiencing a terrible headache. I would often feel this tightness in my head that would extend to the back of my neck.

Tension headaches are among the most common symptoms of chronic stress. Part of the body’s response to stress is muscular contraction; however, when exposure to stress is prolonged, muscles often spasm, resulting in some sort of pain or discomfort. Spasm of the muscles in the upper back, neck, and scalp area results in tension headaches.

5. I constantly felt a vague feeling of unhappiness.

I was unhappy, but I could not pinpoint why exactly. Most days, I would feel really heavy and sulked for no reason at all.

Stress can cause a roller coaster of emotions because it has the capacity to affect your body’s hormone levels and also cause brain disturbances. This is why a lot of people who have been exposed to a great deal of stress for a prolonged period have fallen into depression.

There is nothing wrong with fulfilling your responsibilities, obligations, and duties. However, you must know how to draw the line between working for a living and living for your work. As I’ve experienced, being “too busy” reduces the quality of your life. Remember that balance is key to everything.

Happy Halloween or All Hallows! This is a fun day to experience. As kids we enjoyed the dress up and candy. As adults, it gives us a chance to reflect back on our loved ones who’ve crossed over before us. Hmm, maybe I’ll do that next year, have a night for people to call in and I’ll check on their loved ones~~

The Winter Solstice Celebration is changing and expanding!! It’s going to be at a friend’s house on December 21^st, but he has a large area where can have all sorts of fun!! There will be once person giving free angel card readings based on Doreen Virtue’s course. My friend Melba will hold a Druid ceremony to release the past and welcome the new. Then I’ll finish the night with a channel. I sense there may be more people offering readings, Reiki or more! I hope to set the intention to join me for sure in person, perhaps online. I know we’ll be talking to the Mayan about the calendar and the changes coming up next year.

Shake Up Your Life

It is sometimes really hard to decide on a name for the channel. I did call this one ‘Shake Up Your Life’ because the Goddess worked with us at our foundation to literally shake up our energy. There were several different times when I felt her energetically take people by their arms and just shake them!!

But another really big part of this channel is that Ashtar came through to speak. He had with him the essence of ‘lightbody’, the ancient one, representatives from Pleiades and more. Ashtar spoke of the changes taking place. He spoke of the relationship between the universe and us in our lives. There was a pure pink energy that represented the lightbody. For some reason, she came through as a feminine energy but she spoke of what it is to bring the light into ourselves and our lives. She said there will continue to be that which people consider ‘dark’ because it creates such a contrast to light. BUT, as more and more of the crystalline energies integrate the earth, the more ease there will be with the high light vibrations and in many cases there is less evidence of the contrast of light and dark.

We all have patterns in our lives. These patterns are created from what we do; go to work, raise our children, have relationships or whatever else it may be. These patterns are created unconsciously, but sometimes we refer back to them as a means of creating security. If you seek to create a change in your life, you have to change the patterns. This change is in your energy, your thoughts, your emotions, etc.

By the end of this channel, you have shaken up your life, created new alignments with high light beings from the universe and then infused a new beginning to your reality! It was very powerful and filled with a lot of movement.

Working with the Weather

I live in the southeastern USA and recently there was a large storm that went up the coast causing heavy rain, flooding, damage, etc. They called this ‘Super Storm Sandy’. At one time it was a hurricane; it was also called a nor’easter and more.

As you know, I channel the Goddess of Creation and many different energies. They speak through me to give messages, we shift energy and sometimes it’s to shift a situation around me or somewhere in the world. I can’t even think of all the times I’ve done this, but I wanted to share with you a few of the occurrences. Now if you’re following me on Facebook (Goddess Light on Facebook) you may have participated in or experienced this most recent storm. I remember in particular working with Hurricane Katrina, a tornado that came through Atlanta and some of the other inclement weather.

I also realized in talking with a friend today that what came through to me during these experiences can also be applied to other situations in life.

Last Saturday I started paying attention to the news I was hearing about Hurricane Sandy. I’d attended a party where people were expressing their concern. Someone had also written me on FB expressing her fear because she was in the line of the storm. So on Sunday, I decided to see what I could do.

I shifted my consciousness and energy to a place where I could connect with the storm. WHEW! It was huge and even as big as I can get, it felt huge. Once I was in position, I called on the energies of Lady Gaia, the Dolphins and the elementals. They were surging up from the earth and into my energies, expanding my awareness. I then more consciously reached towards my divinity and my group. They too came in, filling in the energies. So now I was now also a huge energy!

As I sent a thread of energy into the storm, I could once more feel the power. It was filled with old stuck energies and old patterns. It was clearing out the old and bringing in a new beginning. That was only a part of it and I didn’t go into analyzing. Bottom line, here was this huge storm.

