Beloved,

�We are well informed on the remotest secrets of magical science and show a child of God means and ways, as well as methods, by which to be invisible. It is with Camalo�s help that a child of God becomes invisible, i.e. that he/she can betake him/herself into all spheres, mentally, astrally [emotionally] and , if necessary, also physically, without being recognized there.�

The human body, and in fact all matter, is capable of manifesting instantaneous changes.

These changes often are perceived as miracles by those who are not initiates .

Accounts of these types of changes are recorded throughout history.

Changes in matter, including instantaneous changes, are caused by clear intentional visualization in a state of experiencing the Oneness of all life, combined with powerful focused flowing Divine Emotions.

People become extremely sensitive to the world of feelings as they master co-creating the physical world and maintaining Heaven on Earth.

The world of feelings IS THE CHANGE PROCESS, IT IS IN THE REALM OF FEELINGS THAT INSTANTANEOUS CHANGES OCCUR. THE ASTRAL PLANE, THE PLANE OF EMOTIONS, IS THE ARENA OF CHANGE.

As feelings flow, they create magnetism that attracts new realities into form.

Chemical changes in the physical body caused by thoughts and feelings are well documented in science.*

As children of Light and Love flow with sacred emotional states, great perfection and beautiful changes occur in physicality, both in physical bodies and in other material forms .

Whenever it becomes necessary to be invisible to maintain privacy and personal concentration on the spiritual path , we help with necessary sacred visualizations and feelings for this to occur.

Whenever a person feels, through inner guidance from Divine Providence, that invisibility is required for the highest good of all in any situation, his or her causal, astral and/or physical bodies are impregnated with Divine qualities.

Invisibility can apply to the mental, emotional, or physical level or all three.

Strong flowing feelings of Omnipotent Faith and INTENT to be invisible sets into motion required changes in the electro-magnetic field of the mind, feelings, and form. Such feelings of being invisible, with gratitude for this state, result in invisibility.

This important skill is easy once a person learns how to remain focused on his or her own sacred reality in the moment to the exclusion of all else.

Focus on intent to appear invisible. Focus on the virtue of spiritualization of your body on all levels with Divine qualities, maintaining emotional connection with Divine Omnipotence and seeing all through the eyes of Love Divine. Visualization and Divine flowing emotions attract this reality into manifestation.

If a person intends to be invisible only on mental level and emotional levels, then their thoughts and feelings become invisible to others. If he or she is doing mental or astral wandering, then on those levels he or she remains invisible.

If a person intends to be invisible mentally, emotionally, and physically, then even their body is not noticed by others.

Perfect concentration and will and mastery of flowing feelings make for perfect invisibility.

Remember that flowing emotions are magnetic and attract changes in matter, even to the point of levitation or invisibility of self or objects.

When flowing emotions are clear and pure enough, all miracles are possible to attract, including actual physical invisibility. By flowing with focused emotions of privacy and invisibility, the physical body can actually reside in an �alone� state and be invisible to others.

The human body is capable of levitation in this manner also. In this case, emotions of the original purity of all ideas in Divine Mind, sensations of lightness and floating, pure and focused without subconscious feelings of fear, doubt, or sensations of weightiness, cause matter in a body to manifest lightness.

Great mastery over focus and flowing emotions is required to maintain a desired manifestation. Do not become distracted.

As you can see, people must be masters of feelings to be masters of all worlds, especially the physical world, and maintain Heaven on Earth.

Any limited or wounded feelings of self can be healed. They are seen through the eyes of Love Divine when they arise and are allowed to flow safely and nondestructively with praise, respect, thanksgiving and love so that they heal and regain divine purity.

Feelings of omnipotent will and faith arise from identification with Divine Being and oneness with all creation. The experience of being ONE with Divine Being and with all creation awakens heartfelt desire for the highest good of all.

This Omnipotent desire and faith make possible all things. With this faith and desire, the heavenly hosts and all beings act as one in manifesting miracles.

We teach the importance of FLOWING FEELINGS in attracting specific destinations.
This has been known as transmigration.

Here is a useful exercise for this:

Lay down and relax.

Breathe very deeply and slowly and VIVIDLY imagine that you feel your body
growing 3 inches longer out of the bottom of your feet.

Then imagine that it is also growing
3 inches taller through the top of your head.

Take your time.
SENSE this.

Now in your imagination extend your body's growth to a foot out of
the bottom of your feet and a foot out of the top of your head.

Do this several times, practicing bringing yourself back to normal size
and then growing back quickly to the bigger size.

Pay attention to the reality of the SENSATION of it.

it doesn't matter, you go immediately to that time in the
future when you are Christ Conscious.

Take your time and meet your enlightened self, your Christ Self.
FLOW WITH FEELINGS OF YOUR UNIQUE CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS.

As you flow with feelings of enlightenment of your Christ Conscious SELF,
ask your Christ Self to completely merge with you permanently.

Now travel back in time to this present.

Flowing with feelings of your Christ Self, heal yourself in the present time
on an on-going basis, and, through enlightenment and complete control
of all time and space, heal yourself in the past from this
lifetime's conception all the way into the present.

As someone who has written extensively on indigenous prophecies relating to this time, it is hard for me to escape the uneasy presentiment that the massive, ceaseless, devastating cascade of what may be more than 100,000 barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico each day – apparently still mixed with the far more toxic dispersant Corexit that British Petroleum continues to inject, despite EPA objections – is anything but the inception of a new phase in the foretold unfolding of events that may terminate most life on earth, potentially leading to the rapid extinction of the human species. Recent articles reveal that there is a gigantic bubble of methane gas underneath the Gulf of Mexico, which has helped to create the enormous pressure that makes it unlikely, if not impossible, that the Deepwater Horizon oil spill can be stopped by human means. Video taken by undersea robots show oil and gas leaking from many fissures in the earth, far beyond the range of the well hole. This suggests that the underground containment structure is cracking apart. If the current effort to build relief wells fails or is ineffective, there are no more known technological fixes available.

According to D. K. Matai, writing on The Huffington Post, “The “flow team” of the US Geological Survey estimates that 2,900 cubic feet of natural gas, which primarily contains methane, is being released into the Gulf waters with every barrel of oil.” If the estimates of over 100,000 barrels of oil leaking per day is correct, this means that over 16 billion cubic feet of gas may have been emitted, “making it one of the most vigorous eruptions in modern history,” writes Matai, an engineer and co-founder of The Asymmetric Threats Contingency Alliance. The huge methane deposits beneath the Gulf were well-known as a risk factor for drilling operations, which did not apparently dissuade corporations like British Petroleum from shirking regulatory safeguards in order to drill at the edge of known technology, 5,000 feet under the ocean floor and then 30,000 feet (imagine a distant speck of airplane far above the ground for a comparision) beneath that, into the core of the earth. Methane is a major contributor to global warming, turning into carbon dioxide once released.

What Matai along with other engineers, scientists, and journalists have laid out is a possible scenario where the methane, pushing up with enormous pressure, could lead to a gas explosion: “A methane bubble this large – if able to escape from under the ocean floor through fissures, cracks and fault areas – is likely to cause a gas explosion. With the emerging evidence of fissures, the tacit fear now is this: the methane bubble may rupture the seabed and may then erupt with an explosion within the Gulf of Mexico waters. The bubble is likely to explode upwards propelled by more than 50,000 psi [pounds per square inch] of pressure, bursting through the cracks and fissures of the sea floor, fracturing and rupturing miles of ocean bottom with a single extreme explosion.”

