Divine Flowing feelings of sexual ecstasy are transmitted throughout
the Unified Field by the heavenly hosts of ‘E-N-Ch-E-D-E'.

Propagation, maturity, and decay
of life unfolds according to perfect rhythms and cycles.
During the 6th day of each moon cycle, flowing feelings of sexual kundalini,
or life force, is heightened throughout all kingdoms of life.

Get into a meditative state. Move into the body. Focus behind physical eyes. Go deeper and deeper within. Release all thoughts. Be in silence.

Bring awareness to the brow and then to an inch behind the bridge of the nose. You have found the mind's eye or third eye. Focus your breath on third eye. Breathe in and out of the third eye. Feel the third eye being energized and opened. Look into this space.

Breathe in and visualize Gold Light from the Sun coming into the third eye, going back towards the center of the head, and into pituitary gland and then the pineal gland. Exhale and allow Gold energy to circulate through the brain and then down the spine to the base of the spine, which is the root chakra.

Breathe in and visualize *Silver Light *from the Moon coming into the third eye, going back towards the center of the head, and into pituitary gland and then the pineal gland. Exhale and allow Silver energy to circulate through the brain and then down the spine to the root chakra.

We have a mission to complete within each lifetime that goes beyond the healing and transformation that are an integral part of our ascension journey. An additional task, specific to this lifetime, is to become spiritual humans, incorporating the soul into our humanity to finalize the new paradigms, create new energetic vibrations, set the portals for access into higher dimensions and allow the third dimension to ascend. All we have to do is incorporate the soul's presence into our humanity. The process can be easy or difficult, depending on our willingness, expectations and ability to practice detachment and acceptance.

The soul is our aspect that remembers our Source connection and we believe that it represents our most "perfect" aspect. And from this belief we think that in order to incorporate the soul into our humanity, we have to become perfect or be subservient to the soul's higher level of perfection. With that mindset we see our effort to be more 'soul-like' as impossible to accomplish. What we do not know is that the soul is perfect on the soul level and we are perfect in our humanity. A 'spiritual human' is integrated in a manner that honors all aspects of its being and remembers that there is perfection in all things. It is not something we seek, it is what we are.

What does a spiritual human do? The same thing that we do as ego-focused humans, only with a shift in our energies, an awareness of our level of connection and a change in how we relate to others. As spiritual humans we are fully aware of our Source connection and work within it instead of towards it. Our energy level is high and we stay within the thoughts and beliefs that keep our energy at its optimum level. And we know that we are not responsible for the healing, growth or ascension of anyone else. We allow everyone to be on their path and have no judgment of any aspect of another's life, path or choices.

We are perfect in our humanity, just as the soul is perfect in its aspects. When we accept that we are worthy of connection, to experience life as a divine journey and to be whole and complete within all of our aspects, we will be Home and this will begin the new earth which is free from polarity, judgments, disconnection and powerlessness. We have come full circle and it is time for us to enjoy the reward for our efforts.

Releasing at Deeper Levels

This week's classes in Savannah were very enlightening and we focused on completing a lot of release work, which is important to this phase of our healing and movement. When we do release work, especially that which involves deep layers of wounding and memories, whether from this lifetime or others, we do the work in stages or levels. As we release at one level we prepare ourselves to release the next level, until we have completed all of the release work that we can do at that time. When we are ready, we will continue the process on deeper and deeper levels until we know there is no more release work to be completed.

It seems that all we have done for the past several years is release work and it has been tiring and trying. Many of us are here with multiple lifetimes of karma because we knew we were going to be able to heal it, so we volunteered to do all of the release work it would require. We have done much of this at a top level, releasing energies that were represented in current lifetime or immediate soul group issues. This is the "easy" work that we are consciously aware of, that which is pointed out to us at the ego level. The more challenging work follows.

Once we do the top level work we get stuck in our healing because the next part is more difficult, requiring us to look into aspects of lifetimes where we may have done things we cannot relate to in this lifetime, where we have to acknowledge responsibility for our karmic contributions and the soul group connections we have created. This is where we remember those aspects of lifetimes where we were at our most powerless or misused our power and how we have created the dynamics of what we face today. We do not have to re-live them, all we have to do is to be willing to release them.

We do not have to atone for what we have done in the past, we have already done that by the suffering we have taken on since then. Right now it is our willingness to bring our energies in balance with our divinity that is creating the healing we need. We do not have to do anything except remember our perfection, that we were born to be in joy, to acknowledge the unconditional love of Source and to reflect that back to the world. And each time we do this we open ourselves to more release work that we can do without pain and suffering because we can release from a higher level of understanding that allows us to release without judgment and with detachment, allowing the energy to just flow out of our consciousness back to Source.

Uriel's Message -- Create the Ascension

Accepting your role as creators in the third dimension has been a difficult task as you have used its polarity to reinforce the negative aspects of your experiences and the illusion of separation and powerlessness that were one option among many that you could use to define your journey. The density of the earth's energies present you with an opportunity to create from spirit, to mold them into the embodiment of their divine Source. You direct these energies and as you manifest higher levels of creation with them, you form new dimensions and allow ascension to occur.

Your job on earth is to create and to take the third dimension through its creation cycle. While you partner with Source in this process you are the ones who are able to work with the earth's energies; this is the human dimension and you have authority and dominion over these energies. The more you focus on the creative aspects of your energies and set your intention for the creation of your realities, the transformation of polarity and your ascension, you are enabling ascension to occur as it will happen through your efforts.

Ascension is not limited to the earth and the third dimension. All of your solar system, galaxy and Universe are ascending at this time. Your role in this process is to keep the energy flowing, to move it through this cycle and to remember your power in this process. You are not limited in any aspect of your power as co-creator and you are responsible for your ascension. You are not passengers in this process; you are at the forefront of this shift and while there are energy transmissions, shifts and downloads that assist you, they are possible because of the work that you have done to prepare for them.

The creation cycle is a continuous process of transformation and ascension that you have participated in during many lifetimes. This time is the end of a cycle for the earth and for humanity. Work with your creative energy continuously as you are creating the ascension as you move through it. You cannot wait for the Universe, the angels or your guides to act, they are supporting you and the creation that you are enabling. Creation stops if you stop creating and it moves forward as you continue in your efforts. So create your ascension and remember that you are in control of this process. Be aware of your power and the important role you play in creating heaven on earth and allowing the ascension to occur at this time.

Connecting to Your Gifts

In this article I am addressing the adult Indigos and Crystals who know that they have some type of spiritual gifts but don't use them because you are afraid, are not sure what to do or are still unsure that you actually have a gift of some kind. You are confused and do not know what to do with your gifts although you are receiving messages that it is time to use them and are being asked for help by people around you who know that you have gifts that can help them. But despite the messages you are receiving, you are still not sure how to proceed, so you do nothing.

But while you may not be doing anything in terms of your gifts or special qualities that you have, you are worried and one of your prime concerns centers around using your gifts in the right way, ensuring that you identify them properly and when you do use them, you do not cause others harm. Your caution borders on self-doubt and that causes you to not do anything at all. Although you are afraid, you are still getting the messages that it is time for you to recognize that you are healers, teachers, mentors, facilitators and more. It is time for you to connect to the gifts you have in these areas and use them, for the world needs you and is ready for you.

Some of you have past life memories of persecution as former healers and teachers; others are not sure what your gifts are and many simply want to do this in the best way possible. But at the core of your concerns is the fear that you will either not do the right thing or not be able to help others, and you will suffer as a consequence. Remember that as a healer or teacher all you can do is extend the healing and learning; you cannot make someone else accept it, that is up to them to do for themselves. All you have to do is express your willingness to use your gifts and the Universe will guide you as to how to do that.

Your heart will help you identify your gifts, just as the question and listen to the answer. You may also be approached by people who ask for healing of some type from you and that will let you now where your gifts are. How we heal has changed and spiritual work is not limited to the spiritual community. Everything you do contains your energetic imprint, so let Spirit know you are ready and then follow the path that opens for you. The people who need and will benefit from your gifts will appear and you will give them exactly what they need from your energetic vibration. You have been given these gifts so that you can use them; now let yourself be guided in that direction. Don't be afraid, you will never do the wrong thing or extend energies to people who do not need them. Each person that is put on your path will benefit from your specific gifts and energies and you will benefit from using the gifts you have come to share with the world.