1) 5 SIGNS YOUR FIRST CHAKRA IS WEAK

The existence and functionality of the chakra system is the basis of many ancient practices such as acupuncture, martial arts, reiki and yoga. Each of us have seven major chakras that begin at the base of the spine and extend up the spine through to the crown of the head. These areas store energy and send it out through the meridians (a path through life-energy or your “qi” flows) to service the entire physical body.

Chakras can wax and wane in their strength and vibrancy. They can even become blocked and stagnant like ponds that don’t have enough flow. So it’s not an exaggeration to say that complete health of body and mind begins and ends with the health of the chakras.

Each of the seven major chakras deal with different aspects of the body, the mind and the soul, although all seven chakras are interconnected and interdependent.

The First Chakra

Probably the most common chakra to be in a weakened state is the First Chakra. Sometimes called the Root Chakra, the First Chakra is located at the very base of your spine. It deals with issues of physical survival, safety and security and is blocked and weakened by fear and insecurity.

Which is why it deserves some extra love and attention, because the First Chakra acts as a pump at the base of the chakra system that helps energy rise and flow. If this base pump is weak, work done on the other chakras won’t be as effective.

So look out for these signs, and work on strengthening your First Chakra using the guide below:

Five Signs Your First Chakra is Weak

1. You feel a general lack of physical energy and vitality resulting in a lackluster will to create.
2. Your sense of well-being is highly dependent upon external circumstances. So long as everything is going smoothly and to your liking, you feel OK, but when circumstances aren’t to your liking, you feel insecure.
3. You feel a general lack of confidence in dealing with anything outside your comfort zone.
4. You believe that money creates security and that there is an amount of money that if attained, would guarantee your security.
5. You experience any of the following physical symptoms on a frequent or recurring basis: eating disorders, adrenal fatigue, foot and leg pains and injuries, rectal or colon problems, immune disorders or bone disorders.

Five Things You Can Do To Strengthen Your First Chakra

1. Make a list of everything you tend to think of as providing your sense of security. Now cross off any items on that list that could be taken away from you without your permission. What is left? Anything? Now, make another list titled, “Things That Can Never Be Taken From Me.” You might have to reflect a little more on this list – but it’s worth the time to do so. These are the true source of your security.

2. Reconnect your body to the earth in some physical way. Walk barefoot in the dirt or go outside and sit beneath a large tree, resting your back against the trunk. Spend time reflecting on all the ways you are supported like nature.

3. Sing the word “grow”, holding out the “oh” sound as long as your breath allows. The word grow provides the proper vowel sound and has meaning related to the First Chakra. As you hold out the “oh” sound, bring your attention to the base of your spine and feel it vibrating and glowing red, sending life and health to your entire lower body.

4. Do the “Mudra Lock” breath. From any sitting position, inhale deeply into your lower belly. Now hold the breath in and tightly squeeze everything from your navel to your buttocks. Hold the squeeze for a few counts. Exhale, and with the breath held out, repeat the squeezing and holding for another few counts. As you are squeezing, try to feel the energy rising up your spine and reaching the crown of your head.

5. Perform the “Seated Pelvic Rotation” yoga asana below:

Sit in a cross-legged position and grab your knees with your hands. Slowly rotate your hips and waist in a clockwise circle. Imagine that your navel is tracing as wide a circle around your seated center position as possible.

Use your arms as leverage . Keep the movement slow and steady, breathing naturally but without trying to synchronize your breath with your movement. Breathe through your nose if you can.

Continue this clockwise movement for twenty to thirty seconds. Now reverse the direction and begin in a counter clockwise direction, for another twenty to thirty seconds.

Subject: Heads Up From Elsa P: November 1, 2012 - US Election, Mercury Retrograde & A Cardinal T-Square

Expect agitation this week as Venus in Libra, the consummate peacemaker, takes hits from Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn. Most will be as accommodating as they can, but if you push one of these so-called "nice people" too far, you risk being swiftly amputated. That makes this a good week to ask, "Is this the hill I want to die on?"

Secondly, be advised that Mercury goes retrograde on Tuesday - see Transit Watch.. If you've got anything you want to clear up ahead of time, that's your deadline. It's also election day in the US. Many people have already voted, but if you are planning to go to the polls on Tuesday, allow yourself extra time as there may be delays due to heavy turnout or other issues. Here's a break out, day by day.

Thursday & Friday: The Moon keeps Jupiter company in Gemini to finish out the work week. With Mercury and Mars in Sagittarius and Neptune and Chiron in Pisces, there is a lot of emphasis on the mutable signs. This means people will be talking. Virgo will absorb a lot of energy from this, as it's the sign that fills in the mutable grand cross.

