I acknowledge the great presence of Lord Metatron within this field, and offer my deepest gratitude for this invitation to speak with you. What follows is a message from Lord Metatron and I, a melange of beautiful and meaningful information we wish to share....

A Magnificent Year is unfolding! So many wonderful occurrences are sparkling in radiance! You are now ready for the Ascension... and Human Angels, you will see many changes from within and without! Clarity is the prize. Sure it has taken effort, but what a noble aspiration you have achieved.

2012 will begin to pull the rug out from under those hidden & rigid beliefs which have been the most cumbersome to release, and difficult to discover. Obstruction knows no prejudice, it moves across all divides. Humanity will soon begin to rediscover its clarity as a prerequisite to full consciousness before it can begin to remove fear and cynicism. Be willing to travel through the places in your interior belief-scape that are strewn with the debris of old energies and tired obstacles that no longer serve you. This year of 2012 is designed for such release, for some reservoirs are dug deeper than others and you will need to stretch a bit further to get to the clear waters of true wisdom.

In 2012 the inner self releases into the New Mer-Ka-Na by moving through intensities. Each coronal mass ejection, solar wind and astrological gravity well opens up new pulsation fervency. These extremes within the potent crysto-electrical field in 2012 may feel like taking one step backward before taking two steps forward. But understand that there is great purpose in these difficult phases of resonate up-shift. Within these are unique apertures to discover & recreate the New Human on the New Earth. That in shadow will be revealed and afforded release. The energy Triad facilitates such lucidities of clarity on the Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse, Lunar Eclipse and June Solstice.

The Om Wave

The OM Wave brings the Pleiadean Opening, and the opening of enlightenment. Dimensionality will shift. The end of ignorance and innocence will mark the beginning of the end of the third dimension, but only in terms of the third dimension being the exterior boundary of dimensional access on the New Earth. The first three dimensions will not disappear; how could they? Rather they will be reformatted as the base of the new dimensions 4-12.

Consider these words a gentle nudge from Spirit. Look deeply within and without, and permit this loving reminder a place in your thoughts and heart. Reflect upon the compassion and comprehension within your life, and measure how far it reaches. Do you find that you have traveled so very far, tried so very hard only to find yourself in the same place from whence you started?

Ascension Symptoms

The energy as we have said of 2012 is extremely intense. Every week, every month between now and the 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 is engineered with such up-shifts that you can become overwhelmed. In 2012 it is exponentially more so than 2011. For what is happening on the 2012 Triad is a great and greater influx of non-physical awareness, awareness in the full 33 Chakra Mer-Ka-Na. Remaining grounded with an intact Aura is essential, but you have the knowledge of how to manage the new frequencies. The old-energy myth that all perception and knowledge must come to you through your physical senses is well past; now you must coordinate the full 33 chakra influx...and you can.

As such, your creatorship is going into high gear. The manifestation of your beliefs will be exponentially amplified. That is why the remaining time before the 12-12-12 is especially geared for your self-examination and programming. The old adage of "be careful what you wish for" is going into over-drive. As we have told you before, you are given the gifts of gods. Your beliefs become reality. What you believe becomes real in your experience. There is no area in your life to which this does not apply, especially in the 33 chakra field of 2012! Thus the obstacle course before you in the months ahead. The 'Ascension Symptoms' are there for you to polish as the preparation, and are the final exam.

The intensities of 2012 are real, but these pressures are benevolent in purpose. Do not be discouraged, the Ascension is at hand.

Dear Human Angel, you need NOT be mired or discouraged in these energies, in fact the opposite will occur in the OM Wave. You can indeed receive an influx of support, of renewed charging, courage and resolve. If you remove your human mask within this moment of clarity termed the Ring of Fire and OM Wave, you will sense a new light; a light of crystalline clarity is touching you, re-energizing you in preparation for the remainder of 2012. It is final transformation, for you have indeed come far! We honor you and say well done, we encourage you to keep moving ahead. You are closer than you may realize to a quantum leap, a magnificent Transformation. Far closer.

Belief Changes the Paradigm

Masters, the work of transformation springs from a commitment to a particular context of belief; this kind of belief allows for well-being, and well being opens the door to happiness.

The astrological pattern of 2012 is designed to allow you final releases. The easier changes have been made; what remains requires a deeper dig.

What you think upon, what you believe, is projected more powerfully in 2012. Therefore in this year, you will find that all untoward beliefs will bubble to the top for you to deal with.

This is why we are dedicating the remainder of this channel to the importance of self examination, and the importance of being the Master of your thoughts. Many of you, in the intensities of 2012, may experience emotional despair, worry and depression. This can be dealt with, and in fact is being shown to you in order to let it go.

We tell you that your human emotions are to a large degree directed by your personal beliefs. By being fully aware of your fundamental life beliefs, and recognizing that you are ever at the effect of core beliefs, you can and will form a new world. And that is exactly what you are here to do.

At this Triad conjunction, you must consciously and intentionally select the direction and purpose for your lives. If you mundanely extend your�selves from the past, from what you unconsciously accept through default, there is no trans�formation, only more of the same. You see, not everyone will choose to Ascend. But those of you that are the Pathfinders must shine the light. Do not become discouraged or mired in the intensities of 2012.

Reminders of Requisite Understandings

Let us tap your shoulder in the weeks before the Triad, and remind you of certain requisite understandings.

Many of you humans have based your happiness on achieving a certain goal, on having certain things. Yet in such objective orientated achievement, you often find a time line in which you discover happiness that comes from these things is only temporary, and soon fades....and you still sense something is lacking, something is missing. You are not experiencing joy.

Many of you humans feel that life is successful only when you get what you want. But many of your life set-ups deliberately place you outside your 'comfort zone' in order for you to grow.

Such 'life-contract challenges' or 'set ups' are chosen by the higher self and cannot be wished away or ignored. That is why it is important to face your circumstances as a selected set up, and take responsibility for it. Then and only then can you transcend it. There is no situation you are in that you have not created, have not chosen. To deny that truth does not serve you. In saying that, we are not saying you surrender to it, rather that you face it.

The Happiness Paradox

So here is the happiness paradox. Do you live without joy until you meet the challenge?

Masters, there is joy in being 'fully present and fully engaged in the present and fully accepting the challenges before you in the 'Now'. That is a great truth.