The methane gas explosion would be immediately followed by a series of enormous tsunamis engulfing Florida and the southern coast of the US. At the same time, during the day when this explosion takes place, “several billion barrels of oil and gas” will be released, as freezing water rushes into the enormous cavity, turning immediately into steam. There are many earthquake fault lines running from the Gulf through Mexico and much of the South West of America that might be triggered by a sudden collapse of the ocean floor due to such an event. “Could this be how nature eventually seals the hole created by the Gulf of Mexico oil gusher?” Matai asks. Of course, this is only one scenario, and it is unknown if this will occur, or what the timetable might be.

Light is everything in the world

Each year at this time, our Sun aligns with the magnificent blue star Sirius, creating an initiation portal linked to the Great Pyramid at Giza, the Egyptian goddess Isis and the all-seeing, all-knowing Eye of Cosmic Wisdom.

The rising of Sirius with the Sun near the June Solstice marks the beginning of the Egyptian New Year and heralds the annual flooding of the Nile, replenishing the physical and spiritual fertility of the motherland. The brightest star in our sky, Sirius streams the cosmic frequencies of Love-Wisdom to Earth. As Sothis, she catalyzes the purification of ego so we may more fully embody Divine Essence.

Under this auspicious alignment, nations have won their independence and leaders have been born. The conjunction is most exact on July 6.

Freedom and illumination are themes of this celestial gateway. The United States and Canada both celebrate their independence from England under this alignment. Bastille Day - the French Independence Day - is July 14. In an intriguing twist, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the spiritual and political leader of Tibet, and former U.S. President George W. Bush were both born under this configuration, on July 6.

Mother Love

Esoterically, Sirius is known as our Spiritual Sun, portal for the transmission of divine light-love, consciousness of the heavens. The sister stars are reunited each year, bathing the Earth in shimmering waves of creation. We are reborn in the divine light of the cosmos.

This year the Sun's rising with Sirius illuminates harsh realities, a world in much need of Cancerian divine mother-love. This tumultuous season of change is highlighted by a potent eclipse series in Cancer and Capricorn, signs of the cosmic mother and father. The waters of the Earth are threatened even as a galactic cross forms in the heavens, reuniting the Earth with our cosmic origins.

Within these celestial alignments is embedded a supreme opportunity to seize the light of the heavens and fashion a new reality on Earth. It can't happen too soon.

Humanity stands at a crossroads. The choices we make today will determine the course of things to come on planet Earth for a very long time.

In this period between the June 26 Lunar Eclipse and the upcoming Solar Eclipse on July 11, Earth hangs in the balance. The Solar Eclipse on the Cancer New Moon is a time for healing the oceans, sea of consciousness, the vast waters of human emotion, with divine feminine love.

Later this month, Saturn enters Libra, the sign of balance, liberty and justice. In the early degrees of this harmonizing sign, the planet of structure, karma and form completes an explosive cardinal T-Square with Pluto, the Transformer, revolutionary Uranus and expansive Jupiter.

The potential for change is off the charts. Upheaval and chaos reign as the reconfiguration of our world intensifies through the Grand Cardinal Cross alignments of August.

The Opportunity

Rather than resisting the energies of change, we can learn to focus cosmic forces to transform our lives and our world. Collective transformation begins within each of us individually. More than ever before, we have an enormous opportunity to step into our power and do things differently on planet Earth.

Inspired action is key. As we make our way through this volatile summer toward 2012 and beyond, we're invited to consciously engage in creating a world of peace.

The effects of prayer, meditation, ritual, healing and intent are greatly amplified during times of planetary alignment. Reserve time to observe these periods of quantum effect.

In these sultry summer days as our Sun aligns with the great star Sirius, the light of the cosmos streams to Earth in shimmering waves of creation. We are reborn in the spiritual light of the cosmos.

Align with these forces and celebrate freedom. Freedom from the past. Freedom from karmic patterns and self-limiting beliefs. Freedom to find solutions and explore new opportunities. Freedom to choose love.

A rebirth is at hand. Free your soul.

A door opened in the heavens and the first voice I heard was another archangel of ascension, Melchizedek, saying, "Come into the fifth dimension and I will show

you things to come."

As I entered this space, there were thousands of light bodies sheathed in patterns of gold, like cloth of loosely woven threads.

“Beyond the karma of Alpha and Omega come those who have fled the astral/causal world and dwell here in the fifth dimension, the former seat of the archangels and chohans of the Christ Consciousness who have now ascended to higher realms."

As my sight steadied in this dimension of Light, I could clearly see the sacred formations around the light bodies. They had twenty-four chakras in the shape of star tetrahedrons. Melchizedek spoke again: “These are the light bodies of ascended beings currently in sleep states among the incarnate in your human world who are now in alignment for Mastership. They have left the karmic wheel and pierced through the veils of illusion, and now are remembering who they are through their ascended merkabahs.

And then Melchizedek pointed to a rainbow above the realm of the twenty-four chakra merkabahs, and through the rainbow came streams of emerald light proceeding from a dense plane of crystals. “The rainbow marks the throne of the sixth dimension where lie the grids of prophecy and those things which are to come to pass upon Earth. The Council of Light issues its wisdom and circulates energy from these grids of knowledge. The streams of Light you see are tachyon waves designed to carry the energy of consciousness from the sixth dimension to the many thrones (harmonics) within the astral plane (fourth dimension)."

These ascended beings appeared to be directing the consciousness waves from the grids of the sixth dimension to soul groups of Earth who were also in their sleep states and were still building light bodies for interdimensional travel. These were humans who were still dealing with the realm of causal karma, not having yet reached beyond the fourth dimension in their sleep and dreams. It was explained to me that as humans fell asleep each night, they would engage in a different reality, leaving the third dimension of Earth completely. The elder Starseeds would travel dimensionally in their light bodies, performing all types of exotic tasks. Younger souls merely stayed in the fourth dimension in what was called the Dream Abyss to work out karmic situations until they were complete and ready to take on a multidimensional sleep state experience.

We rose above the working Starseeds into the rainbow, and there I saw twenty-four Elders in full light body with emerald merkabahs of thirtysix star tetrahedrons, with a host of angelic beings all around them. An inquisitive look to Melchizedek prompted him to continue: “Here have risen the 'consciousness breeders' of your incarnate realm who are in their dream states. They are Time Travelers seeded into Earth's civilizations. They feed prophecy into human thought, which is gained from their travels along a time continuum, to thousands of planets seeking the same determination of ascension throughout this galaxy. The wisdom of all human experiments is shared by these beings

and their work in their dreams."

Pure is the quest for the connecting between the individual and their inner event horison to the One. The origin of the paradox is, every part is separate and within it is the whole. I named the One the infinite Quantum field of unconditional love, from which all things come. So every bodies been there it's who we all are, that's where we come from and go back to. When you go into the great gravitational mass of your inner One, at the bottom you'll find real you.

So EVERYTHING goes into it and comes from it. It is the only consciousness, and as all things go to it and all things come from it, it is the observer and the observed. So can we be, as this is the who we are. We've decided to create black holes, for a reality to understand this. Nassim Haramein's new unified field theory unifies it, and is the finest understanding by science yet.

I am the common man and it's time common man got this. I believe if we get The Experiment moving to the point the mass consciousness has to consider it, the common man will grab it with both hands. When you see life as this One, that you are, you do what's best for all, and start seeing how all the parts work. When this is our way of life, all the enlightned beings everywhere else, will be accepted and able to come and play more freely. These are my reflections of this beauty Ash has places here, for the feeling of joy.

So, The Great Paradox of Infinite Being is this: While you appear to be one of infinite parts of The All, at the deepest level of awareness you are not a separate part. You are, instead, simply The One. The reason for the paradox is that we live in an existence which creates the illusion of separation. Deep down, we're all the same One but, to be able to experience all the drama and excitement that life in this world has to offer, the appearance of separation into the All was created. This was done so that Infinite Being can observe itself from an infinite variety of viewpoints. That includes your unique viewpoint, my unique viewpoint, and everyone else's unique viewpoints. Clearing on all levels has taken place in recent weeks, opening new portals in consciousness for manifesting new possibilities now looming on the horizon. During this turbo-charged time, it’s possible to take quantum leaps to build a new and more vibrant future.