Saturday & Sunday: The Moon moves into Cancer and forms a grand cross with Venus, Uranus and Pluto. If your job is to please people, it may be particularly difficult this weekend. People who act out most likely have security fears. If you understand this, it might make it easier to feel compassion. In the US, many will be nervous about the election.Who can blame them?

Monday: We've got the Venus, Uranus, Pluto T-square as outlined above, in effect all week. However, we enjoy a grand trine in fire involving the Moon, Mercury and Uranus to kick off the work week. Fire likes to move and I'm sure many will be thinking, "Let's get this show on the road!"

Tuesday: Same as Monday. We have the cardinal T-square but we enjoy a grand trine in fire. Mercury turns retrograde just before 7 PM ET.

Wednesday: The Moon in Leo trines Mars in Sagittarius. Mercury in Sagittarius trines Uranus in Aries. There is a lot of momentum with this, but it does not look nasty to me. I am not as worried about the aftermath of the election as some other astrologers.

OPENING YOUR THIRD EYE

We are Simion, The Evolutionary Collective. You are at a pivotal point in your evolution as human expressions now on Earth. Much has been developed to prepare you to make change in the coming years with this time of December 2012 before you as an eye opener. The real question is will it open your eyes? And what eyes will it open for you?

The last couple of decades have been a period of escalation for opening your physical eyes to seeing the illusions and veils placed before you that have caused you to live in a mist. Many have begun to brush away that mist, or have entirely done so, and are able to now see that nothing is as it appears to the naked eye, nor to the minds interpretation of what it sees in the world, or has been told to see in the world.

That was the first step of the human species awakening process. If you are still going through this phase, no fret, it is a process of removing the layers of illusion and may come in spurts and will accelerate. If you are well past this stage, you may be asking, "so what now?" or "what is to be done about it?" Most will pass a phase of anger until they recognize that this only feeds the demons of illusion.

When this is realized, one also sees that all of this illusion is created and perpetuated by your thoughts about it. This is when you begin to think of what you really want to see in the world instead of dreading what you do not want to see. This is the first step of change, and it begins with each of you. Many light workers are already well on their way to adding thoughts and vibrations to the world they wish to see. Sometimes they fail to perpetuate it in their own life, but they forge on. Those that forge on past December 2012, will begin the real work of creating a fresh reality.

Given that most of what you are familiar with as human beings thus far is an illusion, it is no easy task to see beyond to something new. How do you see something new when your eyes only know the past sights that you have been taught to see? Even the best light workers may have a difficult time transcending to a new vision, even though they know intuitively that there is more to see.

We will tell you now that it is time to prepare for a new type of vision. The vision of the famed third eye. That is right. You all have heard of the 6th chakra and of the 6th sense that allows vision beyond the limits of your physical senses. It likely has seemed more surreal to you than real, even if you have had glimpses of psychic ability. The entire consciousness of the next dimensional awareness sees from an expanded third eye. The third eye is more than you have been taught or can even know with intellectual contemplation.

The third eye sees beyond the polarity of the third dimension. In the fourth dimension, where your third eye will see clearly, you will transcend the limits imposed by the seeming separation of opposites. This new vision is able to fuse opposites into the consciousness of One. It is not simply that all the shades of grey between black and white are seen. It is that black, white, and gray are understood to be from the same light source in various stages of dimming the inherent light within. Once this is truly seen, your vision of everything changes.

The point of your third eye seeing is to illuminate all so that one sees beyond the shadows of what appears as a 3D reality. Then the light is all that one sees, and clarity is the result. You all seek clarity so strongly, yet it eludes you. You feel blocked in your decision making because you feel you cannot see beyond the pain of the moment. That pain is an illusion of darkness, because your two eyes cannot see the light within the situation. This month, and through this year, think of activating your higher vision that sees with a new clarity as it sees from the light of your soul.

It is said that, "the eyes are windows to the soul." Well your third eye is the window OF the soul. The soul being your energetic consciousness in its experiential wholeness, that is light and knows no darkness. As you cross over from your incarnate form, your soul sees only light and knows only that state of being. As you transcend the need to keep perpetuating duality, you can remain increasingly in that place of light. Finally, you need not return to duality, as you perpetually see beyond. Then you will find new levels of knowing to experience and be as you move through various dimensions of awareness.

g your third eye vision is to look out from your soul instead of from the two eyes that are linked to your 3D brain. Your third eye is linked to your soul and transcends the limits of your hemispheric brain that is seeing from a polarized view. As you are now, most of your life is spent looking out those two brainy eyes and everything is filtered through them. You can't even fathom not seeing like you do.