Happiness, in wide terms, can be understood in 3 aspects: pleasure, engagement, and meaning. Pleasure is the "feel good" part of happiness. Engagement refers to living a "good life" of interactive harmonics, in balancing work, family, friends, and hobbies. Meaning refers to using our strengths to contribute to a larger spiritual or philanthropic purpose. And keep in mind that of the three, engagement and meaning make the most difference to living a happy life. We will also add that many who chose lives of service and focal spiritual development do achieve happiness, in the sense of this vernacular and aspect, in lives solely devoted to achieving Mastery.

Genuine happiness is a decision. A state of mind that is earned by living a spiritual harmonic life. It is not the satisfaction of irrational wishes for pleasure. True happiness is a state of non-contradictory joy, a joy without penalty or guilt that is experienced in well being, in peace, in understanding.

Very often the inability of advanced Souls to sensewell-being & experience happiness, even when living in impeccability, is because of past life over-bleeds. Not loving the self due to lifetimes of being programmed with erroneous concepts of 'Original Sin'. These can be dealt with, must be dealt with, by 'changing the past' in Mer-Ka-Na (as taught in the Metatronic Keys). At the core of this is usually a feeling of low self worth, an inability to love Self.

The Happiness Exercise

When these feeling come in, work on changing them. One exercise is to shift the perspective from living your life to being anactor playing the lead role in a play called your life. A role in which you are confident, happy and able to give, receive and love the Divinity within you. By 'acting out' these attributes, you can learn to pull in these frequencies. It works much in the same way as replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. One frequency of happiness, of positive energy, will attract in the next. But you must, in the process of this exercise, genuinely learn to love self; such an exercise will assist in re-programming the removal of erroneous beliefs from past lives (or present) life. Do you understand?

Life flows more effectively when you decide to accept the challenge of what you have, because actually what you have is what you have chosen, what you created. To move on, choose it, and be at peace and find happiness in knowing you are facing what is presented to you in this 'Now'. This is a powerful transformational truth that allows you to learn what you scripted by transcending, by solving the puzzle.

Being a Master does not mean you do not face challenges, it simply means you have the resolve and wisdom to resolve them. That does not mean it is easy. And this process continues beyond the Earth experience, albeit in different formats. Such is the expansion of life, of consciousness.

Dear Ones, LOVE is a frequency, a beautiful science, a divine context, a declaration...it is an aperture that allows for LIFE, for Supreme Consciousness in Cosmic Gestalt.

Living in the NOW Moment

Now, the truth itself is not found in a different set of circumstances, avoidance or a new environment. The truth is only found in the 'now' circumstance you are in.

There are, of course, certain scenarios when you are in conflict with the self, in which happiness cannot truly occur. Your life will work to the degree in which you know your mind, find wisdom and walk your talk in impeccability and grace, make agreements and keep them.

This is a distinct way of being with life. Transformation does not merely change our actions, does not merely give you new options from which to consciously choose. Rather it uncovers the structural mechanics of being and interpretation on which you are grounded, even if you are, at times, unaware of your purposed grounding within them.

The New Earth Begins with the New You

The nuances of transition, of scripting your life, does involve discovering your core belief - struggling to figure out "who you are" , and in transformation, you transcend and bring forth the endless potential of creating yourselves, so that life is a creative and meaningful expression of you in fulfillment.

But recognize the correct attitude is a journey and not a destination. Take time in 2012 to gather in group and solitary retreats for re-calibration, receiving downloads of the new codes and grounding.

In the moment of transformation, there is the presence of choice, as the phenomenon of creating new discerned possibilities. The actual choosing remains of your own making within wisdom. Yet, in the recognition and ownership of the choice appears true freedom of action - an action born solely of the courage to be, and the will to create. And 2012 is such a time.

Listen closely, for although we have shared this before, it is important to be reminded at this time, for you are on the cusp of Creating a New Earth. The new Earth begins with the new you.

Dear Ones - YOU, Humanity en masse, have created the Ascension. So often you do not credit yourself for that. So we reinforce that important Truth to you now. And we remind you there is much yet to be done. For your wisdom & creatorship is needed now more than ever.

Avoiding Depression

Dear Human, keep moving forward, do not slow down and do not be discouraged. When emotions seem to overwhelm you without cause or sweep over you without reason, it is because you have not listened to the very feelings that upset you.

Speaking in broad terms, the core causeof depression and self pity is the base belief that you are powerless to change your circumstances or unable to face overwhelming emotional waves coming from deep within. This requires focus and effort. But by facing any challenge, and not avoiding it, you have the tools to transcend any situation, and by changing the attitudinal aspect, you fall into the law of grace. True self-knowledge is indispensable. The recognition of the truth about the self simply means that you must first discover what you think about yourself subconsciously.

Attitudinal Calibration

As we have said repeatedly, when you dwell on any negative thought, it magnetically attracts like thoughts. Negative attitudes expand.

That is the Law of Attraction. We tell you this indelible Truth. Your attitudes are self created, and you cannot escape them. You cannot move to avoid them, because attitudes create the nature of what you see. But sooner or later you can, and eventually will, change them. In the Earth experience, you see what you create, there is no other rule. And you are here to learn how to Master creation responsibly. Your experiential landscape, your emotional horizons are the manifestations of belief projected... emotional attitudes materialized into physicality.

Masters, the thoughts you dwell on have a frequency. Those thought resonances that you habitually think are absorbed into the subconscious mind. The subconscious is the generator of your reality. It creates what you feed it. Period. The subconscious mind is the seat of the emotions and is a creative computer program. When the subconscious is programmed with an idea, it becomes a belief and it will without fail begin to generate that idea and execute it into manifestation. That is how it works.

Whatever you feel & truly believe to be true is true, your subconscious will accept and bring forth into experience.

Accordingly, negative attitudes impede your path to Mastery. There are processes for you to protect yourself from your own negative errors and thoughts and those of others.

You must learn to erase a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite. Then consciously remove what does not serve you. So when you feel the rise of negative feelings, thoughts and untoward emotions, make a concerted effort to identify their source. The answers that will be discovered will be given to you far easier than you may think. Make the effort. Take responsibility to own such feelings and try to understand where they are coming from. Then and only then, remove them and replace them with better frequencies.

We tell you that the power of your subconscious is enormous. It is a universal truth that whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed on the screen of time & space as condition, experience and event. Thought is incipient action. The reaction is a response from your subconscious mind which corresponds with the nature of your thought. As you sow in your subconscious mind, so shall you reap in your body and environment.

