Beloved,

We teach the children of God the relationship of the laws of flowing
emotions to the laws of harmony that govern the Universe.

The ORIGINAL LAW,
from which all laws come,
is The LAW OF ONE.

The LAW OF ONE

We are all one.
When one is harmed, all are harmed.
When one is helped, all are helped.

Therefore, in the name of who I am

and I am one with all there is,

I ask that ONLY that WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED

happen here and everywhere, through all time and space.

I give thanks that this is done.

In the mastery of flowing feelings , the understanding of this law is of utmost
importance, because flowing emotion is magnetism and attraction.

Flowing feelings are the precursor of manifestation on the physical plane
and therefore flowing emotions determine whether the physical realm
manifests Heaven or hell.

Harm done to anyone, self or other, harms the entire Web of Life.

A child of God must understand that flowing emotions are like
water, they purify and remain beautiful and clear by flowing freely.
Negative flowing emotions must be rendered harmless by transforming
them through allowing them to flow safely, and transmuting them
with unconditional all encompassing love as they flow to resolution.

When negative feelings arise, a person learns to not act out destructively

and create more painful harvests. Either denying these feelings,

which forces them underground into the subconsciousness and body

tissue where they still attract negativity, or acting out destructively, causes more pain.

Negative feelings are allowed, instead, to flow and heal safely,

in an atmosphere of unconditional all encompassing love, respect

and gratitude, so that they transform and transmute, becoming

life affirming and life giving once more.

Feelings are astral beings, with intelligence. They are the subtle essence

of physical water, which also has intelligence. Both of them, emotions and water,

become pure and beautiful in the presence of love, respect and gratitude,

no matter how toxic they have become.

It is in the silence that each person FEELS and flows with emotions that arise.

If the feelings are wounded and painful, he or she learns to let them flow to

healing and transformation in an atmosphere of unconditional all encompassing

love FOR THE FEELINGS THEMSELVES AND FOR THE INNER WOUNDED

CHILD WHO IS PRODUCING THEM, and does not destructively act them out.

Water must flow to stay pure and clean, and so must feelings.

Stagnant water is poisonous and so are stagnant, repressed and dissociated feelings.

Part of destructively acting out negative feelings is to resist, deny, judge,

bypass, suppress, or medicate them.

Always remember that feelings heal by flowing.

As feelings flow, insights grow.

In the process of allowing wounded feelings to flow safely with love, respect

and gratitude, memories about an earlier emotionally wounding event in life

are reawakened. This remembered event is the original source of these wounded feelings.

As these memories of the event are relived over and over so that every feeling

associated with the event is felt with love, respect, and gratitude , healing insights

arise about the why and how behind this traumatic event. Healing images arise.

These powerful healing insights and images restore positive beliefs and ideas

about self and others and reality in general.

In this process a Child of Light SEES AND UNDERSTANDS THEIR PREVIOUS DESTINY.

He or she understands why everything happened just the way that it did at the time,

and sees how to correct it for the ultimate highest good of all concerned for the future.

Once negative feelings are transformed into positive ones, it is possible for a person

to go into the silence and flow with feelings of the ONENESS OF ALL LIFE

and feelings of Divine Will for the highest good of all.

These powerful feelings attract a wonderful new destiny.

Positive emotions are gloriously beneficial to self and others.

EMOTION IS MAGNETISM.

Beautiful emotions magnetize beautiful realities into being.

These following understandings of the nature of magnetism,
emotions, and the water element are important:

(1)
Emotions MUST FLOW.

Positive emotions become more positive by flowing,
and negative emotions heal, becoming positive
by flowing in a safe and non-destructive way in an
environment of all encompassing, unconditional love.

Negative feelings become toxic if they are bottled up,
denied, judged, resisted, acted out destructively, or
disassociated from. They must be allowed to flow safely
with an attitude towards them of unconditional love. This
love sees their origin in wounding events earlier in life, and
validates the inner child who was and is rightfully upset. By
letting this inner child cry and express itself in an atmosphere
of love, the feelings transform and healing occurs.

It is difficult to meditate on the positive feelings of the Divine Virtues
when negative feelings are begging to be heard, felt, and healed.

Trying to avoid and hold back the healing process
takes tremendous energy and is exhaustive, and
suppresses the immune system, causing disease.

It is important to heal negative emotions
by letting them flow safely when they come up.