So we will start you today just on this task of wondering; how would my soul see? How would my whole energetic being that knows all as light and sees no definition of black, white and in between, perceive my world now? Begin imagining that your soul, that is linked through your crown to the source light of the universe, is radiating through this special third eye, into your present expression. It is a laser light eye of sorts and looks through all the 3D forms to their very core. What would the core of life in everything around you look like from your soul eye? We will be standing by in the 7th dimension accessed through your 7th chakra, eager to hear your ideas and consequent experiences as you move this way.

You see, in order to see with the soul, you must open this central eye within your present consciousness. To open it, you must stretch beyond your two eye vision. A hint; those two eyes do not need to be open for your third eye to see. In fact, it may help at first to close those physical peepers, to open your soul sight. Each time you exercise your soul vision a thread will be created between your physical expression and your whole energetic soul self. This is expanding your awareness. It is what will help pull you into a fourth dimensional awareness that is beyond space and time and allows you a sense of true light consciousness.

Your third eye will see beyond 3D and will see colors and experience elevated states that views your physical reality from a new perspective. You are not moving to 4D over night and 5D comes after you can create within a lighter vibrancy physical reality of 4D. You are not skipping to 5D as a race of beings, though you may move through 4D quicker than other beings once you see from this view. There are Ascended Masters who moved through 4D and into 5D from 3D Earth existences. The race of human beings in general, as a whole, now have the potential to move to 4D in unison with Gaia, which is a new event. One step at a time my friends. Do not be deluded that 4D is a pass through astral experience. It is no such thing in our view. It is a crucial step in seeing beyond polarity in a less physically dense creative experience.

Seeing and knowing astral energy is seeing beyond the limits of your current physical awareness and is a natural state of 4D. Astral is the thought energy that creates your collective world view. In opening your third eye, you will see energy patterns creating physical forms, and you will see the so called ghost forms that still remain as thought energy tied to places and people. You will see the auric fields that surround all forms and holds their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. However, you will not see all this as scary, as you will know they are thoughts in motion. Astral energies only appear dark when you are glimpsing from a 3D consciousness. If you consider astral energy to be negative and dark, you are still coming from a 3D polarized consciousness and not seeing from your soul view. Remember, dimensional realities are not distinct places, they are different levels of awareness of consciousness creating experiences.

More fun in seeing thought forms will be the opening of your vision to heightened creation and seeing how your thoughts and emotions form balls of energy to create your surroundings. That is how you open to being a third eye creator, and not just a seer. This becomes your new art form as an awakening master.

Dear Hearts,

As always, I pray you are well.

Beloveds, the energies are intensifying and will become more so in the closing days of this cycle ahead. As the next two months progress there will be even more profound breakthroughs and breakdowns. The Divine Descent is upon us, as Heaven is brought to Earth, through us.

We are being made impeccably authentic and honest with ourselves and each other, as the energies continue their relentless pursuit to break us of all the mental and egoic strongholds that have held us hostage on all levels of our Creation.

Our personalities are being strongly guided in these final hours to let our souls lead us to peace. If you will allow yourself to be guided, void of resistance, you will know alchemy, spiritual magic, vertical magic, and meet your true state of being.

Evolution tasks us now with having our personalities serve our souls. Now, before the cycle closes, all of Creation stands at your ready to assist you in doing so.

We are almost out of the cosmic birth canal, and what was for most, a very challenged labor. The Great Mother Earth and all of Cosmic Consciousness await our delivery, with great love and deep respect for us all.

During this intense time of labor, many have learned their own limitlessness, and watched their endurance prevail. Many have accepted their Infinite Limitlessness, though many still struggle with the belief that they are not. It is now that each are asked to recall the memory of their "Original Condition, as it is the driving force of evolution itself."

Our freedom is at stake Beloveds and in arms reach for the first time in our collective human history. Freedom has had no history for the human race, and now it shall.

We and this Planet are being purged of everything that has made it impossible to be Free. We are a relentless, courageous, collective race intent on making this shift in both consciousness and vibration enabling us to shine forth as the brilliant beings of Gods Light that we are.

In this final stretch we are learning the vital importance of staying in the present moment, noticing there is nowhere to go. We are aware that to drain ourselves of wondering and worrying about what is next has no value, or an answer before its time. We are finding that faith and trust are our allies, not to be ignored.

We are discovering, that the power of our thoughts either attract the lives we have yearned for or deflect miraculous breakthroughs in our lives, immediately.

We are being pushed to unlearn much of who we have been, what trespasses on our divinity, what disturbs us and how to transmute that which does. We are learning how to accept, rather than fight Life and its miraculous unfolding.

The God of our Being holds us accountable now for everything we feel, everything we do, think, express or have as a leading thought. As a result, we are steered in the direction of adopting ourselves as a New Human joining in a New World.