During this time of enhanced creativity and manifestation, veils are being pulled aside to allow for profound change and transformation. Now more than any time in the past it is possible to plant the seeds of a soulmate reunion and experience the gifts that go hand in hand with balancing one’s conscious and subconscious minds.

Steps to Planting the Seeds of a Soulmate Reunion

Prior to manifesting in your reality, an idea arrives in your consciousness first as the seed of a thoughtform. The seed of a soulmate reunion is planted in your conscious mind by your higher self. This seed is usually in the form of a vision, idea or feeling. This seed will generate a great sense of anticipation within you. As you become increasingly aware of this seed that is now growing in your consciousness, you can take steps to accelerate its growth process.

Nurtured in the rich ground of your life force energy, this seed sprouts and thrives in the bright sun of your attention. As the seedling sends down roots, it gathers and coalesces energy, forming a small vortex that magnetizes what it needs to grow and thrive. One thing this seedling magnetizes to itself is your awareness and attention. As your awareness of this thriving seedling (conscious or subconscious) increases, it spins out more thoughts around it. Over time these thoughts build a belief. As your belief in the viability of the "seedling" builds, your emotions begin to "love it into being" through joy and anticipation. When an idea matures in your consciousness, it becomes powerful enough to magnetize a physical counterpart in your physical reality.

When the timing is right for a soulmate reunion - when your consciousness has grown to the extent that you have begun to balance the energies of your conscious and subconscious minds - the next step in your spiritual path is to magnetize a soulmate into your physical reality. This is a being that can help you further refine your inner balance of "heaven and earth."

Meeting with Your Higher Self

One way to accelerate the growth and feeding of a soulmate reunion is to hold a meeting in consciousness with your higher self. In this communion, open to receive the higher vision of your soulmate reunion. This vision will reveal to you the spiritual purpose for uniting with a soulmate. You will gain clarity and understanding of how this reunion serves the higher purpose for both you and your soulmate. It will also be revealed how your soulmate reunion will assist and benefit the higher good of all others. Prepare yourself in consciousness to embrace and carry out this vision, which greatly accelerates the growth of your soulmate connection in
consciousness.

Celebrations in Consciousness

Once you have received the vision for your soulmate reunion, you're ready to celebrate this union in consciousness. Merge your consciousness with that of your higher self and experience the joy and growth this reunion will bring. This merging in celebration opens a new space inside your heart that increases your capacity for joy and love. You can return to this space any time you wish, expanding and energizing it with your joy and anticipation.

Inviting a Soulmate to Join You

When you're ready, you can enter this space of celebration within yourself and invite a soulmate to join you in consciousness. There are a number of souls with whom you share a special connection and resonance. You hold "pending soulmate contracts" with all these souls. As you "send out the call" in consciousness, this broadcast is received by the souls with whom you hold pending soulmate contracts. Timing and degree of resonance will determine which of the souls responds to your call. Once you have signaled your readiness, rest assured a soul will respond.

This soul will begin to visit your "celebration space” in consciousness. Each time you meet inside the space within consciousness, you further align your energies. When your energies are sufficiently aligned, you will both "know" a physical meeting is imminent. The key at this stage is to relax, celebrate and remain awake and aware of visions and other forms of guidance as they arrive. Your higher self will be working "behind-the-scenes” to bring about your soulmate reunion in physical reality. The willingness to listen for and follow intuitive guidance insures that you show up at the right place at the right time to take the final step in manifesting your soulmate reunion.

The Karmic Echo

In nature, echoes exist when a sound is reflected off a hard surface. In our life, echoes are the significant energy of the past which comes back to us again and again because we have created the blocks that prevent the energy from moving away from us forever. We are lured to embrace the echo by the ego's need for validation and our own feelings of inadequacy and powerlessness. We believe that by giving the echo more power, we will resolve it in a new way. But in order to resonate with the echo we must be at its energy and that is a temptation we face on each step of our journey.

Our choice of energetic vibration is on two levels, emotional and intellectual. On an intellectual level, the choice is obvious-why wouldn't we be at a higher vibration and enjoy the benefits of multi-dimensional living. On an emotional level, the choice is not so obvious. Our emotions have such a strong attraction that when we are faced with a karmic echo, the temptation to take a quick dip in the pool of memory, so we can undo, re-do or re-make ourselves is almost irresistible.

The echo of our karma doesn't appeal to our intellect-why would we knowingly stray into such dangerous territory? But the ego is fueled by emotion and our karma has enough to make us forget everything we have learned and throw ourselves into its path. Now we have joined our voices with those of the echo and the past comes rushing forward into our current reality. And as we watch our energy levels shift to meet our karma's demands we remember why we worked so hard to avoid the path that has once again become our journey.

Do we give the echo of our karma a voice in our present reality? It is an attractive option if we believe that our soul's growth comes from re-living the past. Another option is to create power through our intention for each moment. As we focus on our power, connection, joy and abundance in each moment, the present becomes what we intend and the whispers of our karmic echoes fall away because we have removed everything that can reflect it and know that we have no need to walk down paths we have traveled before. This week, consider the karmic echoes that are whispering to you. Are you joining your voice with the echoes or creating a new intention for each moment? The answer is the difference between past and present, old and new, of living through the echoes or through your own, powerful voice.

The Energies of July

Another month is over and we are now into the second half of 2010, which has gone by very quickly. It seems that each year goes by faster than the one before and we barely have time to register what is happening before it's over and we're on to the next one. That was not the case, unfortunately, at the end of June when events stopped us in our tracks (again) and we were reminded, once more, that we are still on a journey of learning, healing and growth. We're on the right road, in the right car, we just have not quite reached our destination (but we're close).

If we thought that we had the energy shifts figured out and knew what to do next, then the end of June reminded us that they are not as predictable as we think they should be by now. After all, we have been going through this for quite a while so we should know what is coming up and how to manage them. But we are not just experiencing energetic shifts from the Universe, we are being shifted ourselves. The process has become personal and we have a front row seat into our own divine transformation. Like the process of giving birth, it can be painful.

June's end was a reminder of the importance of what we are undergoing now and what it feels like to be in different dimensions. The fear and pain were of the third dimension, the feeling lost and completely ungrounded was being in the gap between it and higher dimensions that we can see and momentarily feel but are not quite yet ready for. And the brief feelings of euphoria were a step into a higher dimension. This is why we feel the roller coaster, as we are not fully in any dimension yet. Each time we access a higher dimension the return to the third is much harder and we feel the density of its energies so much more acutely. We long for permanence but we are not yet ready for it. Multi-dimensional shifts occur in waves and stages as they need to, for our protection and as we become more grounded in higher dimensions we will maintain our stability through these shifts.
And July continues that energy but with more ease and a lighter touch. This month we can begin to act on our clarity and start manifesting some of what we want to create. There are no 'wrong' choices as everything manifests from intention. The theme of July is 'what are you thinking' as a reminder to us that everything we do, have, and are originates with our thoughts. If we keep that in mind this month will be a much smoother path to the realization of our goals and dreams as we remember that we live in a world of abundance-and we get to choose the kind of abundance we manifest. Choose well, wisely and with intention. Have a wonderful month.

Uriel's Message -- Your Ascension Roles

Each of the energy shifts you have experienced in your own lives is a small representation of the much larger shifts that are affecting your planet, galaxy and your Universe. Because you each feel these on a collective and individual level, and they are all around you so there is no escaping them, you have nowhere to turn. Like an earthquake which moves the physical earth, you are experiencing energetic earthquakes that are shifting the energetic dimensions all around you. At a time when nothing is stable, you must be grounded in order to remain stable as all of the energies around you move into alignment with the crystalline matrix.