Denied, bottled up negative emotions go inward into the
subconscious and are held in body tissue, not only causing
dis-ease and suppressing the immune system, but are acted out
sub-consciously in self-defeating ways without conscious awareness.

Negative feelings must be allowed to flow
IN A SAFE AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE MANNER,
for it is in flowing that they are healed.

Find a safe place to feel the negative feelings without acting them
out destructively. Cry or scream into a pillow in order not to alarm others.
Do not break anything, or harm yourself. Use eye movement like you do
naturally in dreaming. Moving the eyes back and forth over and over
shifts the emotional energy between the two hemispheres of the brain and
allows flowing feelings to process intuitively, emotionally, and rationally.

Strong over-reactive negative emotions almost always go back
to an old unresolved emotional traumatic event; to one of the
many painful events happening in very young childhood.

By allowing negative emotions to flow freely, a memory of
the original wounding event is remembered.

By re-living the painful memory over and over in your mind from
beginning to end, and feeling through all the feelings each time;
healing insights arise as the emotions heal naturally.

Using rapid eye movement, moving the eyes back and
forth like the body does in dreaming sleep, shifts the flow of
emotional energy between the two hemispheres of the brain
so that the feelings are processed in a whole brain manner.

Allowing negative emotions to flow and process in this way
brings healing. This is how you heal negative emotions and
prevent negative emotions from harming yourself or others.

Once negative emotions are healed, meditating on flowing feelings of
the Divine Virtues arouses wonderful feelings of happiness and power.
This is done effectively in a wholebrain manner using the
will-thought-feeling-sensation technique of the
ancient language explained in these messages.

The stronger the positive feelings,
the stronger the magnetic power of attraction.

These powerful feelings of Divine Virtues bring Heaven to Earth
by attracting heavenly realities in the physical world.

Learning to control the mind so that it focuses on
the beauty and perfection of the Divine, allows the child
of God to walk in the path of the miraculous.

In this second step we teach the children of God
to understand the laws of harmony of emotion through analogy.
In every moment, in every situation, the most harmonious feelings flow
when the mind sees Divine Life expressing itself throughout all existence.

Huge global challenges inspire important changes

AS WE ENTER the closing month of this momentous year and we survey the events that have shaped our life-experience, we may ask, are we pleased with what has been created? Many of my beloved clients have asked recently to understand the purpose behind the huge challenges the world is now facing. The purpose is simple: to inspire us to go deeper and reach higher for the keys to peace and prosperity. This month’s planetary aspects create a field of opportunity for us to take another leap into higher awareness.

Sagittarius leads search for life’s meaning. On November 21, the sun entered Sagittarius, the mutable fire sign that drives us to ponder the mysteries of the universe and search for life’s meaning. Emerging from the Scorpionic depths of healing and transformation, we now awaken to the dream in our soul. As the sun travels through Sagittarius this month, we find purpose; we set our sights higher, and we enthusiastically share our dawning wisdom. People born with the sun, moon or rising sign in Sagittarius become the potential voices of wisdom and way-showers for humanity.

We begin the month with a full moon in Gemini on December 1st. Each month, the full moon brings the blossoming of a new theme and fulfillment of the intentions we set at the previous new moon. The new moon on November 16 brought the necessity of clearing old resentments or pain in our personal relationships. By the full moon on December 1, the clearing is complete. With love flowing again, and high energy moving to create with a fresh vision, we begin this month ready to fulfill our highest inspirations.

Planetary energies in early December bring new ideas and fresh inspiration for ways to communicate love and gratitude, assisting us to find meaning through simple expressions of caring, generosity, and joyful, heart-felt sharing. Positive energies abound in early December, bringing romantic experiences, deep spiritual understanding, and inspiration for creative self-expression. We also find practical applications and innovative solutions to fulfilling our current work or business related goals.

A time of personal interaction with family

AS I LOOKED OVER the cards for December I was not all that surprised to see the energy of hearth and home, family and interaction. After all December is a holiday month when it is more likely than any other time of year that we will spend time with family, and often ones we don’t see all year long. For some of us this is very exciting, and for others being around family is not the most pleasant experience.

The energy of the family and home from the 4th House, Pisces intuition and compassion, and Mercury’s communication come together to foretell a time of personal interaction with family. If you want to make this time better for you and those you must spend time with this December there are things that you can do.