There are several areas this special lesson presents to us. One of the key ones is differientating between trying and being. Trying to be loving and being loving are two different things. Often times we do find ourselves struggling to be what we feel we are not and/or wanting to achieve yet always seem to be just short of reaching that goal. It can be very frustrating to say the least.

Life does find a way to communicate with us on all levels, in all aspects. Irrespective of what we are experiencing, such as the example of golf being given by Colleen-Joy, we find ourselves in a place where insights, clarity, and wisdom can and will take root.

This brings to my mind some of the experiences I gained early on within my spiritual reawakening. I took James Twyman's Spoonbender Course and there was much that I learned to apply within my life. One key note from that Course was a very special message Twyman gave to all that go through this Course. Chiefly, that the purpose of the Course was not to bend a spoon. He stated that if when completing the Course we have personally gained the precepts that are integral within there to apply within our lives yet we never bent a spoon even a fraction of an inch we came through succesfully.

At each phase the main aspect of each exercise was that we were to picture, to visualize clearly within ourselves, the spoon bent. When we see this with our inner sight as we open our physical eyes he strongly urges for our not to look at the spoon right away. The purpose being not to see if the spoon was physically bent. Rather that the spoon bent succesfully within our inner Sight. There is where the first aspects of growing within our abilities, of not only how miracles can come to pass but also how we become a Living Miracle. At least for myself that is one particular lesson that I learned.

With that instead of our trying to be patient, to be caring, to be loving let us focus within our Selfs first and foremost, When we can visualize our already being patient, caring and loving (or whatever it is that we have tried to manifest) we enter that State of Being. We are Loving and should we hold to that, flow with those energies and visualizations, this state of Being will soon bear fruit outwardly as well as inwardly. Being confident that we already are what it is we wanted to achieve is the seed taking root and flourishing. As with plants we do not see the roots itself as they are buried in the ground yet we do see the fruit of the root as the stem, the branches, the leafs, etc all bear fruit that we do see. My little contribution that I see as very well can be apart of the very aspect of this lesson between trying and Being. Namaste

Dear Friends

I'm sorry for the absence of late. Life has kept me very busy. It's good to connect again.

I sit here at my laptop, considering what to share with you. There is always so much that I could say. This e-mail will go to many, but know that I focus on that it reaches you and I hold that in my attention so that I write from the heart considering you as an individual.

Life is always teaching us, sometimes in the most unexpected ways, so I thought today I'd share a simple analogy which I was reminded of yesterday. My children, husband and I went to the driving range to practise golf (yes golf). I have only attempted to play golf a few times (realizing quickly that it is a most humbling sport). Consider this insight and how it will support you in your life.

Standing with a golf club in my hands, ready to try hit a little white ball onto a small grass island surrounded by water about 140 meters ahead, remembering that over the last 4 years I had come here occasionally, to practise golf at a driving range near my home, try as I might I have never reached the island. I have smashed, cursed and focused, but that little ball has never landed on the island.

Do you have anything in your life that seems as hard to reach, that you try and try, but miss?

In fact just think about your life and all the parts of your life, relationships, work, finances, spirituality, etc and ask yourself "Where am I TRYING?" Where does it feel like you are pushing away from one thing to get something else? Like pushing water uphill.

The word trying is very revealing. Trying to be loving, is different from being loving. Trying to be patient is not being patient. "Trying" tells at that we are at war! Yes, that we are at war with something that is.

The war robs us, not the thing we are at war with. If you are trying to be patient, but feel impatient, your war is with impatience. Impatience is not stealing something from you, your war with impatience is. Accept your impatience, let yourself be human. Give all of you a place and you will be free. TRY to not feel "it" (whatever it is for you) and you will lose yourself.

I've lived this as a truth for a while, but was most surprised to notice yesterday that it helped me hit a little white ball.

I can't call myself a golfer, because as yet every attempt of mine to play golf has not looked at all like golf. 1 shot out of a dozen looks like it wants to be golf, but most are "humbling" to say the least. It intrigued me that I can stand on a stage in front of an audience of 700 (and have) with calm purpose and skill, but on a tee in front of a bunch of golfers I feel dread and I want to climb into the hole we are all aiming for and disappear.

If you are surprised to hear me talking about golf, so am I. But I have recognized that we can learn deep spiritual and personal growth lessons from any aspect of life if we look and are open to it. Hospitals have taught me so much, so why not golf?

Golf forces you (if you are paying attention) to notice the role of your mind and how quickly we can lose the "flow" and natural ease of the body's wisdom and skill. We lose this to the war of MENTAL "trying". You see, like in life, your body has so much wisdom and intelligence. You don't have to think about healing, breathing and growing cells, your body's wisdom does that all for you. So when you learn a new skill, like golf, or driving a car, or playing guitar – after a certain amount of training, your body just "knows" how. If you from that moment let your mind try to drive, or strum or hit the ball – it goes wrong. Your mind can't play golf, your mind can't play life either. Only your body can. So if you sink your awareness into your body and let it do what it knows how to do, magic happens. Your body has grace, it has deep intuitive rhythm, balance and power.

Once you have learned how to hold the club, how to stand and how to move your body – your body has grooved the learning. Just like it does when learning to drive a car, ride a bike, play guitar etc. It takes time and practise but the moment you don't have to think about it and can just do it – that's the moment when your body has the new skill in its bones. Now the mind has finished its job – its job was to take the knowledge and hold a framework for learning.

The driving range is busy but it's a peaceful place. We find a few empty tees and look out at the expanse of grass ahead, dotted with thousands of white balls and in the distance a few colour flags to help us mark our distances. About 140 metres out is the little island, with a moat of water around. This is the most appealing of targets, to try and get your ball that far. And it's the one my ball can't get to despite all my trying.

Watching my daughters hitting balls and teaching their bodies something new – all great fun. So I put a ball down and begin to practice. Now you must know that I usually only get 1 out of every few shots to look like "golf", but most of the time I hit the ball badly (it rolls along the ground, I miss it all together, I hit it but it doesn't go very far or it's not straight). When I hit it well I get excited, my mind says OK maybe I've got it now, then wham "not!" as the next shot is usually a dud. But this time I've decided to experiment with something I use in my life. It's a little technique that I teach in all my courses and, my gosh, it even works for golf. It's how I help my mind to not go to war, and to end the "trying" game. So try it out for your life, it takes practise but it's worth it.

Take a breath. And imagine that you can feel your body, sense it. Not visualizing, but feelings, emotions and sensations. Feel your skin, feel and sense your stomach area (that's how you would know if you were hungry or not, afraid or not). Take your awareness to the centre of your body. Notice the subtle or strong shift in the way your body feels as you do this. Compare it to holding your attention in your head. It's subtle (not Hollywood) but is very, very helpful to learn to do. I used to place my hand on my stomach to remind myself to go there. It keeps me centred, it plugs me into intuition, it's a great stress buster and I can be more connected to life from there. In my head I feel the mind strongly and this is not helpful as the mind is like a little mouse running on a wheel - going fast and getting nowhere.

When I used to do karate it was the same, if you focus your awareness into your body instead of into your head, you gained strength, time slows a little and you move with greater ease and skill. Notice in the day, that when you are most natural, most at peace, most happy you will be in your centre. When you are stressed or disconnected you will be in your head. So instead of letting it happen unconsciously, move yourself to your centre consciously.

So I tried it. I heard all the noises around me, dozens of people hitting their golf balls, my children talking, I acknowledged my mind's endless talking – it's wanting to smash the ball and be as good as the men, it's not wanting to look like an idiot, hoping not to miss the ball entirely (which I have done soooo many times). And now just to notice the mind, letting it talk, letting it compare and complain, hope and push. Then gently directing my attention and my awareness to the centre of my body, to the heart and stomach area (which I teach to our coaches as a coaching communication technique, to businessmen and women as a professional speaking technique) and now here I am trying it with golf on a driving range.