Discernment

Masters, the time of the Guru has passed. You must discern your own truth and follow it. Ye are Gods !

Do not give your power away, do not choose to shift or receive your knowledge or your power through another person, channel, teacher or Guide. Rather from within, through the Divinity of SELF.

In kind, Masters, use self discernment with our words; if they do not resonate with you, do not accept them.

No human can be greater than or wiser than their experience, for wisdom is only achieved through experience; it cannot be short cut or bought. Experiential wisdom does not, cannot leap-frog from novice to mastery in one jump. And indeed what has been learned in one sojourn must be recaptured, re-earned in the NOW.

Duality ever is a challenge. Having achieved Mastery in one sojourn, does not in duality mean that a fall cannot occur in the next. Ego is delusive, is ever the pitfall.

Edgar Cayce, who had experienced Ascended Mastery in ancient Egypt as the great Ra-Ta, shared that in his lifetime just before that of the prophet Edgar Cayce, he had a misguided sojourn as a rogue and gambler in the American West. Each lifetime must therefore stand on its own, as duality ever its ingrained with the pitfalls of ego and imbalance.

It takes effort and wisdom in each 'Now'. Did not the Master Jesua ben Josef spend years of devoted study and preparation before beginning his teachings ? It is so.

The world has never had a shortage of prophets. True teachers are few and far between, but there is no deficiency of charlatans making grandiose claims. The onset of what you call the New Age brought its own share of teachers and teachings.

Many purchase pseudo credentials and make unwarranted claims of wisdom that have not been earned . Some who claim to be teachers have not done the requisite groundwork. They seek guruship for gain, claiming the work of others as their own, feeding off the energy of followers. Integrity is essential. It has always been so. Wisdom and Virtue are not begat in illusion, delusion, ego imbalance or self aggrandizement. Masters, use discernment.

Laughter & Joy

Dear Friends, before we close, please allow me to remind you to balance the incredible work you are doing, with laughter, with joy. Take time to smell the flowers, and acknowledge the beauty around you.

Walk the talk of integrity, and discover humility within the love of self. For to love self is to recognize the Divinity within. Find the path of Light, of Wisdom, of Balance.

It is the " I Am That I Am".

The I Am Energy is warm and nurturing, it is unconditional Love, and it is the Eye of Wisdom.

This necessary cleansing process is often confusing and sometimes even overwhelming, but we have no other option than to walk through it. We are not being given the luxury of ignoring our dysfunctional relationships and our negative situations any longer. thank you so much for the links and information, Susan. Sky was also quite helpful with information too and my mother is becoming more open to discovering ways of dealing with this outside of medication. She is still taking what she has for now but I learned she has been taking a magnesium-calcium supplement, among others, that are helping her. I am sure this will add to all of that. :) Love, Shay

Wonderful! Magnesium is one of the important supplements recommended by Dr. Sinatra. The ratio of mag to calcium that he recommended was more mag than calcium....because they do opposite things. Heart disease usually need more mag. Much love, Cynthia

We teach about ‘the 28 stations of the moon and how these may have mental, emotional, or physical effects on the zone girdling the earth as well as on the physical world, and how practical use can be made of them. We explain the synthesis of the astrological mysticism of the moon.’

The physical moon represents Feminine, magnetic, flowing emotional receptive power. It represents the change process , which manifests on the physical plane as the element of water.

The earth is a water planet. 80 percent of the earth is water. Water represents flowing feelings. The human body is more than 70 percent water. The moon stimulates the tides and waters of the earth and the human body, it stimulates the para-sympathetic nervous system and Alpha brainwave states. As the amount of moonlight waxes and wanes during a lunar cycle, the human body temple experiences many fluctuations, such as in neuropeptide and hormonal functioning. The water in both the human body and on the earth body responds, for water is a physical manifestation of the Feminine, of receptivity, flowing emotions, the change process and magnetism.

Divine Providence has provided many angels and beings who work with both the electric solar force and the magnetic lunar powers.

We teach the sons and daughters of light and love to understand and access the beings and the teachings of the lunar powers.

There are 28 Heavenly Hosts and Angel Groups for each of the 28 days of the moon cycle. We help people attune to these hosts and the divine virtues that they represent, and use them to manifest ecstasy on earth.

As Earth absorbs the rays of Aquarius over the next 2000 years, people are influenced intellectually with Omnipotent Divine Will for the highest good of all. With our inspiration, it will be to intellectually understand the powerful emotional and intuitive energy fluctuations caused by lunar and cyclic rhythms on the human body.

Using the intuitive and emotional vibrations of the moon, a person can ride on the emotional magnetic seas of divine virtues and supreme happiness each month.

Here is one of our stories:

LADY OF THE MOON

Once upon a time a gentle lady named Sharanne finally came out of denial. She realized how little creativity she was allowed to experience at her job. She felt she was capable of so much more in her life. She felt a great desire to open her heart and fly.

For years she had done everything she could to be supportive of her co-workers, please the boss, be a good mom, make peace with her ex-husband and his wife, pay the bills, and keep up with the taxes.

Deep within her, she knew the time had come. Her inner guidance would not be denied.

So she sold the big impressive house, took the profits and her savings, and moved out to a farm community in the Ozarks.

She had a client-base that had been built up over the years that she felt she could rely on. She was to live simply, rediscovering her ancient connection with the rhythms of universe and the earth. She created a small but adequate monthly pittance by subcontracting over the internet.

After a while, she noticed the kids had radically changed. To her delight she watched them spending more time in the fields and woods instead of glued to television. She realized that they were exceptionally creative and self motivated, much more than she had ever thought possible. They had been considered problem children before. What had been labeled by school specialists as abnormal hyperactive behavior dysfunction in the city had blossomed into exuberant fun and rich creativity and imagination in the beautiful natural countryside and fresh air. She carefully took them off Ritalin. They bloomed.

She signed up for a home schooling course, sent by mail, from Calvert, and bonded with the children closer than ever before as they learned together.

This was definitely a major change for the better.

The money was steady enough. She had time on her hands. Time was something she had never had before in her life. Time.

She changed their diet.