If you are stressed about who to spend the holidays with this year consider coming up with a plan that rotates from year to year. This can help create a sense of fairness among family groups. You can even hold holiday festivities in your own home, if you feel up to the challenge of having everyone in your own home instead of travelling yourself. And if you are really not keen on the holiday stress of big family get-togethers you can simply say that you can’t come this year and then spend a nice quiet holiday at home with close friends...

When you do have interactions with family and loved ones this month listen to your intuition and look for guidance. When extended family members gather squabbles may happen and old hurts may come up for clearing. If you are open, honest, empathetic and compassionate in your communications with loved ones this month you may end up patching up damaged relationships and building new and stronger bonds. Plus, there is the potential to have a great deal of fun.

AS WE EDGE toward the last days of 2009 the usual busy-ness of the festive season seems like a calm walk in the park compared to the last minute ‘zappings’ everyone seems to be getting right about now.

Have you dealt with your power issues? Zzzzzzap! Have you really? Zzzzzzap again just to be sure. Have you dealt with your inner child stuff? Your lack mentality? You’re ‘I’m not good enough/I’m not worthy/Who am I to be great and successful and loved’ beliefs? Zap! Zap! Zap! It’s like some crazy angel has got a hold of a police taser and is running wild with it, giggling with glee at the fun of it.

In defence of the crazy angel, enough is enough don’t you agree? Enough of allowing yourself not to be treated as you deserve to be. Enough of putting up with relationships or jobs that don’t make you happy. Enough of convincing yourself that ‘real life’ over-rides your dreams. Enough of people thinking they are the boss of your life, or as I like to say the driver behind the wheel of your car. Enough of using old-worn out excuses about why you can’t do this or are still doing that. Even you don’t believe yourself anymore when you say these things. Enough of pretending you are less than you are.

Building a Vision of Your Highest Future By DL Zeta

During this transformational time, you are free to tap into high-vibrational energies now flooding the Earth plane. The highest and best use of these energies is to build the vision for your highest future. Your highest future is fully accessible as you step more fully into your field of possibilities. As you harmonize with elevated frequencies, you're able to manifest from the greatly expanded feeling states of your higher self.

Fine-tuning Your Vibrational Frequency

Your feeling states and your "vibrational frequency" determine your level of abundance - not others and not circumstances out in the world. Those who believe the economy is responsible for any challenges they are experiencing around prosperity are perceiving "in reverse," so to speak. You are always the source and cause of your experience of reality. What you manifest directly correlates with the essence of your energy. Your feeling states are barometers for your thoughts, beliefs and spiritual understandings. If you hold negative feelings toward anyone or anything, this pulls down your feeling state and your energetic resonance. When you manifest from a low-vibrational energy, you will experience roadblocks, disappointments, illness, accidents, and overall feelings of being out of sync with the universe. These experiences are not a "punishment", but wakeup calls to help you see that you need to examine the beliefs, intentions, motivations, visions, and identities you currently hold.

By contrast, when you step into a place of taking 100% responsibility for all your experiences, when you have accepted the power and authority of your role as a Divine and infinite being, you open to receive all the joy and blessings the universe has to offer. You know that you are holographic to all that is. As a spark of infinity, you contain the entire energetic spectrum. Because you contain it all, you can choose to focus on any aspect of yourself that exists along the spectrum of human potential. In other words, you can choose to focus on any aspect of your being and energize that into your physical reality.

Opening to a New Vision for Your Future

In order to wield cosmic energy to create realities, you will need to build the vision for what you wish to create.

To move beyond what you have experienced, you will need to step into the unknown and surrender your consciousness to your higher self. Ask for clarity around visions of your highest probabilities. Keep receiving and building the vision until you have a clear picture of what you wish to manifest. In this place of the unknown, you're able to merge your energies with the vision for your highest future, programming it into your DNA. As you move forward, you will receive daily guidance and assistance to bring this vision into being.

Releasing the Need for Linear Progression

In the physical world, you receive programming that says you must manifest in a linear and incremental fashion. While this understanding may be helpful in certain areas of your life, it can also be a hindrance in manifesting your highest future. During this time, more than any other, you are able to step free of the need to progress in this way.

The greatly expanded energies accessible on the Earth plane now allow you to take great leaps and experience quantum growth. As you adopt new and expanded identities your energetic resonance "amps up". Divine Providence often ordains that we inspire mankind to travel the middle path of WISDOM that unites The flowing heart of Divine Love with Omnipotent Divine Will.