I feel for my centre and then pretend that I can also sense the ball, feel it over there lying on the ground. I let go and let my body move – my arms pull back without the thought that they should. And then they release back down to strike. I hear the "ping" that the ball makes when you hit it well, and feel the little current of impact run through my arms as I complete and my arms rise. I now look and see my ball flying straight and true, up. Then so far as my eyes strain to see, there it lands for the first time on the island. Yesterday I finally put several golf balls on the island; and reminded myself that universal truth will help us in any aspect of our life, even golf.

Quantum changes are rarely experienced at the spiritual level without creating ripples in your physical reality. Chaos in your personal life may be experienced in the area of career focus, relationships and changes in personality and preferences. You may feel you have lost yourself as you experience days when old circumstances fall away. Relationships may end; you may find yourself relocating or generally, no longer drawn to the way things have been. You may find yourself adopting new dietary and health practices. You may experience heightened sensitivity and awareness; you may notice things you have not noticed before.

You may undergo shifts in consciousness where you move through days of spiritual awakening. During these times, you may experience peak states of consciousness. You may feel drawn to write, paint, walk in the woods, go on vision quests, or depart from routines in other ways. You may feel drawn to clean out your house and give away things you no longer use. This can be a challenging time when those around you are puzzled by your actions and possibly even feel threatened by this new "you."

This is where you will need to practice a great deal of trust and patience. You will need constant, telepathic connection with your spiritual guidance so you can "ask" about events and circumstances as they unfold in your life. You will need to work with feeling states so you can hold everything that comes before you in consciousness and discern its rightness.

Challenge and hardship will be experienced to the degree you're in resistance to these changes. For example, a person might receive guidance that it’s time to move to a new career focus that’s more aligned with the next step of their spiritual path. Nothing is lost in such a scenario. Everything you undertake throughout your life is preparing you and grooming you to fulfill your purpose. Difficulties arise when you become over-identified and over-attached to any step along the way. Each level, each step, regardless of where you are on your spiritual path, is meant to be experienced, understood and released.

Allowing yourself to step into the chaos of the unknown in terms of your daily life may be one of the most challenging steps of all. When faced with the potential loss of a career, relationship or other dearly-held circumstance, you may feel shaken at the core of your being. At such times, you have the opportunity to step into new levels of understanding and experience by trusting in your guidance and believing in yourself. Taking this leap of faith is the key to spiritual awakening.

The newsletter you're now perusing has over 37,000 subscribers. Thanks for your support! I'm honored that you've chosen to make Free Will Astrology one of your weekly appointments.

As the audience for the newsletter has grown, I've had to work harder to ensure that it gets to you. Some of your email servers have become so aggressive about filtering sp*am that they block good stuff that's not sp*am -- like my weekly missives. Words like "fr*ee" and "bl*iss," which I've been known to use, can single-handedly trigger a filter at some ISPs.
When that happens, my messages may not reach you.

In recent weeks, my fight to work around this problem has had to become even more intense. Some email servers, including optonline.net, charter.net, mindspring.net, and comcast.net, have been particularly intransigent. And last week, gmail.com sent out notices to many of my gmail subscribers that my newsletter "may not be from whom it claims to be"! That was a low blow.

What to do? First, you can be proactive and whitelist the address from which I send the newsletter, which is televisionary@.... Second, if my newsletters end up in your junk/trash/quarantine folders -- or stop coming altogether -- complain to your email servers. Ask them why my newsletters are being blocked and tell them you want to know how the
situation can be corrected.

Meanwhile, I'll obsessively comb over each newsletter before I send it out, making sure it doesn't have too many sp*am-triggering references like "jubi*lee," "liber*ation," "exuber*ance," and "dog*ma-smash*ing brill*iance."

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22): Would you like to spend the next 30 years working your assets off to make your bosses rich? If not, I suggest you start formulating Plan B immediately. The astrological time is not exactly ripe to extricate yourself from the wicked game, but it's ripe to begin scheming and dreaming about how to extricate yourself. Here's a tip to get you in the mood. Assume that there's some validity in the meme that mythologist Joseph Campbell articulated: "Follow your bliss and the money will come." Then ask yourself, "Do I even know what my bliss is? Not my mild joy or diversionary fun but my unadulterated bliss?" Once you know that, you can follow it. And then, inevitably -- although it may take a while -- the money will follow.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): As the season of riddles and paradoxes kicks into high gear, I present you with a two-part quiz. Question 1: Since it has taken you your whole life to become the person you are today, is it reasonable to expect that you can transform yourself in a flash? Question 2: On the other hand, since you are more creative than you give yourself credit for, and are also in an astrological phase when your ability to change is greater than usual, is it reasonable to assume that you must remain utterly stuck in your old ways of doing things?

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): So much to say and do. So little time. Is it OK if I pepper you with pithy hints? It's the only way to fit everything in. Here goes. There's strength in numbers, Libra. So travel in packs. Round up support and whip up group fervor. Always say "we," not "I." Add at least one new friend and bolster at least one old friendship. Think before you act, but always act instead of watching from afar. Avoid doing stupid things in smart ways. To court good luck, do charity work. To ensure that extra favors will come your way later this year, do extra favors now.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): The Biblical book of Isaiah prophesies a future time of undreamed-of harmony and cooperation. "The wolf will romp with the lamb," reads one translation. "Cow and bear will graze in the same pasture, their calves and cubs will grow up together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox." I have it on good astrological authority that you're now eligible for a mini-preview of this paradisiacal state. To receive your free introductory offer, you need only meet one condition. You must vow not to harm any living thing -- not even a cockroach. Not even the person you love best.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): You Sagittarians are famous for filling your cups too full. Sometimes this is cute. Sometimes it's a problem for those who don't like Cabernet Sauvignon sloshed on their handwoven Persian rugs. This week, however, I predict there will be little or no hell to pay for overflowing. So go ahead and transcend your containers, you beautiful exaggerators. Feel free to express yourself like a fire hose. Now enjoy a few gems from your fellow Sagittarius, the extravagant poet and painter William Blake. 1. "The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom." 2. "Exuberance is beauty." 3. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Constant vigilance, my friend. That's what I advise. Be attentive to details you sometimes gloss over. Wake up a little earlier and prepare for each encounter with greater forethought. Stare a little harder into the hearts of all those whose hidden motivations might detour your destiny. Monitor all communications for hints that all is not as it seems. Most importantly, guard against the possibility that you may be overlooking a gift or blessing that's being offered to you in an indirect way.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): "Keep exploring what it takes to be the opposite of who you are," suggests psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, author of the book *Creativity: Flow and the Psychology of Discovery and Invention.* This advice is one of his ideas about how to get into attunement with the Tao, also known as being in the zone or getting in the groove or being aligned with the great cosmic flow. How would you go about being the opposite of who you are, Aquarius? According to my reading of the omens, that will be an excellent question for you to muse about in the coming weeks. As you stretch yourself to embody the secret and previously unknown parts of you, I think you'll be pleased with how
much more thoroughly that allows you to be in sync with the rhythms of life.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20): Internet addiction has risen to epidemic proportions in China. In early 2009, psychologists in Shandong province began offering an alleged cure that involved the use of electro-shock therapy. Parents of 3,000 young people paid Dr. Yang Yongxin and his team over $800 a month to hook their anesthetized teens up to machines that sent electricity through their brains to induce artificial seizures. After four months, the Chinese government intervened and halted the treatment, noting that there was no evidence it worked. This practice might sound comically barbaric to you, but I think it has a certain
resemblance to the way you have been dealing with your own flaws and excesses: with inordinate force. In the coming weeks, I really think it's important not to punish yourself for any reason, Pisces, even if it's in a supposedly good cause. The lesson of the Chinese experiment is: not only is it overkill, it also doesn't even have the desired effect.