She got a great grain grinder out of a catalog and ordered organic grains by the 25 and 50 pound bags. She learned how to make unleavened bread and grow vegetables. She saved a lot of money on food bills. She and the children decided to go vegetarian and their weight slimmed down. They studied herbs and natural native plants and learned to eat raw living foods growing all around them.

Now they could honestly look farm animals in the eye without feeling guilty, and they took on a few; an old donkey for a pet and a couple of young goats. They had a great time restoring an old shed to use as a barn. A few cats showed up and a dog, and the children were in heaven.

Sharanne’s complexion improved and her hair grew longer. For the first time in her life, she began to feel pretty. She got out of tight restricting fashionable pants and undergarments, ditched uncomfortable shoes, and wore long feminine soft, comfortable flowing dresses. She loved going barefoot in warm weather. She took her grandmother’s gold chain and locket out of the jewelry box and wore it every day. When she looked in the mirror,  she smiled. She felt like a princess.

With fresh air and exercise, her movements became more graceful and strong.

She began to realize how glorious it felt to be a woman.

Each night she watched the moon. She loved the night. She loved the crickets and the night birds.

Time passed.

Finally one night she had a dream. In it an angel appeared. He told her to keep a journal of her feelings and dreams and correlate them
to moon cycles. He told her to watch for patterns.

She felt inspired to purchase some books on astrology.

She found out that when the moon was in the same sign as it was in her astrology chart at birth, that she had powerful prophetic dreams. She noticed that as the moon progressed through its different phases, through the different signs, that her feelings and dreams each month went through similar patterns. When the moon was in the sign of one of her major planets in her birth chart, her dreams corresponded to the planet's energy.

As if by some preordained design, she began to meet other people who were, like herself, rediscovering new and ancient values and ways of living.

She began to meet with others for a dream circle. Every week they shared their dreams and formed deep emotional and intuitive bonds. They studied dreams and learned how the moon and their dream states danced together. They found that women and men had been meeting together for dream circles in many cultures since the prime beginning. Her group  loved to experience communication with the angels of the moon and of the dreamtime.

Sharanne healed. Her emotional life flowed with mystical rhythmic processes inimitable to her. She felt timeless and ageless. She felt like forever. She felt as if she were dancing. She felt at one with the earth, with the mystery of life, and with the cosmos. She felt at one with her sisters and brothers.

Her heart was a living temple of devotion to the sacredness of life and the mystery of creation. She experienced first hand that Universal Intelligence and Life pervades everything.

The children  uncovered a deep spirituality and kinship with all life. They  shone with sensitive depth and happiness.

Finally, she had a mysterious dream that moved her to her core. She dreamed of a wonderful man, a kind, sensitive, and enlightened man who arrived in her life and loved her and the children.

She woke up that morning with a smile of deep inner knowing.

The dream had come on a night when the moon was in the same sign and degree of Venus in her astrology chart and she dreamed it again when the moon was in the same sign as her natal moon.

She and her dream circle friends all felt the importance of this. Together they made a plan to get her house ready. She intuited that the fulfillment of this dream, too, was a foregone reality on the higher planes.
It was only a matter of time for it to manifest.

Later that year, when the nights began to get a little cold, it happened.

She saw his red truck coming around the bend in the dirt road, clouds of dust billowing up in the light of the glorious sunset. He stopped at her mailbox, shading his eyes with a hand as he stared in her direction.

She walked out and met him. They looked in each others eyes and eternity opened up.

The children felt the familiarity of his presence, even though this was the first time any of them had ever met in this lifetime.

He was home. Now their family was whole.

That winter they got to know well this man as they sat in front of the fire. The miracles of his coming became legend in the town.

He spoke of his own dreams, the ones that guided him to take a roadtrip halfway across the country to a long winding dirt road deep in the Ozarks.

What A Miracle Is

Dearest Hearts,

As always I pray you are well. You may have noticed in the past few months I have not been writing new articles, and many have asked me why.

First, let me say thank you for extending your loving Emails, and I hope you are enjoying the many FREE MP3 Downloads that are offered each month on my personal website, including today, and the mind and heart expanding transformative shows every day on The World Puja Network, in the meantime.

Briefly, I have been spending a great deal of time in gentle silence. Life for us all has decomposed in so many ways while simultaneously resurrecting. I have chosen to give my full attention and presence to each, releasing and blessing, clarifying and embracing. In each, I am deepening my authentic relationship to myself, in each moment that I Am. Bless Ram Dass who said it best in three words: "Be Here Now." I Am, finally.

Though deeply helpful guidance is given by many (myself included,) as to how best to embrace and move with the tidal wave of transfiguration into the New World, another's words and methods are often valuable guiding lights, though not all inclusive for our unique Soul's path as to how we, as complex individuated Beings of Light, would best be served to move our multi-dimensional Divine Self towards new shores without looking back to the curvature of the shores left behind. It's personal and requires more than stolen moments of silence.

Further still, I have been on a focused quest to utilize every ways and means available to open my heart in ways I had not done before. In my silence I came to realize I had been going about that in ways that were still tangled up with old consciousness. Though I realize truly opening one's heart is a never-ending process (as it is the nature of evolution), at this particular time I required unique on the ground help.

I got it, in the form of a tiny being of Love and Light.

His name is Ateya, my five-week-old grandson.

Words can barely describe the miracle and opportunity one is presented with when they witness and participate in the pregnancy and birthing of a brand new being of God's Creation onto Planet Earth, by our God Parents.

My daughter, Ateya's earth mother, shared with me long ago that this child would change me. Months prior to his birth, she insisted I be the first to hold him and welcome him into this world, even before she or her husband. Perhaps an odd request, she is a wise one.

Watching Ateya being born was a surreal experience. I sensed I was in many places at once. I was watching and being watched. I heard Divine voices talking to me, but not those who were on the ground.

There were many Angels in attendance while those in human form, seemed to fade before my eyes. I haven't a full conception as to what really occurred in those moments of his entry, other than it was profoundly Divine in its nature, spanned many dimensions, and clarified without a doubt more than I had anticipated.

Within a blink of an eye in an eternal setting, I was holding Ateya in my arms, moments after he was born. In him I saw me. I was him and he was me. I held both of us in my arms, and I knew it. That was the plan. Tears gushed as I spoke deeply heartfelt words of love and welcome and promise to this precious being of Light.

I sobbed deeply and my heart let go completely. In my deepest heart I knew I was welcoming and loving both of us into this world and pledging words of Divine promise. This was something I had never experienced when I arrived on this Planet; no different than many.