Being grounded takes on new meaning at this time and there are different levels of grounding. First you must be grounded in the third dimension and release the temptation to find refuge in the higher dimensions. Your presence is required on earth as you are part of its journey of ascension. Without your conscious participation in the healing of separated energies and karma, you cannot complete the ascension journey and the earth is unable to process these energies for you.

Each of you has agreed to be here to heal and transmute your karmic signature on the planet. You do this through conscious transmutation of these energies, sending them back to the earth, to the angelic realms or the light with the intention for their healing and transmutation. These are energies you created and are responsible for; they belong to you and are released by you.

You must also be grounded in your divine energetic signature, which is the soul potential you have agreed will be your contribution to the ascension. The Universe will not tell you which energetic levels to embody, as this is within your contract. As the energetic shifts move old energies out, they are replaced with your soul signature and this becomes your new paradigm. Do not feel that your roles in this process are insignificant, each of you must embrace your role, release your karma, heal and transmute energies, become one with the crystalline matrix so your soul's signature can join the harmony of the Universe as it moves into ascension and creates heaven on earth.

Changing the Indigo Paradigm

I have been pondering the Indigo paradigm and wondering how to present information that will assist all Indigos, of every generation, to accept their role with grace and ease, so that the fulfillment of the Indigo purpose can be accomplished in ways that honor the Indigo journey, all that it has suffered and all that it can become. This is a mystery that has slowly unraveled over the years I have been writing about Indigos and Crystals and the answer is clear, to change the Indigo experience we must understand the paradigm and change it, which is what we do as we understand old paradigms and clear them.

The Indigos paradigm is one of revealing the weaknesses of the status quo and making others aware of the need for change. While they work hard to do these two things, where they have not been successful is to create powerful partnerships that will make change possible. Indigos believe that they have to do everything by themselves, that they are alone in seeing the wrongs in the world and that their work is finished when everyone agrees to this. But they do not take it one step farther, to create the avenues for the change that they want to see. Their great at presenting the problem but are not so good at also presenting a solution.

By believing that everyone must agree to the need for change, they are essentially asking the world to admit that it has been wrong. Indigos feel validated when they can get someone to admit they have been applying their energy in the wrong way. But this is not the best way to approach this situation because rather than make the world wrong, they need to give it a solution that it can embrace. Instead, though, they focus on an unfolding litany of wrongdoing which tends to anger everyone, including the Indigos, and nothing gets accomplished.

To shift this paradigm Indigos can take their skills in another direction, going beyond being able to see what is wrong and presenting solutions to make things right. What is an alternative to the current situation and how can it be implemented for the good of all? Indigos have the resources to do this, when they apply them to finding solutions instead of simply uncovering problems and waiting for someone else to take them to the next level. There are enough people in the world who know that things are not working well. Our next step is to present solutions as problems are uncovered so we can all take steps in a new direction. Those who do not want to admit they are wrong can embrace a solution that they can use to re-direct their energy towards solutions. And then we can all agree on what is right and the Indigos can finally complete their mission and find fulfillment from their efforts.

Message receive in the Palenque with the Butterfly Man

The following is the fourth and final message that we received, during our latest journey to the Maya lands, in March 2010. You can find previous messages on our website at www.alunajoy.com under the link entitled "Articles on Personal & Planetary Transformation ". We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for humanity also. So as you read this, just imagine that you were there with us . . . the Masters and Star Elders assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you. You might want to imagine that you are sitting with us in Palenque.

(On this day, our first stop was to the Palenque Museum. A good portion of our group gathered around the Butterfly Man from Copan, (a living stone stele) in the central open courtyard. Aluna sat down next to him and started decoding the message here…)

The Butterfly man is showing me a progression of events that you will need to know in order to understand the message he wished to share. In 1990, I had a powerful experience in Palenque. I heard the music of the spheres, saw the etheric records of the Earth, and learned about the creative force of the universe that I was told this energy would return at the beginning of this new age (read about this story here ( http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/2003jan.html ). This creative force instantly manifests everything you think and feel. When we returned to Palenque 2 years ago, we noticed that Palenque's heart had opened immensely, and that the butterfly man's heart was activated. He began to sharing. We began learning about the butterfly concept (you can read more about the Butterfly Man and this concept here - http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/2008march.html and here http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/2009may-2.html ).

This year, we see even a bigger shift in Palenque's temples. Our hotel is inside Palenque's energy field, and last night there was an endless parade of ancestors coming through. I saw beautiful beings with big eyes like does . . . really big brown eyes and beautiful faces. They kept coming through endlessly. I finally had to give up watching them, because there were so many. I asked The Star Elders about this, and this is the message I received.

The Star Elders would like to share an example about what this event is about so we can understand it. In Christianity, when we are saved and at the time of the rapture, we rise again . . . apparently out of our graves. In comparison, the Mayas, the Incas, the Aztecs and most indigenous cultures say that their people will return, but they don share how. We all agree this will be a time of peace and paradise on earth. It is the same story in most cultures, but with a twist in the translation. This rapture is happening now all over the Earth. It is a sign that we do in fact have our foot hold in the new world now. This is really amazing news.

Last night we experienced the first wave of a rapture of the ancestors. We must redefine the term rapture because in this case, "the rapture" does not mean we will go away from here, or ascending to heaven; but instead to rise up into a new dimension or new world. This rapture is about the return of heaven back to earth. This rapture is about being lifted up into full awareness, into life again, and being able to walk the Earth as living masters. This has been done before on earth so it is not an unrealistic idea. Adam and Eve were living in paradise… heaven… before they decided to embrace duality by eating from the tree of good and evil. They became aware of positive and negative, right and wrong, black and white etc. This is why we live with all the conflict and dramas that we do. What this sacred time calls for ALL OF US to do is, to embrace UNITY and WHOLENESS and ONENESS in our diversities. If has been this way before, it can be so again. It is simple as that. The Butterfly Man continued sharing . . . There is a lot of people on the planet that have been holding the souls of their ancestors inside of them, in their hearts. This is why so many of you feel like you have heavy hearts for no apparent reason. This is yet another reason that the Star Elders and I (the Butterfly Man) want you to activate your butterfly heart, because this is the time for your ancestors to be released into this new world. The fluttering activation of the butterfly heart is going to help these souls be released back to the New Earth so they can continue their work. Remember, the Star Elders and their family of living stones never do one thing for one purpose only. There are a multiple multi-dimensional reasons for each action.

Palenque holds a lot of ancient souls, because it is so protected and with it there is much love and pure creative energy anchored here. Palenque was never discovered by the conquistadors, not ever. This site was never altered by invaders. There was never a war here. It is one of the purest of all Mayan sites. That is why all of you are so happy to be here and many keep coming back. These ancestors are emerging out of the temples of Palenque, and I also realize that they are also coming out of my heart area. The Star Elders said that the ancestors are now birthing out of their soul family everywhere all over the world. So we are releasing the souls to be free to live again, and who knows how many other sites across the globe, and how many other people are feeling this today. We have no idea. But I was told 20 years ago that Palenque was going to be one of the first sites that was going to be re-birthed.

This rapture will happen in several waves over a period of time (solstice being the next wave). Last night and today is one of these waves (March 23-24th 2010). People will feel symptoms of this birthing coming out of their heart centers. They are going to feel lighter and clearer. Many of us that are on a spiritual path have felt burdened by holding these souls. We knew this time was coming by watching the progression of evolution in the sacred sites. The world will begin to shift even faster now. The Star Elders say that we are the brave ones of our soul families. We volunteered to stay here in the 3D world and do this job.