ARIES (March 21-April 19): Are you a gelatinous pool of longing yet? Are you a perfumed garden of madly blooming purple explosions? Are you throbbing and gooey and half-nauseous with that delicious sickness some people called love? If not, I don't know what to tell you. By all astrological reckoning your gut should be swarming with drunk butterflies and the clouds should be taking on the shapes of mating horses. If you're not half-
drowning in these symptoms, I implore you to find a way to pry open the floodgates.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20): You're primed to cancel a jinx in the coming days, Taurus. You could help someone (maybe even yourself) escape a bewitchment, and you might be able to soothe a wound that has been festering for a long time. In fact, I'm playing with the fantasy that you are now the living embodiment of a lucky charm. At no other time in recent memory have you had so much power to reverse the effects of perverse karma, bad habits, and just plain negative vibes. Your hands and eyes are charged with good medicine. Other parts of you are, too, which means sexual healing could be in the works. But as you embark on your mission to cure everyone you love, remember the first law of the soul doctor: "Physician, heal thyself."

GEMINI (May 21-June 20): The Norwegians used to have a concept called *svoermere,* which meant something sweetly futile or deliciously unprofitable. While I can see the appeal that your particular version of *svoermere* has had for you, Gemini, I think it's time to think about moving on. According to my reading of the omens, you have both a right and a duty to seek out more constructive pleasures that not only make you feel good but also serve your long-term goals.

CANCER (June 21-July 22): It's Freedom from Want Week! For Cancerians only! During this uncanny grace period, you might actually feel perfectly contented. It's quite possible that you'll be free from the obsession to acquire more security, more love, more proof of your greatness, more chotchkes, more everything. You may even make the shocking discovery that you don't need nearly as much as you thought you did in order to be
happy; that maybe you have a lot to learn about getting more out of what you already have.

"Your Ascension Guide"

AS WE NAVIGATE through this confusing and many times challenging process of ascension, we may feel very alone and vulnerable. It can seem as though we have been dropped here on Earth with no support to handle all that is happening to us. Believe it or not, this is not the case.

Each and every one of us has a beautiful ascension guide who monitors our progress at each and every turn. This process of ascension was created by us at soul levels. We decided to raise the consciousness (or vibration) of Earth as a group, through ourselves, in order to begin again. We have to go through this process ourselves by experiencing it firsthand. This can create moments of disconnect, chaos, fear, and near everything else. So for the most part, we certainly do not feel at the helm ourselves. I first became aware of ascension guides when I was reading the energy of a friend going through the process. Lo and behold, there standing right next to her was a big, beautiful non-physical being who was practically "guarding" her as she went through her process. This being was making sure that things did not get out of hand and go too far. He (it) was making sure that she was benefiting and growing through her process as it had been planned, instead of having the process weaken or destroy her. Ascension guides are here to make sure that nothing goes too far in regard to our "stretching."

The next encounter I had with an ascension guide was when I connected with my own. I was having a really rough time and basically coming unglued. In popped this huge non-physical being who proceeded to tell me that it was my attitude that was making everything far worse than it needed to be. From that day forward, I knew that someone was indeed there for me, and what a wonderful feeling it was.

Any non-physical beings that we are especially connected to, rarely interfere with our process (if they are highly vibrating beings). And this is especially true for ascension guides. Although they need to be especially "hands off," they come from a deep place of love and caring for us. And know too, that we are going through this process for them as well. They freely admit this and are therefore very grateful and highly respectful of who we are and what we are doing. We are ascending for all of the cosmos. Even though they know more than we consciously do right now, we will eventually surpass them.

It is a sure fact that we are the stars of the show. All the attention and the lights are on us, as we progress through this process of ascension. There is so much help and support on board, even though we may not be able to see or sense it at times. It is because we are on the front-lines. We are in the thick of it. So at times, we cannot see the forest for the trees.

All of this said, here's a little secret. Our ascension guides are really only higher vibrating aspects of ourselves. When I finally sat down and really read the energy of my ascension guide, I truly remembered who I was. I WAS THIS GREAT, ANCIENT,AND MAGNIFICENT BEING. What an eye-opener this was. And as I connected the dots, I could clearly see that this being had been there for me all along. He (it) had been at the foot of my bed in the year 2000, telling me that something that would change me forever was about to occur. He had been at my hospital bedside after I had shattered my leg. He had been there when I was whining to no end during my ascension process, and now he is here as a true and good friend who continues to connect me to the higher realms through himself. These beings bring in the higher energies. We are able to connect much higher when we begin vibrating much higher. It is then that we are with them on a much more regular basis. As we begin vibrating higher and higher, we will then connect with much higher guides, but we will really be only connecting with much higher aspects of ourselves.

If you find yourself having a difficult time, know that you may call on your ascension guide. If you are not particularly psychic, just ask for a sign. Ask your guide to show you that he
(it) is there. Ask your guide to deliver to you in a form that you can easily receive, what you currently need to know to assist you on your journey. Whether it be a passage in a book, a phrase from a conversation from a friend, or perhaps something on TV, you can ask that a message be given to you.

Asking for a sign is a good way to validate something if you don't have a lot of psychic ability, or even if you do and are just very stressed and cannot connect very well right then. One time, right before my ascension process really began, I needed a job. I was getting downloads of information that fit in with not "working" anymore, but I wasn't quite there yet. I got hired as the director for the United Way. I didn't really want to do that kind of thing
anymore...I had done it forever. So I quit after one day. Boy, I certainly sound like a flake, but I wanted to stay in alignment! After this, I didn't trust my judgment much. None-the-less, I gave things some thought, and I decided that I would really love to be a grant writer...it fit in well with a lot about me. But I was afraid of going down the wrong road once again, so I asked for a sign. While in the dusty back rooms of the local newspaper office
one day, looking through their archives, as I had remembered an ad for a grant writer weeks earlier, I got my sign. I was unable to locate the ad. As I put up the last huge bound archive book, there was nothing left on the dusty table below it but an old, outdated newspaper page. On it was an ad for a department store, and in absolutely huge letters was the word GRANTS. So I got my sign, the flood gates flew open with many synchronicities, and I
became a trained grant writer within weeks.

But here's another little secret. There is really no one deciding our path for us or letting us know what we should or shouldn't be doing. I received the grant writing confirmation because I created it myself. I was much more in alignment with it than anything else. We're the ones that make a path right...we're the ones that are the powerful creators. When we ask for a sign, just like our ascension guides, it is really us giving the sign. We just don't trust our own judgment yet and like to place the power outside of ourselves because we think something out there knows more than we do. We are far greater creators than we believe. Handing our power over to something else, gets us out of the way, which is a perfect energetic alignment for creating! If you have chosen this page, know that you are not alone. Even though these amazing and caring beings are really aspects of ourselves, they still exist in the forms that we picture them in.

Beloved,

We, the Angels of Air and of Mind, are inspired by Divine Guidance to help you shine the light of creative imagination to generate living waters of divine feelings in the Web of Life, the Unified Field.

By experienceing self as ONE with Divine Being and all creation, original omnipotence, or divine will, is regained.

Omnipotence manifests as original infinite Divine Faith, the faith that makes all things possible. Because Divine Being is in all as all, it is Divine Will for the highest good of all.

This identification with Divine Being that is omnipresent is done in the deep Delta brainwave state of pure being. This brainwave state is dominant in infancy. To remember your original divine being that is "made in the image and likeness of God" , you must remember yourself as an infant.

Ask to remember yourself at this age.

Realize that you are always this pure being at core.

This is the first step.

Ask your cellular memory to let you remember yourself as you were as an infant, ask your cellular memory let allow you to go deep into a state of pure being, to experience yourself in your original Divine Purity and Unity with Divine Being and all that is.

Remember that when you were originally conceived, you were only one cell. This cell divided over and over, trillions of times, to form your physical body. Every cell in your body comes from this original cell and has the original memory of your divine spark of being.

When you go into meditation and ask your cellular memory to let you re-experience yourself as an infant, trust whatever sensations and experiences unfold. Trust.

As you regain your memory of original omnipotent divine being and along with it the will for the highest good of all, at some point you will desire to create healing, and new realities of love for creation, both for yourself and for all life.

At this point, the next necessary step in the process of creating unfolds. This step is visualizing an image clearly in your mind; a visual blueprint of what you wish to manifest.

This vision or blueprint is seen clearly and vividly in the imagination .

Because you are experiencing yourself as ONE with everything, and are willing the highest good of all, everything will join with you in your creation.