Later, in stillness, I heard the Divine say, "all of humanity can begin again, if they will simply welcome and love themselves right now, where they are, and then nurture their own growing up as a Divine New Human."

I know what a miracle fashioned by God truly is. It is each one of us.

Please take a breath and let that Truth in. Please let that mean something new to you.

I know there can be no doubt that we are born worthy, for look to that which gave us Life. I know life is a gift, fashioned in such unique packages, even though infinite numbers of times it doesn't feel so.

I know we are loved and held always, by a loving Presence that I call God, regardless of what our earth parents may have instilled in us or what our veiled beliefs have convinced us of. Our eternal parents are God.

To know God is to know who we truly are. To know who we truly are is to know Love. To know Love is to know there is only One of us expressing as many. We all have the same parents.

I now know the responsibility of being the most authentic and impeccable being of God's Light and Love that I can be. I owe that to the One who gave me Life, I owe it to the Divine Mother Earth who holds me every day, to humanity, who is my family and to which I am deeply grateful to serve, and to myself. That is my commitment, above all else.

I honor each of you for being born and saying yes to this profound journey. Welcome precious Beings of Love and Light. God Bless you.

Grounding Your Multdimensionality as Self Empowerment

Your journey in 2012 has the potential to be a great empowerment for all on their spiritual path. My prayer is that your personal life experience expands to open doorways of infinite potential so you may experience or continue to experience your divine nature, heart dreaming and feel the power of the love and light you hold as a soul. This is the potential for each and everyone of us as human beings.

The keys to self empowerment are based on three primary aspects of being:

how clear your spirit is, as your spirit’s light feeds your mind to influence you to either emanate positive or negative thoughts/beliefs about your reality
how focused and clear you are as a soul in the clear light transmission you emanate from your pillar of light and mind into the field of life and universe
how willing you are to be with what is presently occurring, and accept all is in a temporary state of being if you are not enjoying it and you can change this with your choices( will) and a new focus of awareness

I am offering a 8 part teleseminar series which I highly recommend to all lovelightworkers, teachers and healers who work with the family of light, or are deeply on their spiritual path. "Fill my heart with Love, that every teardrop may become a star" That in and of itself reflects some of my own inner thoughts especially when there are tears. Each of the cards this morning have had a progressive message on the openness of the heart, deep healing, and love. A major part of this message is within the alchemy and transformation aspect: "The individual must seek to embrace the essence of love within and avoid the temptation to seek it elsewhere. The beloved with whom we choose to share our intimate life is but a reflection of our own loving nature." It is apart of our nature to wish to share ourselves with others, to experience and embrace love with another. There is a subtle but important distinction in looking for love and sharing love. When we are "looking" to one degree or another we are seeking for what we may feel that we have either absent or lacking in our lives. Oftentimes that has come about into the unintentional parts of how we become possessive such as the "you are mine". I have made a choice, and am continuing to grow and relearn in this, that I am not going to try to "get" love from another, to vie for that attention, to "catch another heart". Mount Shasta is undoubtedly one of the most powerful

vortexial-portals on the planet.

     Shasta has long been a magnet for pilgrims, seekers, sages and spiritual souls from all

over the world. It is a mecca of mystery and multi-dimensional openings. Unexplained enigmas  abound, yet this magnificent mount is benevolent. and deeply loved by all who come.

Many visitors are so endeared that they move to the area. Those who live in Mount Shasta City, the small town of some 7000 permanent residents located on the base of the mountain, often  recount stories of encounters with Saint Germaine, LeMurians, Ascended Masters and benevolent  extra terrestrials, including the Pleiadeans, Sirians and Arcturians. Most that visit there for pilgrimage and quest, return. The ancient ancestors, the campestral and indigenous societies recognized what was termed 'Holy Ground'. As such they recognized vortexial portals and areas where the dimensional veil was thin. It was designated as a place for vision and quest.

Shasta was considered the home of 'White Eagle' by the Native Americans. I had my first

'extra-terrestrial experiences at Shasta, and several years later had incredible, humbling and

enlightening encounters with Sainte Germiane and entered into the Temple Hall of the Ascended  Masters at Shasta.. These experiences were at first so lucid, that I somewhat doubted their 'physical' veracity. Yet in higher self I knew the experiences, the visuals, were deeply important and profoundly valid for my growth and comprehension.

The Crucible Effect

Shasta opens the aura. It is an energy that bubbles up all that does not serve, as a

pre-requisite of spiritual clarity. The energy somehow enables one to overcome the fear

of the unknown in order to move into higher resonance. Shasta has a way of opening the

heart and causing one to face the self, to review what you want in your life, to re-calibrate what is working and what no longer serves ones highest good. It is a crucible of self review, a place of both release and download.



Shasta expanded me , and did so beyond my expectations.

There is absolutely something there that makes vision lucid.

Something there that opens ones deepest truths.

Mount Shasta lingers in defiance of society's carefully nurtured notions of what constitutes 'reality' and what is 'fantasy.' My experience mirrors both. Having worked as a field geologist & engineer for most of my career, I am naturally attracted to Gaia's elements and mountainous expressions, especially volcanoes. And while my 'day job' kept me quite grounded (and pressured), in many ways, it has expedited my expansion through metaphysical journeys and allowed me to circum-navigate the globe and visit many, many sacred sites.

One pragmatic researcher writes: "Proponents of alternative realities are not scientists and shouldn't try to be - they are artists and mythmakers for a constantly changing culture, and should be respected for their abilities as poets, shamans, and mythmakers. Scientists tell us what the universe is like, and teach us about nature. Mythmakers tell us how we react to the world, and thus teach us about ourselves. For example, a discovery that the brains biochemistry might cause a certain mental state satisfies no basic emotional need in the average person. But proposing that humans can psychically 'see' people and places across long distances inspires many of us on the deepest level. Practically all alternative reality theories and beliefs - psychic powers, reincarnation, visitors from other worlds or dimensions, Masters who monitor historical event - appeal to basic urges most of us have, frighten us deliciously, or inspire us deeply. Most have precedents in archaic myth and folk belief. But most times, a cup of coffee is just a cup of coffee."

Maybe, as the Buddhists teach, the middle road is best. Allow for all realities, but live in balance. Grounding is essential in metaphysics. Keeping one's feet on solid ground while reaching for the sky seems to fit the bill.