Many of these souls / ancestors were anchored in the temples. (read about the living stones here http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/2006-nov.html). When they make the sacrifice to lock their souls into a stone, they remember how it is to be alive for a time. It is really scary, because the person in the stone cannot move and cannot breathe. If someone walks by the stone which you are in, you might say "Hello! I am in here." But the people walking by the stone cannot see or feel the being living in the stone, because they are not sensitive enough to pick it up the message. But the people in the stones still feel alive just like you and I. This memory of being alive can last for many years, and with it they feel like they are suffocating and they ache, because they cannot move. After some time they forget what it is like to live in a body. When the souls in the stones come out again, they have to re-learn how to live all over again. They may get stiff and have respiratory trouble.

A lot of people have been carrying the souls of their ancestors. We have noticed that in the last year that the weight of this job has become almost unbearable. Maybe we blame this weight on 2012, the state of the world, or the build-up of uncertainty and fear on the planet. But considerer that this might very well be, because we have been holding all our ancestors for this very, long time. All the light workers have been holding the light on the Earth for a long time. We did this to keep the Earth from going into total darkness during the dark cycles of which we are emerging from. We are giving birth to our ancestors so that they can live again. They are being raptured and will live here on Earth again, and will help us create paradise in this new dimension.

Many of these ancestors came to be with us so they could remember how to be alive again, and now they are birthing from our hearts. So if you feel anything strange in your throat to your heart area, this might be what is happening with you. Every time we absorb a lot of energy, we might feel heavy in the chest and / or not be able to catch our breath. This is not the apocalypse. It is a wave of the rapture.

Before I arrived here, I was having strong visions of Palenque. I could see all the beings pouring out of Pacal's tomb. It was not just Pacal, but uncountable beings. Then we got here, I could see that the etheric golden city of Palenque has almost merged with the temples once again. When I close my eyes, the temples look like they are filled with light. So now I understand why I arranged an extra day in Palenque this year. We would have missed this energy if we had left earlier. We needed to be in Palenque to help begin the release of these ancestors. So, when we walk around in our life today, just talk to the stones (the earth and your heart), and talk to the beings around you. Tell them that they are released now and to go into the world and live. Oh . . . holy moly, the dark side of the world had better watch out, because the parade of light that is coming through, they are not going to stand a chance. All mis-qualified energy will be brought to light.

This rapture is sort of like in the movie AVATAR. This film was released at the right moment in time. This concept of unity with all life, and the importance of the ancestors is now placed into the collective consciousness. So the ancestors can actually be birthed into a world that actually now understands this concept and allows space for them to return. If there wasn't a seed of this idea in the world, the ancestors would not have a place to return to. Does that make sense? We are building a bridge for them with our hearts. It is a fine orchestration. This is humanity being reborn.

Timing is everything to the cosmic Maya. There is a time (or frequency) for everything, and if the Star Elders or other living masters tell us too much about the future, we will mess it up, because we are human. We get stuck in our heads and over think the truth until it is no longer truth. The world is a very convoluted and mixed up place, and it is nearly imposable to stay clear. This is why this great unveiling of our future comes in phases and ever shorter accelerated waves. Things we need to know are released when it is appropriate for us to know them. Spirit only works in the present moment . . . and the future does not really exist; only a matrix of possibilities. What comes next will depend on the evolution of the consciousness in humanity. You can only guestimate the future. By knowing the past, and knowing what is here now, you can guess what the future might hold.) This future is always changeable in each moment. So this message about the rapture must be very appropriate for our time, otherwise we would not be seeing this today.

Linda asks a question: So how does Egypt tie into the messages that we are getting here?

Aluna: Well, I saw all kinds of beings coming out of these temples. Some that were semi-human full of light. I saw Egyptian, Native American. I saw Maya. I saw all kinds of people flooding out. The one I remember the most, because I stopped him to look in his eyes, he had these huge eyes like a doe . . . like a deer . . . beautiful. Like an angel. All I could see was his eyes. The world is coming alive with ancestors of light.

When you anchor your soul in a stone, you usually leave a little bit of your soul behind to reincarnate over and over again. So when it comes time to get it back into a body, you have one already. Egyptians thought they would come back into the SAME body. Well, we know that doesn't work. It was a failed experiment. Some of mummies would take over someone else's body with permission this way wisdom and knowledge was not lost. Some mummies would take over bodies without permission. But we understand now this is a really big no-no in either case.

Gabriel asks a question: So what was happening to the soul that was already incarnated in that body?

Aluna: The small 10% portion of their soul that is left behind to reincarnate over and over in a semi-asleep mode until their soul is ready to come back. We can see many people in the world that look asleep, but maybe they are just waiting for their soul to return. When their soul returns, it is what we call it an awakening. The part of the soul that we hide away has great knowledge and had to be kept safe. The world, as well as humanity, is now ready for this knowledge, wisdom and power again.

Gabriel continues: No, no, I mean the bad mummies . . . that used to take over bodies. They were invading a body that already had another soul. So what happened to the soul that was born with the body?

Aluna: They overshadowed the original soul to the point where they did not exist anymore, or were shoved out of the body. This is why a lot of the tombs were especially sealed, and had curses put on them, because some of these ancient ones were not working with the light. They were entombed for safety reasons. Some mummies were entombed to anchor light as well. But some mummies were entombed because they were really bad guys. This is not allowed to happen anymore.

We are living in an extremely unique age. We are heading into an age where everything is going to flip back into natural harmony again. We are returning to the Garden of Eden. Anything out of resonance with natural law will have to be surrendered and clear out. It cannot survive. It is happen right before our eyes. We can see it in the mass media.

Beings of light, our ancestors are coming back now because the world is ready for the wisdom they hold. Anything that is from the past age that is not resonant with natural law will not come back. It cannot survive here now. If we are seeing these ancestors coming back now, it is an extraordinary sign that we are very, very close to turning this world around. The world will be born again. Even when I was a small child I knew about the Star Elders, I also knew that they would come back in my lifetime. So, it looks like the ancestors are being released, and that is another step toward that vision manifesting. I am still waiting buddies. :)

Laura adds an insight: We bridged the worlds on the last trip (Tikal, Copan in 2009).

Aluna: Yes, on our trip in Tikal, we could see that we were not in either world. It was the weirdest trip we ever did. Nobody could connect to anything. We were waffling around in this middle state, and the message that I was getting was that we were bridging the two worlds. So now we have bridged them, and it is obvious. We are now firmly anchored into this new world. Now the ancestors have a place to be reborn.

Gabriel with a question: Will we be saved before the end of the world? Because what I remember of the rapture is that you will ascend before you are dead. You will ascend into the Heavens before the destruction of the world.

Aluna: There is NOT going to be a destruction of the physical world like Hollywood suggests. The idea of the destruction is from our old consciousness from the ways of the old world. It is a memory from the fall of Atlantis and the fall from Eden. Our definition of the rapture is distorted. We have a new definition now. The destruction that WILL take place is a state of change in our consciousness. We are dying every day, losing bits and pieces of ourselves, and new ones are being born. The old world as we knew it is already collapsing, and that is why we are finding our days so challenging and so fast paced. If you ask your grandparents, or great, grandparents, what their days were like, life was very slow. Their life experiences would be that they might have had a challenge in a month. Sometimes now, we have many challenges daily. The old world is already fracturing. This is it! We are in the shift! So there is an end to the old world, BUT what will come about in a state of change in our consciousness. The trick for survival is to stay fluid and mobile and to listen to your heart in each moment. If you don't let go, you will have to clean up that mis-qualified energy and that is hard work.

Linda adds an insight: We are surrounded by people daily that are panicking, who do not understand.