In these final weeks Beloveds, of this year and the beginning of the next, is a time for sincere consciousness toward yourself and for stillness and being a silent observer as you deliberately begin to catch up with who you really are, now, and then move yourself forward into who you choose to become in the New World. You must be still in order to Create your next.

You are now the Creator. Take a breath, and take that in. You are the Creator.

As each spiritual seeker connects with us and the divine virtues of our name, we convince him or her that ‘the making of the philosopher’s stone is no allegory and no symbolic-esoteric speculation’.

‘We teach that the preparation of the philosopher’s stone has diverse grades for the most various purposes’.

‘We teach methods of transmuting metals, especially by the dry procedure, which is known to alchemists’.

‘The preparation and realization of the philosopher’s stone rests on many methods’.

‘To those of you who have the proper degree of maturity, and who thoroughly understand the scientific reasons behind harmony and harmlessness, we entrust these methods as you request them’.

At this time the science of life, vitality and immortality is available to the Children of Light.

Re-incarnation has proved its usefulness throughout long cycles of time. More and more it is becoming counter-productive for many now that we approach the time of Alpha and Omega, of Heaven on Earth.

Divine Consciousness and Life are omnipresent, existing in everything, in all time and in all space. There is no place or time that lacks all of the divine virtues. Time and space, and everything within them, could not exist if all divine life and being were absent in even the least degree. The experience of the omnipresence of Divine Being comes naturally in the deep Delta brainwave state. This state is experienced in deep dreamless sleep, and is dominant in infancy. Ask your cellular memory to let you re-experience this state within during meditation. It is during deep dreamless sleep that our bodies regenerate. This state can be experienced continually through meditation. In this way the body regenerates continually, at the same time that it experiences itself as the holy temple of Divine Being that is manifesingt in four levels of creation: the level of fire, or desire and intention, the level of thought, the level of feeling, and the level of manifest form. Omnipresence is the divine virtue of letter E, the first letter of our name ‘Eralier’.

As a Child of Light stays in connection with Omnipresent Consciousness through deep experience of pure being and unity with Divine Being and all creation, then, through inner guidance, Divine Life flows and informs his or her will, thoughts, feelings, and physical form.

The divine virtue of inner guidance is the letter R.

The original perfect divine blueprints of creation in Divine Mind awaken in such a person, and enlivens mystical faculties and artistic talent. This is the virtue of A.

Then imperfections are seen and released as a person learns the secret of the virtue of transformation, life and death. Learning to release whatever is imperfect gives control over negative passions, attachments to limited harmful desires, beliefs, feelings and sensations and possessions that are no longer the highest good of all. In this way a person gains control over all negative beings. This is the divine virtue of umlaut A, ae.

In the time of Heaven on Earth, wisdom that is gained from age and experience is joined with eternal youth, meditation becomes a way of life, and reincarnation is no longer the only way to reap the lessons of past mistakes. All of the divine virtues take care of everything in creation, so joy and supreme happiness flow with harmony and satisfaction.

The divine virtue of letter L is the splendor and majesty of all the divine virtues taken together. It is this virtue which gives vitality, eternal youth and immortality. This virtue also enlivens true spiritual morality.

An immortal person masters the divine virtue of Cause and Effect to create the highest good of all concerned on all levels of vibration, including the physical.

This is the divine virtue of letter I of ‘Eralier’.

Finally, through total onenesss with Omnipresent Divine Life, a person follows inner guidance ever more to create greater and greater perfection. All miracles on Earth become possible and used to transmute everything into its highest expression, just as it is done in Heaven.

As the Children of Divine Being gain the experiences of time, their continuing strength and youth allow them to serve and manifest more and more beauty in Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. This is the original intention of Divine Providence.

E… This sound of this letter in the ancient language is the divine virtue of omnipresence. Divine Consciousness is omnipresent in all time and space, even in the smallest atom.

By meditating on this virtue, a person attains a state of cosmic consciousness. In the intellect it arouses the highest form of intuition.

‘In the emotions, this virtue gives control over the feelings of oneself and others, and the ability to understand the language of all beings, including animals’.

‘In the physical world, mastering this virtue reveals the profoundest mysteries of materialization-condensation-and dematerialization-refinement. Divine Providence prompts each being in each moment. The human body, which is the microcosm, is made up of almost infinite numbers of individual parts, and yet operates as one organism. The outer universe, which is the macrocosm, does so as well.

“As above, so below.”

Those who study the divine virtues in the order of the alphabet reach a state of complete oneness with Divine Providence so that by the time they reach the letter R, ‘they have achieved a state of maturity by which your feeling of independence has been transformed into an absolute state of security and unimpeachability’.

‘Mentally, you will have an eminent mind and the feeling of freedom of will and action. A…Wisdom and enlightenment, mystical faculties, the understanding of the original purity of all ideas in Divine Mind.