Forming a visual image in the �mind�s eye� is the sine qua non,

i.e., the key intermediary step, in the process of manifestation via mind power because the language of the brain is visual images.

In contrast, attempting to influence the mind in words is like talking to it in a foreign language.

For example, telling the hand to �Get warm� in words will not cause a change in its temperature, whereas picturing vividly the same hand being

inflamed by a blazing sun or immersed in a bucket of hot water will cause

the temperature of that hand to rise. If one hand is visualized in a bucket of ice and the

other is seen being heated, the temperature of one will rise while the other drops.

No amount of verbal repetitions commanding the hand to get hot will make any difference, no matter how forceful the commands. That is the reason why positive affirmations have very limited efficacy in creating new realities unless concurrently accompanied by vividly picturing the new reality which is in the process of becoming manifest. Transcendent visual imagery is truly the way to use mind in bringing Heaven to Earth.

The old adage, �Be careful what you wish for�� should be amended to emphasize

�Be careful what you VISUALIZE� for, truly, consciously utilizing visual imagery is the primary secret to unleashing the co-creative power of higher mind.

The electrical energy of WILLPOWER takes form as the visual image in the mind. By CONTEMPLATING this image, flowing magnetic FEELINGS of joy are generated, feelings of joy of this image manifesting. This attracts gravity and weight to this image and clothe it in three dimensional form.

Every desire or will impulse from spirit manifests through visual images created in will and contemplated in mind.

Mind is the element of air, and it is the principle of mind and air that we help people understand and use through meditating on the divine virtues of the letters of our name, �Kagaros�.

Divine Mind is passed on to the divine spirits of all children, just as genetic qualities are transferred from one generation to the next.

�For ye are made in the image and likeness of God.�

It is the power of mind that takes the spiritual energy of visualizations, and contemplates them within the realm of imagination, and in doing so generates flowing feelings. This is how to use the quantum field to create beautiful creative realities that are outpourings of joy.

"I have not given you the spirit of fear, but of joy and life everlasting."

Flowing feelings create magnetism. This magnetism then ATTRACTS the visualized image into physical form.

Therefore, images of great beauty, beauty that accurately reflects Divine Perfection and Will, are contemplated in the mind and become beautiful divine flowing feelings.

Divine Mind takes the visualizations of Creation, and through the perfection of Divine Contemplation creates ideas. This is the Theta brainwave state that is dominant in childhood. Become again a little child as you contemplate visual images of Divine Perfection.

These ideas then generate flowing feelings of highest rapture, love, blessing, happiness, clarity and purity, and unification. This is the Alpha brainwave state that is dominant in adolescence. Flowing feelings are the agents of change. Flow with powerful divine feelings and you change reality to greater perfection and wholeness.

Therefore, the process of contemplation is most important for generating the magnetism of flowing feelings necessary to attract a visual image into physical form. This is our expertise, and this is what we inspire.

Nature is called the �Book of Life�. By looking at the forms that have been created from original visual images of Divine Will for the highest good of all in nature, a person can remember and feel original divine feelings, contemplate the divine ideas, and remember original Divine Being.

The longing within the heart of each being to flow with divine ecstatic feelings of living in Paradise are fulfilled as a person goes deep within to his or her original purity, unity, and innocence and daydreams beautiful dreams of perfection for all.

The stars in the firmament are teachers of the power of light to illuminate and make beautiful the darkness of the night.

The sun in the sky is a teacher of the power of light to sustain life.

Likewise, the power of spirit flowing through visual images, thoughts and feelings illuminates and chanages darkness to light, and brings a new day and life to the world.

Divine Being has placed the stars in the firmament as physical manifestations of the lights of Divine Ideas. These starpoints of light represent enlightened ideas inherent in Infinite Divine Mind.

These points of light represent divine ideas in all forms of existence.

Just as there are infinite numbers of stars in the sky, so also are there infinite Divine Ideas that can be remembered and given expression by imagination within each child of light.

Hello, hello, my beloved family! I feel as if my energies are just bursting forth this evening. I feel as if what is occurring upon the Earth and in the universe is something that keeps growing stronger and stronger and stronger. This is a time of profound transition; it is also a time of immense opportunity.

Each of you in your daily life have the opportunity to create a transition: moment by moment, day-by-day, month by month. I know that with the intensity of the energies so many of you have been struggling and feeling overwhelmed. So while you are here, still fully grounded in your space, I invite you to close your eyes. Take a slow, easy breath in and as you are breathing in feel the love, the compassion, the energy of myself.

I flow to each one of you right there where you are on the Earth plane; I surround your space. Allow that nurturing to move through you and with so many of you I can feel you letting go. Everything that you've been having to hold onto, everything that's been a struggle, let it go, let it flow away from you.

I'm hearing this from many of you as you speak to me in your prayers and in your meditation so I also wanted to address this before we went any further. I do hear you; I do love each one of you very much. The multitude of angels, teachers and guides are also available to you. With the transitions that are taking place upon the Earth right now there is a shifting in the perception. So for all of you feeling a sense of isolation, of disconnection, even abandonment is what I've been hearing from so many; I wish to let you know in this moment, in this time, that we are all still here.

With this transition of energies you are becoming much more of your divine essence and as you are stepping into this greater amount of your divinity, there is less of a separation between you as the human and we on this side of the veil. Therefore as the energies are transitioning, the relationship transitions. So for all of you that have been feeling that sense of disconnection, or that sense of loneliness, I invite you to open up your heart and let these energies flow into you right now as we speak.

There we go. Let the joy of potential follow on the heals of that flow of love. Allow yourself the opportunity to see where all of this is going to go for you. With that I invite you to take this opportunity and take one more breath, breathing down and kind of anchoring within yourself. As you do so, then release your consciousness, release your physical body and allow your energies to shift until you align with the magnetic grid.

As you come into this space, feel the flow of energy. So many of you immediately move into the space of your higher self. You may also have a sense of the interlocking pathways that align you with everyone else who is here. So look around and have a sense of what this place is for you.

From here I invite you to move through the interlocking grid so that you may move into the crystalline grid. I invite you to take a moment and notice how the transition from the magnetic to the crystalline is becoming smoother and smoother all the time. This is due to the shift in vibration that's been taking place upon the Earth.

As you move through with the intention of aligning with your divinity, we invite you to consciously create a bridge or a short little span - whatever it might be - so that you move in a fluid manner from one space to the next. Look at this crystalline grid; each time you come into this space you may have a slightly different perception of what it is.

As we are looking at it at this moment it gives us a sense of a bridge or as if it's a beam of light, and within this beam of light, or moving across the bridge howsoever you might perceive it, there are many, many different nuances or vibrations. As you move along this space with your consciousness, open up your heart in such a way that you feel the flow. See where it takes you.

I now invite you to shift so that you may move into the energies of the soul plane. As you move into this space, feel how your essence expands. Your I Am presence is right here. You may have a sense of reaching out to embrace; you may have a sense of it coming up within you. I encourage you to take this opportunity and simply allow the essence of who you are in this physical consciousness to blend with who you are in all of your divinity. For some there may be a sense of expanding even further. Look beyond the edges of what you're picking up upon.

I the Goddess take this opportunity to come into the space in which you are. I reach out and I embrace each one of you. As I do so it will assist you in shifting into the essence or the space of the All That Is. Feel your energies expand; allow your consciousness to move wherever it has a sense to go.

The All That Is is a vast, infinite space of energy. It is utilized by millions of people in many, many different ways. Those of you who come here on a regular basis have created a space that you tend to go to each time that you come within this area. I'm going to ask everyone to have a sense of looking to the side and as if you are taking a step to the side, shift your consciousness to the side.

I had a sense of so many of you suddenly seeing things that you were not seeing before. It was as if you went from inside a room into the outside and you could see the stars, the moon and everything else that had been concealed from you. When you are living your life upon the Earth and you're in your daily routine, you have that tendency to stay within the energies and the space that you are comfortable with or that you are used to or it's all just a part of your daily life. As you seek to bring change into your existence, I invite you to practice in a little way taking that step aside and looking around at your daily life.