Aluna: Yes, and that building fear is in the collective consciousness. If you are sensitive, you are going to feel this fear. We are all connected. But when our consciousness is awake, we can feel this fear, but not let it affect our judgments and how we live our lives. The stuff that is going on in the collective consciousness has created many people's phantom, physical problems. Our bodies will react to everything the the collective consciousness holds. So it is our job to shift this collective consciousness to the positive side. And this is already happening. An old Aztec friend told me once "I never let my body tell me what to do". This is what we need to learn . . . to unify with the collective consciousness, yet not let our body's reaction tell us what to do. Our direction should always come from the heart and the core of our spirit, not the fear in our head.

Life might get pretty interesting now because of what is happening here. We won't know how the outside world has been effected until we go back home. We do not know how this is going to affect humanity. But I am pretty sure that the ones that do not have an open heart are going to start crumbling fast. The negative ego will not be supported and greed, hate, and mass control will begin to crumble. Those who have a lack of humanity are not considered human by the Star Elders, but aliens. Our humanity is what makes us human!

Also to clarify . . . The rapture does not have anything to do with any religious affiliation whatsoever. Jeshua's teachings are important for everyone no matter who you are. Jeshua said "What I have done, you can do also and greater things". He is also waiting for us to figure out what those greater things are! He raised the dead. He made the blind see. He fed the multitudes. He said we can do better things than that!

Our new job is to shatter the old paradigm of what we think is possible, and take it to the next step UP, and manifest things in a new way. We can perform what many would think are miracles beyond what Jesus and other Masters have done. There were many Masters; not just Jesus. He just happens to be the most well known one . . . at least in Christianity. This is what the butterfly heart is all about . . . to release the butterfly within . . . to release our light; to be born again.

The Star Elders do not have boundaries. The Star Elders took me off on a journey to show me what it was like to have no boundaries. I discovered that we like our boundaries. We want to someone to give us the directions and the rules. What I learned is that the Star Elders do not need to have bodies to do their work. They could have a body if they wanted to. They can manifest through sound, color, consciousness, an idea, science, geometry, etc…. So they do not need bodies or space ships by the way. So maybe these ancestors do not need a body either. These ancestors may have bodies which they are returning to, or they might just be assisting Earth's transition energetically. They can be here in physical form, or they can be just energy. They have absolutely no boundaries to what they can do with their consciousness . . . absolutely none. If decide to manifest . . . maybe they will manifest bodies.

There are many questions that we do not have the answer to at this time. The Star Elders and humanity have never done this before. This huge cycle of time has been a grand experiment. We tried a test run in Atlantis, and we unsuccessful. It was a test run. But we all have ghostly memories of Atlantis and what happened there. The Star Elders tried out a few new ideas and have re-adjusted. The Star Elders came back to the Americas, they did some more research in Peru and Mesoamerica.

This is a global rapture. I think this is why our groups are always international with many countries represented. We want to touch the whole planet with this awakening. This is your homework . . . to go and set the ancestors free, and set yourself free along with them. The more we remember the story, the more we lighten up. It is important to remember the story and share it. Everybody has a different piece to the puzzle, and when all the pieces come together, we can have unity in the diversities. If we don't share our piece, because we think it is too wild, or people will think we are crazy, then everyone looses.

At some point, we think the magnetic energy of the earth will drop out. At that time, all the old, hideous, etheric record that has been anchored on the Earth by war and other horrible atrocities will be wiped clean. But it only happens when the magnetic energy of the earth drops out. The negatives cannot continue with us to the new world. I had a dream about this time (read about the dream here http://www.kachina.net/~alunajoy/2009mar.html). When you see this world disappear, you enter another one.

This is why I started the Facebook "Ascension Symptoms Support Group" (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=297712141315&ref=mf ). This group has helped take the sting and the fear out of this time that we are in, because it is scary when our bodies react to the changes. We are feeling all kinds of things that we don't understand. And it is probably going to continue to be a little scary. Fear is always present when we approach something new. Any time we do something new, we always feel that little anticipation, or nervousness, or that little flutter of the butterflies in the stomach. It is in our human design, when we step outside of the norm, to feel a little uneasy. So we are now stepping into HUGE things that nobody has done before. The Star Elders don't even know where this is all going. The Masters don't know where this is going. It is new territory . . . a new frontier. We are all entering this together. It is one big, giant orchestration of which all of humanity is a part of. All of us are needed in all our unique diversities.

This is an culmination of a grand cycle where the Star Elders, humanity and all the other living masters will unify together to successfully shift humanity into a new world. The Star Elders have been telling me for years that there is nothing to worry about. The Star Elders have already seen us enter the new world successfully. We have a huge amount of divine assistance these days. We all feel the angels and guides and the legions of light in the universe when we call on them. The Earth is the last to wake up in our solar system and in the universe. The Ancients and the Masters have been waiting for this day for a long time. They are really anxious for us to get into alignment, because when we do, all the portals open up to other world and other culture they contain. It is going to be wild, and I want to be here to see that. We have paid a heavy price to live in this body at this time, and we have earned this. I want to attend the big party that is to come.

How You can contribute to the Maya re:disaster relief from tropical storm Agatha in Guatemala

Tropical storm Agatha, which passed over Central America the end of May, did not reach hurricane strength but the rain caused as much destruction. Honduras and El Salvador were hit hard, but the center of the storm passed over Highland Guatemala, where Agatha caused oversaturated mountainsides to collapse in dozens of pueblos. A mountain of mud and water suddenly came down after days of rain. The houses of eight families were totally destroyed, and fifteen other families had their house filled with mud. One 10 year old girl was killed. More deaths were probably prevented because alert Pedranos warned people living in that area to evacuate after they observed indications that the mountainside was ready to collapse.

Agatha also leveled the corn and coffee crops of many people. Corn is the staple of the Maya diet. The tortillas that they eat with every meal are made from the corn that they grow themselves. Coffee is the Maya cash crop. When I talked to artist Pedro Rafael Gonzalez Chavajay, he described people crying when they saw what had happened to their crops.

In the days after the mudslide the community response was great; men from church groups worked, helping families regain their homes and belongings. Women came in large numbers to bring food and water to the workers. A church, school and hotel opened their doors to house the homeless. More help is needed.

There are communities that suffered deaths due to mudslides. San Antonio Palopó was the worse affected on the lake with a dozen or so houses buried and loss of lives. I talked to a local friend and she told me that there were over 20 deaths, 27 houses disappeared. She is trying to help 500 families that are left with nothing but what they wore. I am the secretary of the board of directors for Hospitalito Atitlán and will always recommend for people to give to to the operation of this community hospital www.hospitalitoatitlan.org. Your can read a recent update about the situation on the website. We are in dire need of hiring at least one doctor, as a few of our planned medical volunteers cancelled their trips to Guatemala due to volcanic eruption and the storm Agatha. We are super transparent and all donations goes directly to the operation of the hospital. There is a minimum administrative overhead, as both the board of the US NGO AHA (for tax deductible donations), and the local board is built on volunteerism.

Beloved,

�All that I do ye shall do and more.�

It is humankind�s divine birthright to perform miracles for the highest good of all.

There are times when it is the highest good to materialize or dematerialize a certain state of being, or desire, or belief, or feelings, or even material objects, or all of the above.

Everything in creation, whether from the past, the present , or the future, exists in the most subtle realm of Akasha, the omnipresence of Divine Being, accessed in the Delta brainwave state of pure being and unity with Divine Being and all creation.

From this state, any creation can be condensed into more and more solid forms. First a creation becomes fire, which is INTENT OR DESIRE for the creation. In this stage it is a clear visual image, still in the Delta brainwave state.