Umlaut A, ae…The sound of this letter, the long “A”, in the cosmic language ‘is the virtue of the origin and mystery of life and death regarding their transformation. By meditating on this virtue, a child of God becomes convinced that in reality death does not exist, for the so-called death is only a transformation from one state into another’.

‘Also will come enlightenment on the cause of this transformation. With this comes the ability to master all negative spiritual beings in all spheres and planes with regard to their scope of action’.

‘The purpose for which negative beings have been created becomes clear. Since, in the original principle all beings are alike, each having been created by Divine Providence to fulfill a certain task, there is no dissimulation of negative beings, for from the enlightened person’s point of view everything is pure. Here the saying: “to the pure one everything is pure” becomes plain. If there were no negative beings, it would be impossible to distinguish between good and evil; and if there were no passions, there would also be no virtues’.

‘This virtue confirms the words contained in the Bible: “through night to light”, the deep symbolic meaning of which now becomes clear.’

In the intellect the ability is gained to ‘see through all thoughts, actions and wishes concerning matter, and of becoming their absolute master’.

‘In the feelings, this virtue represents desires, passions, and the inclination to self-satisfaction etc. A person who masters this virtue in their feelings becomes absolute master and ruler of all desires and passions. Also, a person is able to not cling to mental, emotional, and material virtues and objects. This means complete independence and freedom and fulfills the saying “bind yourself and you will be free”.

‘On the material level this virtue is one of the most materialized. No matter whether you evoke it in the mind, the feelings, the akasha, or the material world, the earth is influenced by it to a larger extent. The ability to infuse matter with divine virtues is heightened.’

I… The sound of this letter is the virtue of cause and effect, which is the karma law. ‘On the mental level, this is analogous to memory, remembrance and conscience. In the emotions, this corresponds to the astral matrix with all of its functions’. The ‘astral matrix’ is the connecting link between the physical body and the feelings. Therefore, the mastery of the virtue of cause and effect controls the connection between the body and the soul.

It is a known fact that the astral matrix, and with it the whole body, is kept alive by breathing. With the initiation into karma law, which is the knowledge of cause and effect, you are in the position to get under your perfect control the breath with all of its aspects and ways of application. Mystical abilities are subject to the mastery of breath. On the material world, everything that has shape, measure, number and weight can be understood and mastered with this virtue.’

Due to space/time conversion physics [see Beyond The Barrier by Edgar A. Ostrander] we will find our galaxy becomes the galaxy of Andromeda, which is really this galaxy on the other side of the birth canal we are going through, commonly referred to in astronomy as a 'black hole'.

Predictions of Andromeda colliding with our galaxy are merely the appearance from our viewpoint in space of this space/time conversion phenomena.

Dear Friends,

As the Annual Storm of the Century moves into cleanup mode, questions are being asked by many that previously were only whispered by a few. These aren't little questions about how to rebuild, but rather should some areas be rebuilt. And finally, from almost all sides, there is an acknowledgment that the weather patterns of our childhood are gone.

New weather patterns are emerging and are not going to subside. This is our new reality. Just as building codes and construction designs reflected the old wind and temperature trends, our new building codes must reflect our new water levels and weather patterns. Not just on the coast, but in inland areas, deserts, and even warming northern rain forest regions.

As a teenager I lived in a flood zone. Our home was built on a narrow peninsula that jutted out into Lake St. Clair. This lake links two of the Great Lakes, Lake Huron and Lake Erie, on Michigan's southeastern corner. Being several miles wide, wind and tidal currents could bring the lake level up several feet and over the existing seawalls regularly. Pumping out the only street was a sometimes daily event. Over several years the lake level dropped, and the system of wooden dikes put in place was redesigned (in many places along the lakefront) as tall grassy berms.

I recall my parents not wanting to keep the height of the new berm the same as the old dike because it blocked out the view of the lake itself from our porch. Since then the lake levels have risen and fallen several more times. Certainly it was easier to prioritize the view over safety when the lake level was low. No doubt ensuing residents of the peninsula had other priorities when the lake waters again rose and flooded their homes.

What are we learning from the most recent weather event of the century? That fundamental priorities and assumptions are ready to change. Weather patterns are different, and if we don't adjust our building style and locations this will happen again. And again. Not just in the USA but anywhere we are insisting on living as we did twenty-five years ago.

The good news? Mainstream media is being unshackled from its timidity. Dancing as if on hot coals around climate change up until now, I anticipate politicians, business and media to voice an acceptance that climate change is happening. And this will move quickly into discussions on how to deal with it (while maintaining our current style and standard of life).