This path guides a person to create a world in which there is exactly enough for each person and all creatures to live in complete comfort, safety and joy.

On the sustainable middle path there is neither over-consumption nor under-consumption of the necessities of life.

Beloved,

All of the beings and angels of the moon sphere serve in the realm
of flowing emotion and magnetism. As you know, the key to
manifestation on the physical level is FLOWING EMOTION.

Emotions are divine energy flowing in a magnetic way, so that
the LAW OF ATTRACTION pulls together realities out
of the infinite possibilities of Divine Mind.

THE EMOTION OF ECSTASY is the key emotion for the
production of heavenly states of being upon the Earth.

On the 20th night of each moon cycle,
we inspire the children of God to dance The Dance of Ecstasy.

This permits the proper flow of rhythmic magnetic flowing feeling energy to
attract permanent conditions of Heaven on Earth for one and all.

As this is done on a regular basis, the manifestation of
Heaven on Earth is magnified and held stable.

Suggestions for ecstatic dancing are as follows:

~ ~ ~

Dance anytime, but especially at night, and dance under the moon
in natural surroundings with sounds of nature as music, if possible.

Bugs singing, beating surf, wind rustling the trees,
birds calling, and rivers flowing, enter the ear
and stimulate the production of certain
glandular chemicals for dancing in ecstasy.

Additional music is wonderful, especially if the
music is composed of notes in the pentatonic keyscale.
These are the black keys on a keyboard.

These oriental notes stimulate the parasympathetic
nervous system. The parasympathetic nervous system corresponds
to the inward state of meditation and attunement.

If the white keys are used, then use only the white keys,
the didactic keyscale, and do not mix them with the black.
In this way the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated
to attune to divinity in the outer world.

Keep light natural or low. At night, dim light, such as starlight,
moonlight, and candlelight or firelight allow the body to produce
melatonin, which is an important body chemical for ecstatic dancing.

Bright artificial light inhibits the production of melatonin.
Melatonin is necessary for youth and for deep restful sleep.

Dancing alone is as sacred as dancing in a group.
Both are extremely powerful for attracting Heaven on Earth.

If you are dancing in a group, allow everyone to dance,
including children and old people. Those who are disabled
dance in whatever way they can, even if it is only
by tapping a finger or swaying their heads.
~ ~ ~
Group dancing in a circle is very powerful.
Steps to the dance and body movements are unique to each person,
as they find their own alignment with Universal Rhythms.
Dancing with eyes closed much of the time is helpful
to some people in order to maintain inner focus.
In the time of Heaven on Earth, each community or tribe
has a permanent dance circle in a beautiful place.
A fire burning in the middle of the circle helps
the optic nerve stimulate the pineal, pituitary,
and hypothalamus with the flickering firelight.
If your community builds a covered space for ecstatic dancing,
make it round with a dome or pyramid roof with a skylight to
let in the natural moonlight. If the roof is a pyramid, be
sure to align it to true north. Use natural earth, stone
or wood for floors, or natural fiber rugs, and
keep everything as beautiful as possible.
Art, symbols, gently billowing cloths, and plants
reflect higher qualities; as it is written,
"As above, so below".
If you are dancing in a square or rectangular space,
transform it into a circle as much as possible with hanging cloth,
pillows, screens, furniture, or plants, or do it in your imagination.
The circle anchors powerful healing energy.

The sound of flowing water is magical.

The key to ecstatic dance is flowing emotion
in attunement to feelings of Divine Virtues.
This stage of the moon cycle is one of reaping what one has
sown during the first two weeks, so flowing feelings of gratitude, resting,
accomplishment, security, satisfaction, and happiness are natural.
Powerful ecstatic flowing emotions of gratitude and happiness generated
during the dance strongly attract ecstatic conditions into the Earth realm.

In any place, at any time, it is possible to create
in your imagination the seashore with crashing surf,
calling birds and blissful wind; deep in the forest
with singing bugs, hooting owls, and laughing rivers;
a mystical cave overlooking the desert with flickering firelight;
or a beautiful round temple filled with objects and symbols of divine perfection.
When you meditate on the divine virtues associated with the letters of our name, and call upon us, the following is gained:

"SIMPLICITY

ALL OF THE LETTING GO, loss, releasing, and endings created
though the ascension process can ultimately leave us in a space
of simplicity. There is such a beauty in simplicity. The joy of
being there for a child's smile, watching a hawk fly across the sky,
tending to a flower bed, watching your favorite Disney cartoon,
sliding down the slide with your grandchild, or perhaps just
observing an ant carrying a bite of food home.