Perhaps Shasta is a portal to higher dimensions. Perhaps it is defined by the spiritual sense of a presence when nothing in 3-D is seen, a gust of wind ruffling one's hair when there is no wind.

What I've concluded is that Shasta (like many sacred sites and power points) provided the template for a valid experience of multi dimensionality, held juxtaposed in spatial timelessness. An undeniable sense of well being and enhanced imagination were more easily accessed within its field.

Spirituality requires understanding and developing, not simply acquiring the academic knowledge of metaphysical theories of spirituality, but also the experiential process. My key has been enacting the discipline and ceremonial rituals of the indigenous traditions, including fasting, vision quests, shamanic journey and Earth-Dance ceremonial rituals. These filled my understanding with experiential content ... living it. And allowed me to truly know that such experience is real and is valid.

In theory, there should be no difference between meditating in your living room or on a mountaintop ... yet for this writer, on Shasta there was a catalytic movement, an undeniable facility, which made it a whole lot easier to expand consciousness. Is it the altitude, the minerals, the granite, the basalt (which is 50% silica), the rarified air, the tectonic stresses, the expectation or the magnetics?

Or is it all and none of the above?

It would be dismissive to say that what happens at Shasta is the result of industrial slabs of anticipation served on the experiential plates of all too eager mystics. But whatever the message, for this writer the engaging paradox didn't run out of allegory, just logic and time.

One philosopher writes: "Shoot for the moon with the effectual arrows of desire, for a man's reach must exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for ?"

Perhaps we are as small as the cages we construct for ourselves or as infinite as the cosmos, depending on the parameter of our belief. But for those seekers that have opened and been to Shasta and other like sites, I am preaching to the choir.

It is real, but then again, it's only a dream ... a navigable dream.

We suggest you arrive on Thursday or Friday before our event, and stay until Tuesday, June 26th. There will be a free optional Gathering on Mount Shasta Monday afternoon for the OMM-Wave Ceremony, Meditation & Celebration. Scroll down for more travel tips.

Registration for our Gathering begins at 8:00 am on Saturday. Please arrive by 8:00. The formal opening is at 09:00 am on Saturday June 23rd. The formal detailed agenda will be sent in 10-12 days, with lists of hour by hour programming, speakers, musicians and available onsite healers.

There are still 3 or 4 available openings for Chalets at the venue location of the Mount Shasta Resort for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. It is fully booked for Wednesday - Friday ( June 20-22).

However, there are openings at the Mt Shasta resort during our event June 23-25. It's definitely worth staying there. The energy is amazing & tranquil. Great places for serene meditation....and the chalets can actually cost less than a hotel in town if shared. The chalets are lovely, with mountain & lake views, fireplaces, living areas with full kitchen and patio decks.

If you arrive on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or earlier for the actual Solstice, we recommend you stay at either the Best Western Treehouse in Mt Shasta or the Comfort Inn in Weed, California, just 5 miles away from Mt Shasta City. We have rooms blocked at the 2 over-flow hotels listed above, but you must be pre registered with us to acquire one of them.

We send a daily list of registered guests to all 3 hotels where we have blocked rooms to assist you. Simply call them give your name, and then provide a credit card to pay for your room and reserve it for your arrival. Your name must be on the list of attendees pre registered for the Earth-Keeper Shasta Gathering in order to obtain an accommodation from the blocked rooms we have reserved. Our suggestion, if you are arriving the 21st, 22nd or earlier, is to stay at either thre Best Western or Comfort Inn before the event, and check into the Shasta Resort on Saturday and stay until Tuesday morning. At this time there are 7 1 BR 's Chalets available, and 4 2 BR Chalets available. These are vacant for the nights of June 23 - June 24 and June 25.

To book a chalet at our venue, please call the above number and ask for Bonnie. She is managing our event for the hotel. Blocked rooms are for registered attendees of the EK Gathering, and are checked against an attendance list. Rooms onsite are selling out, but there are several 1 BR and 2-BR Chalets still available. The 1 BR chalet has a living area with sleeper sofa and most have 2 beds in the BR...so they can easily sleep 3, and up to 4.

Double those numbers for the 2 BR Chalets, which can accommodate 6-8 people. The chalets run from $169 to $229. Price differentials based on upgrades (Premium Chalets) and mountain views. But all are fantastic and by far the the nicest accommodations in Shasta area. The beautiful chalets have a fireplace, outdoor deck and full kitchen. So these are quite economical for Shasta during peak season , especially when shared between 2 or more guests. If you want to share , we will begin assisting people in finding room mates in late May. In manifesting Divine Love upon Earth, the sons and daughters of Light may feel inner guidance to call upon us for help with ‘mysticism, hypnotism, medical magnetism etc. We teach how to correctly apply hypnosis regarding spirit, soul and body. We bring about the desired effects ourselves when asked.’

Each person at times receives inner guidance to create upon Earth realities that manifest Love in day to day life. When the art of hypnosis and magnetism is needed for this purpose, we help you see through the eyes of love divine so that divine laws and justice are carefully adherred to.

Omnipotent divine will for the highest good of all indwells all creation. This indwelling divine power can be enlivened so that an infusion of light of a divine virtue, or virtues, can awaken healing on all levels in a recipient, so that love may manifest more perfectly in practical ways.

By seeing through the eyes of love, indwelling divine perfection is enlivened, and this is the process of transmutation that creates harmony and success. Flowing with feelings of divine virtues and qualities attracts new realities.

Helping people experience infusions of light through attunement to divine virtues has no "downside", and is very different than interferring with free volition concerning activities.

Each human evolves through using free will, free volition, to choose that which is in accordance with Divine Law.

People must use their own volition and inner guidance, surrendering only to Divine Providence and never to another person, unless Divine Providence Itself so ordains. For a healer using hypnotism and magnetism, a grave danger lies in taking on responsibility of someone else’s ACTIVITIES or change process if a person asks to turn over his or her power and responsibility to the healer. For this reason, the use of hypnotism and magnetism is mostly for the infusing of divine virtues, changing behavior through healing and enlightenment, instead of controlling a person’s behavior directly.

Even if a hypnotic transformation were to be successful in terms of directly changing an "undesirable behavior", the net effect of this kind of change initiated by the healer, can be weakening of the patient’s volition to control his or her own destiny, because the change in behavior comes from the volition of the healer and not the patient. Since evolution occurs through the proper use of one’s own volition, this may have adverse karmic implications for both the person and the healer over the long term.