The energies coming into the Earth have been in flux for a long period of time. For some people it feels as if you are becoming more stabilized or as if your energies are more stabilized. For others, it feels as if you are tossed about and things are more unstable than they ever were before. As I'm looking at the energies, as I'm looking at humanity, there is a consistent flow of light; the transition comes in each person's perception.

There have been changes in the way that stars and the sun and the moon line up. There have been transitions in the vibration of the Earth. And many of these things have occurred again and again throughout the history of the Earth. The difference that is taking place is that so many people know and understand far more than they ever did before. That has prompted those who are very analytical to question every little thing and sometimes that may lead them into a state of fear.

As you are standing here in this space that you just shifted, let your awareness and your perception be open to the flow of energy. You may have a sense of seeing the Earth and then seeing the universe and the pathway in which the energy swirls. This is being shown as intricate patterns, some that swirl, some that are straight, but everything is interlinked and supported by what else is around it.

As that happens in the universe so too it happens in the relationship with the Earth, so too it happens to each one of you in your life. Breathe slowly, gently, easily and allow your essence or your heart to expand even further so that you may feel this flow as a consistent energy that is coming into you and supporting you.

Just as we did when we first arrived in the All That Is, have a sense of consciously expanding a little bit further with the intention of allowing even more flow of energy and light into your heart center. Now there are some that I hear you tell me that the energies are overwhelming to you. Just as you shift your focus to expand further and allow more to come in, so too you can consciously shift your focus and invite the exact amount that feels good to you to come into and flow through you. If you do this in such a way that anything left over just continues to flow past you, it will keep you from becoming bogged down.

When people are struggling in their lives, if things feel like it's too much or not enough, they're out of balance. I invite you to consciously see yourself as being in the flow and then you're allowing your heart center to expand open or constrict a little bit. There's a part of me that recognizes how people will take that as constricting or blocking what is going on but that's not what I'm speaking of. This is an opportunity for each one of you to learn what works for you as you allow the flow of energy to move through you and around you.

I do also sense that there are times in which you might fall into resistance. Resistance comes up within you for many different reasons; in part it could be fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear that you can be and have as much as you want and then what will you do? Consider for a moment as you think about your life and all that is happening if fear is affecting you. If there's anything that comes up within your consciousness as we speak of this, I invite you to take in a deep breath, allow that to flow through you and then release it; letting it go.

As you let go of fear, you may have a perception that your energy expands. What are other types of resistance that you may be experiencing in your life? Sometimes it feels as if it's an outside source - your family, your co-workers, the economy. If there is a response within you due to what's happening around you, take this opportunity to bring it up. And I invite you to let that resistance become filled with energy and light and then release it.

I feel right behind that release in energy the perception that people are not really in control of their life or that they have no control or that they're just being bumped around. So the energies that are in alignment with that, if that resonates within you, let that come up and then release it and let it flow away. As I look at you now, it's as if the wattage of light has expanded by millions of watts.

I can see how in this place that is loving and nurturing to each one of you, that is filled with energy and light, is a place in which you are comfortable with letting go, with releasing, any resistance that you may have within you. On occasion people prefer to live in the higher realms just because this type of a space feels good. I would invite you to practice either with this journey or with others, learning how to incorporate this space and this energy of feeling good into your daily life.

At first it may be as if it's something very foreign to you but then very quickly you will find that you can do this on an almost unconscious basis. After having released any resistance that you may have, once again look around take yet another step to the side and see what is here around you.

I invite you to have a sense of seeing an energy as if separate from you, coming towards you. You may picture an essence, you may see a color, you may simply feel a vibration or an essence. No matter how you perceive this energy, overriding it is a sense of love and excitement. It stops in front of you as if to reach out and embrace this good friend who has just encountered you in this moment. As you reach out you may begin to recognize this is an aspect of your divinity.

There are times in which you have the opportunity to flow your energy on a daily basis as the human, up into and touch your divinity and then it flows back down. With the transition taking place upon the Earth, the time is here that you can have this as a part of you, living with you in your daily life. Many of you are already doing this, some consciously, some unconsciously.

I chose to have you encounter this essence in such a way that you could recognize that your divinity is still here for you; it is and always will be linked to you. We now invite the angels, the teachers, the guides that you've been working with to show themselves to you. And what we see happening is that more than ever before their essence, their communication, is coming to you through this essence of your divinity.

This is one of the reasons that the energies and vibration felt so different. This is why we were hearing from so many that it felt as if they had left or were gone. As you consciously choose to work through or with your divinity, you are creating a new relationship. It is also strengthening within you the human in such a way that as a human living your life on Earth you are your teacher and your guide. Feel what that is.

As you consider what it is to live your life, I invite you to find those moments - sometimes they are short little moments, sometimes they are expanded - but find the moments in which this inner knowledge, this inner awareness is present for you. If your daily life is chaotic and a struggle then come to this aspect of yourself, come to this presence, come to this energy and let the love flow down into and through you. There is as much as you would like to have. I see you floating on these waves of love and energy and it is as if you are basking in this balance.

I invite all of you to come back together as a group. Your consciousness is expanded quite largely throughout. So as you gather yourself together have a sense of this brilliant light filled with color that is created from the group coming together. And you will see coming up within the center of this light the hologram of the Earth. We spoke of your perception in your daily life so as you look at this hologram let the impressions that may come to you just flow into you. And then have a sense of shifting your consciousness in such a way that you can see the various levels of energy flowing in and out through the hologram.

The more that you align with your divinity and allow these essence to move through you, the greater nuances you will perceive in your daily life. This is an opportunity for you to practice looking, sensing, seeing as if with your physical eyes and with your inner eyes. As each one of you puts forth your intention of flow it moves into and fills up this hologram of the Earth. And it then moves down; as it does so it moves through the crystalline grid moving out through every direction. It moves through the magnetic grid. And then the core essence of that hologram continues downward until it moves into the center of your physical Earth.

Although you remain in the All That Is, I invite you for just a moment to send your consciousness into the center of the Earth and as if you are looking outward or reaching outward to your consciousness in the All That Is, create a flow that is only your own. Let that flow of energy and light move back and forth. And then you can release that consciousness of the Earth and allow yourself to come fully back within the All That Is again and you feel yourself reconnecting within.

Have a sense of shifting. You move into the soul plane. Again your perception from within here is such that you have an even greater understanding of who you are as your divinity. Have a sense of shifting once more so that you are in the crystalline grid. As you do so remember that part of your divinity that you connected with this evening. And as if you are blending again allow that consciousness to come with you. For some it's as if we see you walking hand in hand; for others it's as if there is a silhouette and one moves into the other. As you are comfortable with this energy, allow your consciousness to shift again, moving into the magnetic grid.

Once again you feel the magnetic pull of the Earth. Feel what that is to you. You may have a sense of once more picking up on those things that are part of your personality or part of being human. Allow your consciousness to just open to the flow and let the flow or the essence continue down; it moves down into your physical body. As your consciousness is reconnecting or realigning within your human self, allow your senses to expand as much as they can in this moment.

And now when you are coming back and grounding into your human self, I invite you to once more consciously release any resistance that you have towards anything; you don't even need to focus upon why or what it's there for. Simply allow resistance of any sort to move through you and away.

In doing so consciously feel your divinity. You may have a sense of breathing it into your heart center; let your heart center expand or contract to whatever space feels good to you. Let your divinity move into your physical body; it moves through your breathing. It comes down through your head center. It is moving through all of your chakras and from there it is going into each muscle, each organ within your body.

You the physical living your life has many, many opportunities in front of you. Feel how your divinity is here fully supporting you, fully loving you, fully nurturing you in every way possible. Encourage your personality or your ego to come out or to come into this space so as to create an alignment in which it feels comfortable. As if you are taking that step to a side, look around you. You may look with your physical and you may look with your non-physical eyes, but sense and feel all that is here for you.

Remember this moment. Let it flow within you. Feel all that this may be for you. It's now feeling to me as if you are becoming much more grounded and aligned with these expanded vibrations. I hope that as you are moving through your days you can come back into this space, you can feel good in your life and you can recognize that with these expanded energies, potential for transformation is greater than it has ever been before. There is so much happening upon the Earth. How delightful to be there to play with it and allow it to work for you rather than against you.