Next it is contemplated in mind. Then it condenses into a more solid form in the Theta brainwave state of deep inner thought. At this stage its form is that of mental matter, or the air element.

The next stage is the water state of flowing feelings, the Alpha brainwave state. This state is magnetic and will attract the desired creation into physical form. Therefore, flowing feelings of the creation being in manifestation are generated.

The materialization of an object is brought about by flowing with MAGNETIC FEELINGS of a form existing in physical reality, then imagining the sensation of shape, measure, number, and weight of the imagined form in a particular place. To the extent that imagined sensations of shape, measure, number and weight are focused and strong, to that degree the materialization is successful.

The de-materialization of an object requires de-condensing energy by sensing the form becoming less dense, like water, and then light and airy, like a mental thoughtform. Finally, the desire for the object is surrendered back to Divine Being, so tha even the fire element is also released. To the extent that sensations of an object becoming flowing, then light and airy, then hot and expansive are focused and strong, to this degree the de- materialization is successful.

All of this is done with flowing feelings of faith in the materializing or de-materializing of it.

As you can see, even though actual acts of materialization and dematerialization are results of feeling energy of Alpha brainwaves in a state of omnipotent faith, whole brain functioning is required for this skill.

The state of being and will, [Delta Waves-pure being], the thought, [Theta Waves-deep inner thought], the Feelings, [Alpha Waves-feeling], and the sensations, [Beta Waves-memory, logic, five senses] are all required.

The particular whole brain functioning for materialization requires mastery of the divine virtues of our name in the ancient language, according to the formula below.

The pronunciation of the letters

It may be no coincidence that Franz Bardon incarnated with German as his mother tongue since German (in contrast to English and French, for instance) is a phonetic language, which means that nearly every vowel and consonant is consistently pronounced exactly as it is written. So the letter "a" (aah) will always sound like an "a" (aah), the letter "i" (ee) will always sound like an "i" (ee) etc. This phonetic consistency allows a much easier study of letters. Also, German has additional vowels (such as � and � (u and o umlaut), e (�) and the "simple o") and a consonant ("ch") which are unknown in the English language.

There are two sound files included: alphabet.wav and alphabetpuresounds.wav (courtesy of Ralf http://home.arcor.de/ralflehnert). A third one is just for fun - a child�s recording of the complete German alphabet. The letters in alphabet.wav and alphabetpuresounds.wav have been recorded in the order listed below.

(Note: The following list uses the French letter "�" (which isn�t used in English and the pronunciation of which corresponds exactly to the German "e") to help describe pronunciation. The vowels and consonants which strongly differ from their equivalents in the English alphabet appear in bold type.)

A is pronounced "aah"

B is pronounced "b�"

C is pronounced "ts�".

D is pronounced "d�"

E is pronounced "�". This sound doesn't exist in English but I think in many other languages (it�s also widely used in French, for instance, where it is spelled "�"). English people usually turn it into an "ay" when trying to pronounce it. It is like a lighter, higher version of the English "a" as pronounced in "hat".

F is pronounced as the English "f"

G is pronounced "g�" ("g" as in "get")

H is pronounced "hah" (as in "hut")

I is pronounced "ee" (as the I in "sit" or "see" (i.e. it is not a composite sound as the "I" of the English alphabet. This would be spelled "ai" in German).

J is pronounced "yot" (as in "yacht"). The pronunciation of "j" corresponds exactly to the English "y". For instance "yes" is "ja" (pronounced "yah") in German.

K is pronounced "kah"

L is pronounced like the French word "elle"

M is pronounced as the English "m"

N is pronounced as the English "n"

O is pronounced similar to the British pronunciation of the "o" in "dot". (The "o" of the English alphabet is a composite sound consisting of a pure "o" followed by "oo", while the German "o" is a simple, pure or "mono" "o".)

P is pronounced "p�"

R is pronounced "airr", less rolling than the English "r" In fact, there are two Rs: one commonly used "pharyngeal" R (not featured on the sound files; this R will be part of a typical German accent when the speaker is unable to pronounce the English R), and one lingual R which can be heard on the files. (To pronounce the English R, one needs to "employ" both the tongue and the back of the throat.)

S is pronounced as the English "s"

T is pronounced "t�"

U is pronounced "oo"

V is identical to the F consonant (not contained in alphabetpuresounds.wav)

W is pronounced "v�"

X is pronounced "IKS" (not contained in alphabet.wav and alphabetpuresounds.wav)

Y is pronounced as � (u umlaut)

Z according to Bardon should be pronounced as a soft humming "dz" (in normal usage, "z" is pronounced in the same manner as the "c", i.e. "ts"). Bardon writes, "while the �c� (ts�) is to be pronounced hard/harshly, the �z� is to be pronounced in a humming (or buzzing) fashion, similar to an �s�, i.e. softly.

CH is a widely used sound formed with/in the pharynx (back of the throat) which in the English-speaking world only has a Scottish equivalent ("Loch Lomond"). For instance, "I am" corresponds in German to "Ich bin".

SCH corresponds to the English "sh" and is pronounced in the same manner.

� (a umlaut) is pronounced like the "a" in the English word "had".

(� is spelled ae when the keyboard doesn't allow to print it. However, the angel groups Bardon mentions such as Adae have to be pronounced a-d-a-e, i.e. each letter individually, as far as I have seen.)

� (o umlaut) is pronounced similarly to the � sound in bird, curd, herd etc.

� (u umlaut) is pronounced as the "u" in the French word "sucre" and, as far as I know, not found in English (with the exception of a certain Northern English dialect).

We help you understand the effect of flowing feelings on
the four elements of fire, air, water, and earth, on transformation
of metals, and on the life and death of the physical body.

For too long, flowing feelings have been misunderstood. Flowing feelings create
magnetism, which in turn attract new realities into form. When flowing feelings
of divine qualities are combined with omnipotent will, miracles occur.

All have longed for the power of miracles, and deep in
your heart you have known that this ability belongs to you.

Few have understood the power that flowing feelings
have in attracting change in the physical realm.

If the power of flowing feelings to alter physical reality had been
understood, creating and maintaining wonderful, positive feelings
that are attuned to the powerful emanations of Divine Consciousness
would have always been of utmost importance. Everything would
have been done to avoid creating negative flowing feelings.

From the time of conception, flowing feelings of Mother and Child
and those around them attract specific realities on the levels of being,
will, thought, emotion, and form.

Because flowing feelings, once generated, must continue to flow in
order to change, the only way to correct and change disastrous effects
of negative flowing feelings is to ACCEPT THESE NEGATIVE FLOWING FEELINGS
with unconditional all encompassing love, understanding and compassion, and
ALLOW THEM TO FLOW IN A SAFE AND HARMONIOUS SETTING instead of acting them
out in a destructive manner, or denying, resisting, judging, or medicating them.

As feelings flow, intuition generates insights into the causes and cures
of negative feelings so that corrections are made on every level.
As these corrections spontaneously arise from the psyche,
negative flowing feelings transform into positive flowing feelings.

Every effort must be made to heal negative flowing feelings quickly.
As soon as negative flowing feelings arise, time should be
allotted to flow with the feelings to heal them.

Use eye movement as the body does in dreaming, moving the eyes
back and forth, right to left to right again, over and over, while flowing
with the feelings. This shifts the energy of flowing negative feelings from
one hemisphere of the brain to the other, over and over,
allowing the feelings to process naturally.

Remember that negative flowing feelings come from emotional
wounding, and the most powerful negative feelings link
back in time to childhood traumatic situations.

By loving flowing negative feelings with unconditional love,
the wounded younger self within, that is generating the negative
feelings is validated and comforted, and heals naturally.

Everything should be done to generate positive flowing feelings.