In contrast to this, when hypnotism and magnetism are used to attune another person’s consciousness and feelings to states of purity and clarity of divine virtues, healing changes occur in the patient’s perceptions so that they may make wiser decisions of their own free will and change their own behaviors accordingly.

The divine virtue of transmutation, of cognition brought about by love divine, brings Justice- Harmony and success and satisfaction to everyone, in all endeavors. This is the virtues of letter umlaut O, eu, and O. The Divine Law of Justice and Harmony is evident in all of nature, expressing Divine Will perfectly. By impregnating this virtue to those you are helping, great healing occurs. Harmony and justice express the letter O.

O… The sound of letter O is the sound of the initiation into the original principle of divine justice. With healing others with hypnotism and magnetism comes great responsibility. Those who come under our guidance learn that healing must be used according to The Law of One, the highest good of all concerned.

‘Mentally you will be able to give expression to the absolute legality of harmony in all four basic qualities of the elements, which are will, intellect, feeling, and sensation.’

‘ You will have a high power of judgement and the ability to comprehend spiritually any legality, any interference by Divine Providence for the sake of justice.’

‘You will never be able to condemn anyone unjustly.’

This will bring about the abilities to create any change in the emotional situations that you find yourself in and to have absolute success and happiness on all levels.’

‘The virtue of Divine Justice and Harmony evokes absolute emotional contentment and poise in the emotional body and bestows on a child of God the power to evoke, by will, intellect, feeling, and sensation, any situation in the emotional world—without being made responsible for it by fate in any sense—which then will have its effect on either the akasha principle, which is the principle of consciousness-penetrating-all, in the mental world, i.e., in the spirit, or in the emotional world, the emotional body, or in the material world, just as he/she wishes. Since a child of God has now become incarnated justice him/herself, he/she wil never want to bring about unfaviourable situations in any sphere without the strict order of Divine Providence. Fate has no influence on the person who has developed thus far, and he/she has only to justify him/herself before Divine Providence. The virtue gives a person a sense of satisfaction, absolute security, infallibility and unimpeachability.’

9th Day of Lunar Cycle

Beloved,

When a person is overwhelmed with negative flowing feelings, the
physical body reacts with alarm and alert, or sadness and depression.
If these negative feeling states are prolonged, various diseases often
result. Negative flowing feelings trigger harmful changes in DNA,
and In the instance of alarm, if the state of alarm is
prolonged, stress wears down various body systems.

In the instance of depression, the body receives information that life
is not worth living and the immune system shuts down accordingly.

In the ocean of flowing feelings, which is the realm of magnetic
energy called ‘the astral plane’, negative and positive flowing
feelings attract negative and positive astral spirits respectively.

Over time, negative flowing feelings attract even more negative flowing
feelings through the law of attraction. When a child of God experiences
enough negative emotional energy over long enough time, or with strong
enough passion, a negative magnetic spirit often attaches itself to that person.

Some of these spirits are very powerful.
This is often the cause of states of of obsession, hysteria,
lunacy, St. Vitus’s Dance, menstruation difficulties and the like.

A child of God removes a negative spirit from themselves or another with
our help, by using The Law of One, and through The Power of the Word in the
meditations of the ancient language. Understanding negative flowing feelings
to be from a wounded part of the self, a younger part of the self that was at
one time frightened or hopeless, helps to open the heart to unconditional
love for the feelings themselves. With compassion and unconditional love,
negative flowing feelings are allowed to flow, change, and heal with
dignity and validation instead of being acted out destructively
or denied and suppressed into the unconsciousness.

The recovering person goes through a process of emotional healing
to recover from any previous traumatic events that originally created
the alarm or depression. This is done through remembering the original
wounding event and reliving the memory of it, and feeling the feelings
of it, over and over in a safe and non-destructive way.

Flowing feelings are like water.
When they are bottled up and kept from flowing,
they stagnate and become poisonous in the unconscious.

When they are allowed to flow in a safe and non-destructive way,
they cleanse themselves and become pure and life-giving once again.

In the cleansing and healing process, new insights about the
original wounding events are remembered, and a person moves
out of victimhood and gains a broader understanding of why the
event happened from the viewpoint of the Higher Self.

The original negative ideas and beliefs about the nature of
reality that result from emotional trauma are changed,
becoming positive and life affirming once again.

At night during dreaming,
the eyes move back and forth.
This is called REM, or Rapid Eye Movement.

REM shifts emotional energy back and forth
between the two hemispheres of the brain and the
parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

This allows flowing emotional energy in the dream to
process and heal itself on all four levels of consciousness.

When a person is recalling and reliving a memory of an
emotional trauma, and flowing with the feelings as they
come up in the process of remembering, it is wise to shift the
eyes back and forth exactly the same way as in dreaming.

The most important principles to remember in healing emotions are:

(1)

Recall and relive only one memory at a time.

(2)

Choose the memory that is the most painful.
MAKE A VISUAL PICTURE IN YOUR MIND
THAT REPRESENTS THIS MEMORY,
as if you had a snapshot of the event.
Write down a description of this snapshot.

(3)

Remember and relive the memory completely from beginning to end.
Do this a number of times, reliving the memory from beginning to end.
Do this as long as it takes to bring up all the flowing feelings
associated with this memory.

(4)

Commit to stay with the remembering and flowing feeling
process for as long as it takes to obtain healing insights into the
circumstances of the wounding event. This takes discipline.

Always, at some point in the healing process, there is a strong,
powerful urge to "bolt" and walk away from the painful
flowing feelings. Usually this happens just prior to the stage
when the most intense healing is about to occur.

(5)

Use REM eye movement in order to help the
brain process the powerful flowing emotional energies.
The speed of eye movement is optional, whatever is comfortable.

As you feel strong feelings, move the eyes back and forth.
The eyes can be open or closed.

(6)

Emotional traumas, especially when they occur at a young
age, cause a person to form negative beliefs about themselves
and the nature of reality. In re-living the flowing feelings
of a memory of a painful trauma, insights occur
which free a person from these negative beliefs.

When enough of these insights have occurred
to shed a new positive light on the memory,
ANOTHER VISUAL PICTURE IN YOUR MIND
SPONTANEOUSLY ARISES THAT REPRESENTS
THE NEW FEELINGS ABOUT THE TRAUMA.