Question: (paraphrased) What would you like to say to me at this point about this situation I am in, about my relationship to the world that is around me.

Answer: As I first connect with you, I have this sense of ..... ahhh I'm sorry I'm so expanded I'm trying to bring my energies in so that I can be more cohesive to you. (I can relate!) the first sense I had as I looked at you was of being battered or being tossed about. It's as if you've been through a whirlwind of energies and it's kind of buffeting you, is the word that is finally coming to me. As we see this happening, it feels as if some of what you are experiencing has been a reaction to others. You have been questioning did it come from within me, did it come from within them, where am I going, what am I doing, as if it's bringing up within you a questioning of all the principles you have in your life. Does that what resonates with you? Is that what you were speaking of? (Yes) This is how we see you coming in. As you can see the part we were picking up was that you are not alone with this. With the advent of this journey, what I saw happening on this journey is that you actually opened up to this aspect of yourself, this greater divinity of yourself and it felt as if you were just soaking it up. You may not be fully conscious of it now, but it felt as if there was a flood of information and knowledge that went through you. It worked on you in such a way that now there is a sense of greater confidence, greater calm and a greater knowledge of who you are as an individual. With that knowledge, the sense we get is that it is going to assist you as you go back into your daily life, as you are doing all these things when you felt so buffeted; you will now be able to stand in your space and things will move past you until it gets to the point where there will not be as much of the controversy around you. It just comes across to us as if there is a greater sense of awareness and calm and peace within you. That is what will be reflected out to your life around you. In terms of your daily life it will be the same as it was 2 days ago. But your reaction to it will be different and that is why there is such a profound sense of a change in you.

Do you feel as if this controversy is going to end at any time in the near future?

It feels as if it's ended right now because it feels as if you have removed yourself from it.

I am.

So once you disconnect and go about standing in the space of who you are. Then if it cannot reconnect to you, it will go away. (Okay) So it may take some practice on a daily basis or however much you may feel a need to practice it. But our sense is that you made great strides tonight and the biggest thing is the incorporation of your divinity.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Goddess? First I want to thank you for the channel this evening. It really addressed what I was going to ask. But I'm going to ask them anyway. In the last couple of weeks I've had a couple instances that brought up a great deal of fear in me. Umm, two in particular I can go into detail but maybe you can pick up on what I am thinking without having to go into detail. I was wondering why? Of course I created those things for myself, but what's going on here?

Answer: It feels like this is the reverse to us. When we look at you right now it's like we see your human self standing on the left, your divinity on the right. Your divinity is there with her arms open saying come, lets be in the flow, lets enjoy life, life is good. Then your ego is there saying no. It's like it stomped it's foot and said no life is struggle, we have to release, we have to make progress. It's like that is a task oriented part of you. Our sense is that if you flip around your perception of that and recognize it's not your divinity that is giving you tasks it's your ego building resistance and the resistance is coming across to you as if you have things to accomplish. Does that make sense to you?

Umm.

So what we would say is that it feels as if the fear coming up within you, the questioning of your abilities, the questioning of the choices you have made are all coming up through your ego or personality. By allowing this greater divinity you connected with on the journey tonight to move through you in such a way that it really fills you up, the ego will become comfortable with it over time. I would recommend you take the opportunity to flow back and forth ego-divinity-ego--divinity. You are creating a new relationship within yourself and the vibration or alignment of that is what needs to take place at this point. Then as your personality or ego becomes more comfortable with this flow of energy or this increased vibration then you will find the fear, resistance and other things you are feeling will diminish and go away completely.

Okay.

That is my perception of that.

It's a blip. Think of it as a blip. Remember how much you are and how much you have done; this you know within your heart.

Question: (paraphrased) Hello Goddess? Thank you very much for this journey tonight. The question I have is about all this picture that is coming out of my heart. I've had some pictures that very disturbing to me like mold or weird shapes like under a microscope and it's coming out of my heart. I've done a lot of work with the DNA and I'm wondering if I need more cleansing in my DNA?

Answer: It does not feel to me as if you need cleansing in your DNA for the divine energy. It feels to me as if what you were releasing was not this physical life time but other physical lifetimes or as if you were releasing for a community of people. When we look at you as the individual in your expanded DNA the sense is that it is clear and nice balance of the flow of energy moving through you. So when you speak of mold or things that are nasty that you are wondering about, it feels like other aspects of yourself from other lifetimes or like things that are outside of you. We sense that when you started working with this DNA you said hey I'm going to work with shifting the DNA for the world; not that you would do that all by yourself, but you chose to connect with the community of others who are doing a similar thing. Be aware that if you get images or things like that; if you take a breath in and cleanse your energy field and ask 'is this mine or someone else s' the sense we get is that you will recognize or know that it is not yours. Does it resonate with you as we say that?

Yes, how do I tell my divinity to sometimes work on me or sometimes work on the collective.

You put forth that intention. When you go into meditation you put forth this time I am choosing to work with humanity, another time I am choosing to work with myself. The other thing we would recommend to you is that during meditation, sit down and have a talk with your divinity. It's like you are having a conversation where you say 'Well, I'm happy to help the world, it's part of why I came in here'. But give me a message or let me know so that I don't get bogged down in that again. Well, actually you don't need to communicate, we just did it for you! It feels like your divinity just said 'okay, got it, cha-chink'. We have a sense you will feel differently. The essence will be a different pressure. Some how, some way it will come across differently to you in the future.

And when do we start seeing the changes in our DNA?

Oh it's there. What doesn't see the changes are the microscopes and the humans. There are some who are able to perceive things, but the vast majority of these changes that are already present in the majority of you especially those of you who are in this place within the process can be seen with unconscious perception.

So when will this rapid health that I've been working on come together?

It feels as if it could be as little as 18 months from now or as long as 5 - 10 years.

Question (paraphrased) Hello Goddess, I've been sleeping a lot lately and I wonder if that means I'm getting ready to leave this earth. I'm 85 years old and really don't want to leave. I want to continuing doing my creative work and believe it or not I'm still dancing! I want to get back into my painting but I haven't been able to go into the painting room to start painting. It's almost as if the dancing pulls me towards that expression and that pull is stronger than the painting.

Answer: First of all beloved when you gave us your numerical age upon the earth and when we look at your energies from the perspective of the humans, we would never have put them together; that number and who we perceive you as being. You are much younger in heart, body and everything that has to do with being a human. We do not have a sense of you transitioning any time soon. (oh good!) The reason you have sleeping so much lately is simply as a way of integrating energies. Many many are sleeping more than they usually do. That is all just a part of the process. In fact for those of you who are having physical discomfort such as headaches, aches and pains, other types of physical problems. If you can allow yourself the time of relaxation and sleeping, it will more easily allow this integration to move through you. That is something you are doing.

In regards to your artwork, we do feel like there is a resistance in there for you. It's as if we have a sense of angelic artwork or something to do that is different than anything you have ever done before. It's there, it's ready to come out for you. As a human you are questioning and doubting whether or not it will be the way you think it could be. That is why you have not gotten back into the painting. If you release resistance and allow it to unfold however it may look; we sense it will be different than you anticipate and you will find yourself drawn back into the studio. Okay?

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess? Lately everything is just kind of falling apart, not just for me, but for everybody I know. I've reached the point where I feel I don't want to go on. The last few days I've cursed that I woke up. I'm an old soul and have done this for many eons, I don't know that I necessarily want to go on and I would like to end this, but yet I feel deep inside, no I'm going to continue with this so I guess just 'help'.