While expending time, attention and energy to attempting to maintain our lifestyle is not ideal, I recognize that this is an early step in a much longer process of helping people come to terms with change. Few of us want to change if it means giving up things that we like without getting some immediate pleasure back in return. It takes time to reach a level of discomfort that convinces us that the unknown is worth investigating.

Bottom Line:
What we can change is our own attitudes. What we can each address is our own resistance to doing something different that we know we are ready to do, but have not yet done. We can support change by changing ourselves.

Four years ago Obama's slogan was "Yes We Can", not "I can change it for you while you sit on your couch and complain". How many of us assumed that the 'we' in "Yes We Can" meant other people, the government, or some mystical beings doing it for us? Active Compassion, a quality of both doing and being resulting from the blending of Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine, is called for now.

A Note on Phone Meditations and CDs of Meditations and Teachings:

As of today, I have 33 Meditations and Teachings recordings available. They cover all on different subjects, some are direct channelings from my guides, most often Archangel Michael, Mary, the Hathor Atamira, Thoth, Shesat or a group of Ascended Masters. Most of them invoke Sacred Space and then focus on an issue and provide time for your guides and angels to work with you energetically.

I am very good at helping to lift off heavy energies and get chronic issues to begin to move. Any energy released goes home, to follow its own growth and evolution. Transform Obstacles
Is life an obstacle course? Sometimes it may feel like it. If you join the military you will be sent around an obstacle course of increasing degrees of difficulty. Why? To increase your strength and stamina and expand your creative capacity under strain. So it is on the course called 'life' - you can choose to perceive people, situations or events as obstacles, or you can choose to use these things to strengthen and expand your capacity to be creative and to find ways round, under, over. The choice lies in your perception. Obstacles are never ever 'out there', they are always in our own minds.

As the full moon stretches onward this is very, very timely in its messages especially as it speaks on the committed seeker lifting the veil of the Goddess once more; this being the period when the veils between worlds are described as being at their thinnest we are embarking on a deep transformation of the soul, of our lives. How beautifully this quote from the message below resonates:

That is a crux of creation and transformation. A synthesis of our soul and mind and body coming together in harmony and tandem. of flowing feelings to attract the transmutation of matter.

The first divine virtue to meditate upon and understand in mastering
feelings for the purpose of transmutation, is the virtue of omnipresence,

We initiate spiritual seekers to follow in the footsteps of the Masters and produce miracles in the physical world.

When desires to perform miracles occur, these desires awaken the flame of inner guidance pointing the way.

Children sense the truth of miracle working when hearing fairytales and parables of spiritual teachers. This inner knowing is always within.

“Ye must be as little children to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”

The Theta brainwave is dominant in childhood. This is a state of deep inner thought in which the Kingdom of Heaven is found within. To enter into Theta brainwave states, a person must experience relaxation and ease.

This still small voice is the source of genius, and points the ways to experiencing and directing the outworking of omnipotent divine will that exists everywhere, in all time and space.

We inspire the technology of the cosmic language, the use of power of THE WORD in the science of miracles and theurgy.

The proper utterance of each letter, has to do with being-will-visualiztion, thought, feelings, and sensations which are created in the four brainwaves of Delta, Theta, Alpha and Beta.

The first letter of our name is S, is DIVINE WILL, it is an ’initiation into all-penetrating divine willpower, all-power. This virtue is accessed in a state of pure being, which is the primary Delta brainwave pattern of infants. It is practiced in the head region with a sensation of warmth and expansion. Remember yourself as a small infant at one with divine will to produce this brainwave pattern.

With all-power, a child of God gets into contact with the most subtle substance of the divine spirit, i.e., with the original divine fire, or divine will, which works as a substantial power in everything that has been created by Divine Providence. Oneness with all-power gives mastery over the fire principle of desire and will and brings about a state of clairvoyance in its purest form.’

It is the will of Divine Providence for joy to permeate all of creation.

The color of this virtue is purple red, its musical note is G-sharp, it is the fire element of will and so it has the sensation of warmth, and the gall bladder is the part of the body that is formed by it.

The second letter, soft A, is DIVINE THOUGHT. This virtue is accessed in a state of deep inner thought, which is the primary Theta brainwave pattern of childhood. It is practiced in the lung region with a sensation of ease.

‘This sound [a soft a like a sigh—ahhhhh] and virtue is an initiation into the highest wisdom and the purity of all ideas in existence.’

‘This has as a fundamental feature the enlightened mind. Reasoning, perception, the cognition of the most profound truths, highest knowledge, high intelligence, and the arousing of all intellectual faculties are expressed.’

‘ Musical gifts, eloquence, poetic talent, and clairvoyance, clairaudience, the art of levitation, and the control of the air element and its beings are all aroused by this initiation. On the physical plane the command of the beings of the air, control over storms, are all made possible by initiation into the highest wisdom.’