A balance between spending time generating positive flowing feelings
through meditation on the divine virtues, and with creative acts in the
physical world, reflects the balance between the two hemispheres
of the brain, the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous system.

In the state of Heaven on Earth; music, art, dance, joyful work, world service,
contemplation, and meditation are the order of the day for all, so that
beautiful flowing feelings are generated and nourished,
attracting ever higher states of perfection.

By meditating on the divine virtues associated with the letters of our name,
and calling on our help, the following are gained:

The letter Z represents the higher faculties of divine intelligence
and the ability to remember everything learned in all incarnations.
When meditating on this virtue in the emotional realm, all kinds of artistic
faculties arise. The ability to put all abstract ideas into words develops.

virtue in the feeling realm, the faculty of influencing each fate at
will is gained. All tantra and mantra practices are understood.

Gulf Dead Zone Linked to Ethanol Production

Each year, nitrogen used to fertilize corn, about a third of which is made into ethanol, leaches from Midwest croplands into the Mississippi River and out into the Gulf of Mexico, where the fertilizer feeds giant algae blooms. As the algae dies, it settles to the ocean floor and decays, consuming oxygen and suffocating marine life. The gulf dead zone is the second-largest in the world, after one in the Baltic Sea. Scientists say the biggest culprit is industrial-scale corn production, which is heavily subsidized in the US, particularly for ethanol production.

A Fracking First in Pennsylvania: Cattle Quarantine from ProPublica.org
Agriculture officials have quarantined 28 beef cattle on a Pennsylvania farm after wastewater from a nearby gas well leaked into a field and came in contact with the animals. The state Department of Agriculture said the action was its first livestock quarantine related to pollution from natural gas drilling. Although the quarantine was ordered in May, it was announced Thursday (July 1, 2010).

Love creates mercy and its parallel virtues.

Divine Love in its manifestations as mercy fulfills the Laws of Justice and Karma.

How does Divine Love operate in the spheres and planes of spirit, mind, emotion, and form?

If one of you creates harm, according to the Laws of Karma and Justice, this same energy must return to you so that harmlessness is

learned through personal experience.

By experiencing the same harm that one has caused another, lessons can is learned on the path to spiritual maturity.

Through cause and effect, the lesson that what

In manifesting supreme happiness and cohesion in the Unified Field, harmlessness and harmony of all participants, both self and others, are enlivened. People seek Love, the highest good of all concerned, in the rhythms and cycles of life.

The Created Worlds are part of one Web of Life, one Unified Field.

If, through an act of Divine Mercy, a guilty person is protected from the harmful results of a past mistake, how can justice and harmony be served and the lessons of harmlessness learned?

This great mystery is explained simply.

Feelings of True Divine Blessing and Mercy flood a person in pure being, will, thought, feeling, and sensation and create within that person higher awareness.

He or she is gifted a higher spiritual experience, a higher knowing.

This true divine blessing and higher knowing then awaken realizations of harmlessness. These higher realizations raise the energy field so that it no longer vibrates to and attracts more harmful energy. This results in protection from suffering brought about by returning negative karmic energies. These returning energies manifest symbolically, in a much softer way.

In such cases lessons are therefore learned as gifts of grace from higher sources.

Returning karma then manifests symbolically, bouncing off a person�s energy field without causing much actual harm or suffering.

Divine Grace propells people to change.

Through beneficial Divine Love that constantly flows through all of space,

lessons of harmlessness grow within hearts over time and the teachings of karmic return are needed less and less.

Therefore, as the Sun traverses the frequency of Divine Love in its manifestation as Mercy, flow with magnetic Love and true divine blessing to attract fulfillment of karma and justice.

Divine Blessing opens each heart to the Wisdom of Ages and cycles of life, healing the past and the future.

Through Divine Grace, possible future results of past mistakes of mankind go through transmutation.

Know that within Divine Mercy lies the power to heal Earth and bring forth the Kingdom of Heaven without additional suffering.

REMEMBERING HOW TO PRODUCE MANNA

Sit quiet, spine erect. Envision and connect with all of your glands - pituitary, pineal, thalamus, hypothalamus, parathyroid, thyroid, lymph, renal, all ethereal glands etc. etc. -, see them igniting, ie for instance see white light flashing out, or other images, just feel guided by your own inner inspiration. It does not matter to know all the glands in the body and energy bodies and to know where they are exactly located. Just intent that your divine self guides you and trust that everything proceeds as it should be. Then talk to your glands and intent by saying: "Thank you for producing manna now." Envision your spine and place this intent into the spine, your nerval messaging system to the brain. Automatically your body produces manna.

Repeat this technique as often as needed and take as much time as wished to ingest the manna.

Personally, I move on quite quickly because I have a big working schedule and often do it at work or whenever I feel like it, but it can also be done during meditation time and can be savored and enjoyed while ingesting manna in my Body Temple of Light.

Personally, I live on manna without physical food one day per week and the other days I only have one vegan meal per day but produce manna daily. I also noticed that I do not need any supplements like minerals, vitamines or enzymes any more. The body is divinely and perfectly nourished.

Liquid Manna is a unique form of nutrition.

Nutrition is one of the strongest dependencies of the human being. In these times of changing paradigms, we all have the opportunity to move into a life without dependencies and ascend into complete freedom: freedom from aging, freedom from creating diseases in order to learn, freedom from physical needs. It is time to take back our power and return to feeding and nourishing our own body. Producing liquid Manna is an extraordinary way to break restrictions and needs. Love is the most powerful force in the universe.

In fact, energy, the building block of all physical reality, is nothing but pure concentrated love.

This love permeates every cell in every entity, but only by attuning to this can you experience it.

Learning to vibrate with love is therefore about learning to tune in to this energy. The law of attraction states that like energy attracts like, therefore learning to open up the heart chakra and tune in to the powerful emotion and energy of love will help you manifest whatever you desire faster and easier.

Let’s discuss how you can learn to open up the heart chakra so that you can vibrate with love and manifest what you want.

There are many ways to open the heart chakra.

Before you open up the heart chakra however, you may need to do some emotional clearing.

Meditate and do some deep breath cleansing, to try and work out any emotional blockages.

You can listen to a chakra cleansing and balancing CD.
We recommend Chakra Suite by Steven Halpern .

When you feel ready, simply meditate while focusing on your solar plexus or heart chakra.

Don’t move, don’t talk, and don’t think – just focus on your solar plexus.

There is a large chakra there which will help you to balance and begin raising energy. If nothing happens, that is fine. You may feel uncomfortable or uneasy.

This might mean that you have something to work out.
If you can remain in meditation and allow this to present itself to you, you can work through it
In many cases though, emotional blocks won’t be big enough to prevent you from working with your heart chakra, and heart chakra work is also helpful for clearing past emotional blocks.

In order open the heart chakra and vibrate with love, you need to begin seeing the beauty and perfection in everything around you.

Spend a day treating life as though it were a big play going on around you for your benefit. Every little thing that happens, no matter how incidental, has been planned for you to see or hear or experience.

If you can stay in this mindset for even an hour or two, you will begin to find the beauty in things, and your heart chakra may begin to tingle.

One way to open the heart chakra to feel love is by raising energy through visualization up your spine and into your heart chakra.

You can do this while meditating, walking, running, working, driving, or almost anywhere.
On your in breath, visualize white energy flowing up your spine and into your heart chakra.
On your down breath, imagine the white energy coming from above your head, down your spine, and meeting in your heart chakra.

When you get really good at this, you will be able to be aware of both the upward and downward movements of energy simultaneously.

This will allow you to raise energy into your heart chakra even more quickly.

When you successfully open your heart chakra, you will begin to experience the feeling of pure, unfiltered, unrestricted love.

The more you do this, the more easily it will come to you.
Finally, one day you will find that you spend more time in this loving state that out of it.