Simplicity greatly frees us up to become a part of the moment.
It frees us up to be much more present for what truly matters to
us. As we become weary and apathetic through the ascension
process, we cannot help but end up with a more simplistic lifestyle.
With a busy, hectic life-style, we are really neither here nor
there. And even though we may complain that ascension has
taken so much from us, it has really left only what matters behind.

In simplicity, we have few responsibilities. We are so much
more free, and we have all complained that we truly value our
freedom! Within the freedom of simplicity, we can connect
much more easily to Source. Our time is our own. We are
removed from that busy and hectic world. In simplicity, we are
able to see things we never had the time to notice before. Our
lives move at a much slower pace. We can be present for others.
We can be present for ourselves.

One of my favorite memories is sitting in an inner-tube, floating
down the Russian River in the wine country of California, with
my daughter, then eleven years old, and two of her friends. I do
think I spent more time in those days with my daughter's friends
than my own, as they were always so much more fun, had more
innocence, and didn't question much. And we loved to play! That
particular time, as we lived just down the street from the river, it
just seemed a natural thing to do. And now I get to play with my
grandchildren. We get into so much mischief; sloshing through
the mud puddles, drawing, twirling around in the shopping carts
at the store; oh, the simplicity!

Ascension brings back the simplicity. We don't have to take
care of so many things. We have been removed from much of our
prior responsibilities. We get to spend a good deal of time in our
creativity. The child-like joy of our original and innocent inner
child can re-emerge. And there are so many worlds within worlds
that were unnoticed when we were in our busy, adult, and very
serious lives. I can remember having my forehead down upon the
earth out in nature one day on my friend's ranch in Colorado. Lo
and behold, I discovered an entire civilization within the earth! It
was truly amazing, and a sight to see. I would never have know
that it was there if I hadn't been out just wandering around and
enjoying myself, while my friend was off tending to "business!"
Thinking back on the creak of the ranch door when it opened, or
the brilliant sunlight that flooded the living room when the door
was left ajar; these are the fondest of memories. These are the
precious moments. And these are the times that we can feel oh so
joyful and blissful, and they do not involve material things or
things that we feel we need for security. These times of
simplicity are when spirit is ever present.

When I do not have a simple life, I feel very disconnected.
Having no debt, being able to do pretty much whatever I want to
whenever I want to, having the simplest of possessions, and
having no real agenda, is the only way I feel comfortable these
days. I would have a very difficult time having to be somewhere
at a specified time; I'm just not used to it. If my life begins to get
busy and complicated, I refuse to participate. Simplicity is
much too valuable to me.

If you have chosen this page, you are being encouraged to
remember that simplicity can bring you closer to Source. It can
place you much more in the moment and allow things to arrive in
a harmonious and synchronistic way of aligning very naturally
through Source. Enjoy your simplicity; it's really what it's all about!"

Soul Evolution

From the moment we are born, our souls may feel heavy because they are carrying the weight of all we have lived, loved, and learned in our past incarnations. It is only when we actively seek to work through our issues that we can lighten the load and our souls can evolve. Divesting ourselves of what no longer serves us, such as unwarranted fear, the inability to feel empathy, or self-limiting behaviors, are just some of the many challenges we may face in this lifetime. While some issues we face are easier to deal with because they are the final remains of residue from a past life, other issues offer greater challenges because we are meant to work through them throughout this lifetime.

Often, we expect ourselves to recover quickly from difficult or painful circumstances. When we do not or cannot, we may feel emotionally inept or hopeless. The evolution of the soul, however, is an ongoing process that can take many lifetimes. It is a matter of accepting that even when we do our best there are going to be situations, people, and outcomes that we cannot control. It is also important to remember that your experiences now may be setting the groundwork for future healing—whether in this lifetime or the next one. The more you release in each time, the more you grow and the more your soul will evolve.

Although it is not always possible to work through all of our issues in a single lifetime, it is important that we confront what we are called to face in this life and do the work we need to do. It is also important to remember that the most effective way to let your soul grow is to be an active participant in life. Be present in each moment and your soul will do this work for you.