The color of wisdom and enlightenment is light blue, the musical note is G, the element is air so it has the sensation of ease, and the lungs are formed from it.

The next letter G, is DIVINE FEELINGS OF TRUE DIVINE BLESSING. This virtue is accessed in the Alpha brainwave pattern of feelings, change, and flowing which is the primary brainwave pattern of adolescence. Grace and Mercy are practiced with a sense of chill in the abdomen region, seen as a hollow space.

True miracles, by their very essence, seek grace and mercy for all beings.

‘On an emotional level this virtue gives the feeling of happiness, of complete satisfaction. Situations may be created by means of the elements and the will and feelings causing success and wealth in the world that is for the highest good of all concerned. In the mind, this virtue gives the experience of peacefulness, and the faculty of giving true divine blessing.’

In the physical world this virtue represents ‘all phases of riches and wealth, of happiness and satisfaction. By this virtue Divine Providence has created abundance and, like the Creator, a child of God may also bring about, for him or her self or other people, abundance in everything, should that be desired.’

By being one with this virtue, a person can see how much the virtue of divine grace and mercy ameliorates the painful fate of the future that was caused by failure to adhere to the Divine Laws of Justice and Harmony.

The color of this virtue is deep grass green with a feeling of coolness because it is the water element of feeling, it has the musical note of F, and the left eye is formed from this virtue.

The next letters, A and umlaut A, ae, are enlightenment and DIVINE MATTER respectively. A is wisdom that is accessed in the theta brainwave state of a child.

‘You must be as a little child to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.”

Umlaut A is accessed in the Beta brainwave of logic, memory, and the five senses, which is the primary brainwave of adults, from puberty on. It is practiced in the leg region with a sensation of weight.

Miracles CHANGE, or transform, physical reality. Therefore, it is necessary to RELEASE outgoing realities through the divine virtue of transformation, umlaut A, ae.

The sound of this letter, the long “A”, in the cosmic language ‘is the virtue of the origin and mystery of life and death regarding their transformation. By meditating on this virtue, a child of God becomes convinced that in reality death does not exist, for the so-called death is only a transformation from one state into another’.

‘Also will come enlightenment on the cause of this transformation. With this comes the ability to master all negative spiritual beings in all spheres and planes with regard to their scope of action’.

‘The purpose for which negative beings have been created becomes clear. Since, in the original principle all beings are alike, each having been created by Divine Providence to fulfill a certain task, there is no dissimulation of negative beings, for from the enlightened person’s point of view everything is pure. Here the saying: “to the pure one everything is pure” becomes plain. If there were no negative beings, it would be impossible to distinguish between good and evil; and if there were no passions, there would also be no virtues’.

‘This virtue confirms the words contained in the Bible: “through night to light”, the deep symbolic meaning of which now becomes clear.’

In the intellect the ability is gained to ‘see through all thoughts, actions and wishes concerning matter, and of becoming their absolute master’.

‘In the feelings, this virtue represents desires, passions, and the inclination to self-satisfaction etc. A person who masters this virtue in their feelings becomes absolute master and ruler of all desires and passions. Also, a person is able to not cling to mental, emotional, and material virtues and objects. This means complete independence and freedom and fulfills the saying “bind yourself and you will be free”.

‘On the material level this virtue is one of the most materialized. No matter whether you evoke it in the mind, the feelings, the akasha, or the material world, the earth is influenced by it to a larger extent. The ability to infuse matter with divine virtues is heightened.’

The color of this virtue is loamy brown. The musical note is C. The element is earth so it has the sensation of weight. The anus is formed from this virtue.

The next letter is R, which is INNER GUIDANCE.

… On the physical plane, the virtue of following the inner voice ‘causes a rational widening of the intellect which enables one to comprehend any knowledge quickly and without difficulty and also to express it by words. By doing this a person acquires the abilities need to carry through with any mission.’

‘In the emotions, the evocation of the virtue of following inner guidance manifests in a number of abilities. Anything that a person trained in this way will undertake in an equivalent emotional or astral body will be done with a high-grade ingenuity of which a non-initiate cannot have the faintest idea.’

In performing miracles, inner guidance joins individual will with the Will of Divine Providence so that they are ONE.

The divine virtue of Independence and Freedom, following inner guidance, has a golden light with a feeling of weight, musical note C and is the virtue that forms the left nostril.

The final letters A and umlaut A, ae, are the virtues of the highest wisdom and enlightenment that can be lavished upon a human being and the power of transformation. Miracles bestow enlightenment upon the world. Mastering these virtues give all occult faculties such as clairaudience, clairvoyance, artistic talents, eloquence and control over the air and beings of the air, and control over negative beings and all imperfections.