IMAGINE PUSHING THE NEW HEALING IMAGE INTO THE ORIGINAL
PICTURE OF THE REMEMBERED TRAUMA.

Merge the two 'snapshots' together and
WATCH CAREFULLY WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM
WHEN THEY ARE MERGED TOGETHER.

This final image is the resolution image that replaces the
original picture in the memory of the wounding event.

Since memories are made up of only pictures, thoughts,
and flowing feelings and all of these have now changed, the
memory is changed forever. Whenever this event is remembered
in the future, it will be remembered as the resolution image,
with the new insights and changed healed flowing feelings.

This is a natural process that must be experienced
in order to understand the power of it.

Each person has a finite number of individual traumas
that must be healed, and in time, using this process,
a person’s original bliss and innocence is regained.

Peace. There are periods within our lives where this can feel elusive or completely absent. Peace is not a place that we journey towards on our feet, in a plane, car or boat. Peace is not found as a place we venture to or go on a quest for throughout the world. True there are those places and gatherings where peace is accentuated yet that is not where it originates. We carry peace within us. Peace is not dependent nor derived from outer circumstances irrespective of where we are or what is taking place. Peace is a place within each of us. Though our inner roads may vary this is apart of the what we all search for and once we rediscover that center we begin to See this has never truly been absent. Peace has been waiting patiently with no judgment nor rebuke nor recriminations. If you have not found that place within you remember that you can ask for that portal, for that door to present itself, to open, and it will. If you have and found yourself amidst a whirlwind of events and emotions do not become disheartened or dismayed. While it may seem at odds with peace sometimes a storm is needed for peace to shine its light. You find that inner place by walking through the storm. Be patient with yourself and simply give a little assent. An acknowledgment. Even if it simply saying you are open to finding that inner peace. Let go of the past that is full of regrets, doubt, uncertainties and everything you think, feel, and perceive to be where you have failed, made mistakes, etc. The Any frustrations and fears of the future. Let that go as well. Simply breathe and present in this moment. If you think it and truly think not only from your head but from your heart and soul then you can do it and find that you are that much closer than you realized. The souls who will give you encouragement, your angels and beings who will lend you strength, these are all a Divine Reflection that answer this call and that you are drawing to yourself to come to that place deep inside of you. That is where your journey lies and the door is already this close to in front of you. All you need do is take that step through it and you will find yourself beginning to rediscover that peace which is always shall be apart of love, joy and healing. Healing From the Trauma and Shame of Childhood Abuse

Atlanta, GA - June 17 – 19, 2011

This course is for anyone who has suffered from a less than perfect childhood due to emotional, physical, mental or sexual abuse or neglect. It’s also for the healers who work with this population, which sometimes can be one and the same, since many people who go into this profession have some first-hand knowledge of it.

Why mix healers and abuse survivors in the same workshop? Because we learn from each other. Therapists may be teachers for their clients, but our clients are also our best teachers. To deny this is to miss the point of being a truly therapeutic healer. More importantly, we can only take our clients as far as we’ve gone in our healing process.

How can an environment be created to both teach professionals and heal survivors of abuse? It begins with creating a completely safe space for sharing and witnessing each other’s stories. For example, think of the ground-breaking two-part series Oprah produced with the help of Tyler Perry this season when they gathered two hundred men who had been sexually abused as children. Was that show only meant to be watched by therapists in the field? Or was it only meant to be seen by men or women who had undergone similar experiences? No. That show constituted an opening of a door that generally remains cloaked in silence, secrecy and shame. It created a quantum leap in consciousness by opening this topic up to the light of day for all to see.

If you’re not a therapist, do you need to identify yourself as a survivor of abuse to benefit from this workshop? Not at all. As much as people tend to believe the grass is always greener in the other fellow’s yard, the converse is true, too. So many of us are in the habit of believing that what happened to us wasn’t so bad, especially when we compare our childhoods to stories in the news or other people we know. The majority of us are willing to let the past stay in the past or simply forgive and forget. As logical and heroic as that sounds, in reality this kind of thinking helps make the pharmaceutical companies rich. By glossing over the slights and injustices we suffered, we send those memories deep into the subconscious mind which sends them back to us in the form of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual crises. We are then forced to find any way possible to make the pain stop.

The truth is if we can learn to pay attention to the messages our body and mind send us, our suffering can end. Just as a mother kisses her child’s “boo-boo” when he falls so he can stop crying and go back to playing, you can learn to listen and respond to the cries of your body/mind and that wounded child within. The subconscious mind holds the key.

During the workshop we will explore subjects such as coping mechanisms, shame, guilt and personal boundaries. We will also delve into the subjects of co-dependency, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and dissociation, also known as leaving the body or spacing out. The symptoms that accompany early childhood physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse will be covered fully. And if you think women are the only ones who may have been victimized as children, think again. Oprah proved that myth false. We’ll discuss the different ways men cope with their traumas, including their overwhelming tendency to gloss it over through denial and minimization, as well as do more myth-busting concerning sexual and other forms of abuse.

The curriculum will also include the opportunity to participate in several exercises to help access memories from the subconscious mind. We’ll be providing a safe and supportive environment to expand and elevate your consciousness. Writing, drawing, music, movement, creative visualizations and playing will help cajole memories gently into conscious awareness. Like dust that accumulates under furniture, once it’s swept away, it can be disposed of properly.

Healing is a process that continues until we take our last breath. Meanwhile, living a healthy and functional life is a choice you can make when given the knowledge and support to heal the past and accept yourself as you are. Take this chance to begin your road to healing so you can be released from any shackles of pain or shame and step up to living your life’s purpose.

If you are a therapist, your eyes and your heart will be opened from this experience. These three days will inspire you to re-dedicate your life to helping those whose innocence was stolen from them. And you will leave with more tools and knowledge than you arrived with for yourself and those entrusted to your care.

Will these three days heal you of all your issues? Although spontaneous healing is always a possibility, this workshop is meant to be a major catalyst on your road to healing. There will be a chance during class for a number of participants to receive healing sessions in front of the group. For all attendees this experience will certainly expand your awareness and open a door to a life of greater possibilities, peace and empowerment.

Debbie Unterman is a Master Alchemist and Alchemical Hypnotherapy Trainer in practice for nearly twenty-eight years.