Answer: Okay beloved. I invite everybody who remains upon this phone call to come together for this moment and I invite you to take this moment and even if you have to physically reach up and open a door to your heart center; open up your heart center for just this little moment, as much as you can. Feel everyone who is present, human and non human just flow love, flow compassion, flow awareness to you. We all see the value in you. We all honor you as the person you are. We all can recognize that you are an old soul and you have done it all before; but that doesn't mean it's not a challenge. So let us be here to support you, let us love you. We ask you as if you are reaching deep, deep, deep inside of yourself, just reach in and let it all go. The tiredness, the struggle, the perception of failure, everything, the fear; (deep breath) just let it all go. As it is released, let us help you fill up those spaces within you. As you are filling up these spaces with the love, light and compassion of everyone who is here, but first and foremost your own divinity. Let your divine love or your divine essence of yourself be first and foremost within your consciousness. (deep breath) There has been so much in this lifetime that feels as if it's been a repetition as if you are walking in concentric circles doing it again and again. So, just as I spoke during the journey of taking a step to the side, consciously step out of that circle, step off of that path. Consciously let it all go. As you are doing so, let go of things you are conscious of and that which you are unconscious of. Know that if for whatever reason you did choose to transition tonight or tomorrow, you will be fully back within your divinity. You are safe, you are secure. So let go earthbound being a burden. Let go earth as the struggle. Let yourself be your divine essence as you move through your days. Now as I speak of that it feels as if there is a greater calm or as if you did let go lots of that resistance you've been carrying around. Can you feel the difference?

Not really, not much.

This is where you can speak with your human self. You have a very very strong personality. You are very based in the analytical I guess you could say or the mental aspect of the personality. So what needs to occur is for your mind; your consciousness is more than just your mind. But that analytical part of yourself that is holding this rigid control needs to break open. Let me take a second to take in a deep breath and blow it through. (deep breath) What we saw happening was that it broke open those bars, or that energy. It had been released when we first worked with it a moment ago, then it came back around you again. So I was blowing through your energy to open those bars, to let it go; then again you let it open, you let it go, you let it flow then you closed it back down again. So the perception I have that would benefit you is to create an exercise for yourself or create something that feels like your mind is involved with it. It should be like you are unlocking a dead bolt on a gate and the gate is to your mind. You can then allow your divinity to come in to flow in and out. Allow your personality to begin to integrate these energies. It feels as if it needs to be something with some structure. It is coming from your divinity, it is coming from love and source essence. But your personality has such a strong hold on things that it needs to be incorporated in this process in order for your personality to believe on a human level that the release is taking place.

It's in the emotions. The emotions are trying to protect it.

It's all interrelated. You can work with the mental, you can work with the emotions, you can work with all the various levels because the reason you are holding onto these emotions so long after you've let go of them again and again is because your mental body keeps coming back and saying 'Oh no you didn't let go of that. Oh no those emotions are still there. You're still feeling it so it's stuck in your emotions'. Indeed, it does involve more than one layer of who you are. But the intensity is all coming from your mental body.

Okay.

Alright beloved, so know that you are not alone. Know that there is great love here for you.

Question: (paraphrased) Goddess, do you have any words about how I'm traveling on my path to be a healer?

Answer: Beloved we see you as if out on the ocean and you are surfing on the top of a wave. We feel as if the energies of the ocean or the energies of water is very much a part of your healing process. Water as you know is about transition, it's about flow, it's about resolution. Water is of course also very nurturing and supportive in many ways. So for some reason, we feel as if this is a part of the healing process that you have been doing. It feels like it's not quite in sync with the type of healing you are planning to do. Somehow someway we feel that it's important for you to have that sense or that image of being on top of the wave and you are flowing along the crest of the wave. Just as that wave is coming into the shore it feels as if all the preparation work you've been doing all the learning, all the knowledge; everything is done. It's about blending together into a full consistency within yourself what you choose to do. You then come into shore and then it all gets off the ground. We see you as doing this in the physical person...... wait a second before we go further, does that resonate with you?

Yes, I think so.

A little bit esoteric, I understand. As we look at you then in your daily life, we have a sense of you going to locations and talking to people about the type of healing work you are doing. We have a sense of you working with people at a distance and that you will network through the internet. We see you networking through the internet. We see you going to two or three offices around you that offer alternative medicine is how it's coming across to us. We see this is something that is going to be built up over time. The other thing we would say to you is that as you are doing this and taking this step out; there is just a slight resistance of fear within you. It's related to: will I succeed, what will I do, will I make the money I need to make, all of those various things. To us, this is really such a non issue. When you are in the space of your divinity, when you are flowing this energy, when you are working with people; you have so many insights and there is so much that is just such a glorious gift. This is what people are looking for. This is about you creating a new relationship with how people will see you. It's about being comfortable and happy with coming out about who you are. There's a part of you that thinks this has been very private. This is putting myself out there. This is why it felt to us at the beginning as if it was not fully blended and why things were slow going for you. At any time it feels like there is so much there that is just waiting for you and it's going to happen!

Question: (paraphrased) hello Goddess, I was wondering if you can provide me with any insight about my current situation. I'd imagine it is a part of the bigger picture of all I've been doing lately. It's been awhile since I've talked with you. However, I have been doing a lot of stuff.

Answer: It feels as if you have been on a roller coaster. It feels as if there is a new sensitivity in you or intensity in you that's as if when you are in your lows or your highs; you feel them more intensely than you eve have before. This we perceive is because you have consciously been moving through transition and consciously bringing in these energies. We also have a sense you have spent the last several months in letting go and releasing and saying good bye. We hear those words over and over; saying good bye, saying good bye, saying good bye. The perception of that is that you are not just saying good bye to one thing but several. As we see you looking forward from here-- we apologize about this roller coaster thing-- but it's as if the roller coaster is coming over the last hill and it's evening out. Moving forward from here it feels as if things are going to be smoother, as if there will be more balance in your life. There are still some unresolved issues that will cause bumps in the road. But it feels to us as if by the end of this physical year almost 99% of it will be resolved. In fact, we are getting more so by say October. It feels like where you are living is going to change. It feels like your job is secure, but that is going to change also. It feels like almost every level within yourself is shifting into something new. But we want to say to you as we say this that there's a part of you saying 'okay good, this is what I'm looking for'. But then there's another part of you that is saying 'I didn't know there was anything there'. Don't let what we're saying be anything to make you nervous or be intimidated. It just feels as if you let go, let go, let go as a means of preparing and about to step forth into the full acceptance of what you have been seeking. Does that make sense?

It does and is on par with what I have been feeling. I have a very straightforward question. Am I going to go forward without my wife and will I have the kids with me? Something like that anyway.

It's difficult to say. There is a part of this that we say yes we see you and your wife are going two different ways and we see your kids with you. But we also have a sense as we look at that potential that there is more coming into play that has not yet worked itself out. It's as if you as the human and the choices you are making have not made all the choices as yet. We see that that can change. We can not say to you what choices you are going to make because that is up to you to make. In looking at potentials that that which is in the forefront of your consciousness is what feels as if it's the most present.

Well that is the present situation. I have not made any decisions, I'm waiting for her to calm down or come back to her normal personality so that we can talk.

And this is the thing. You are recognizing how the two of you have moved into two different planes of existence. That is what the roller coaster has been growing apart, coming together. The changes that are taking place feel temporary; wait a second, we said that in the reverse. The changes in her we feel are more permanent. Things are coming back together it feels temporary to us. We are picking up from you the sense of caution or that sense of wondering what is going to happen.

Okay.

But it feels to us as if in your consciousness the decision is 80 to 90% made. Go with what's right for you. Even if you find that along the way other things may come up or something else may come along that makes you wonder or question. Recognize that it is only about making the choices that you make at any given time. That is setting up the foundation for what the next day will bring. Each day will just unfold and unfold.

This brings back sweet remembrances of one of the good memories I can bring up from my time in Tennessee. I was determined to make my way up the ridge, which was apart of the property where I was living at, and even with it being at a 45 degree angle the higher I went up it was worth it. Guess I was getting in tune with big cat or mountain goat energy to make it up there. ;)

Reaching the top I was able to sit down, relax and take in the air, the energies all around me and looking down and about was a very peaceful, exhilarating and powerful experiences I have had. Now this was not like a mountain top as far as height is concerned. I was perhaps maybe 50 to 75 feet, roughly, above the tree line but that was not the point. The point was finding my place up there I could see more around me and have things come into a deeper perspective and understanding of myself which also translated to all things around me. When I focus and remember within I can find myself back there again re-living the experiences and adding these now to it. :)

Mountain Meditation

Throughout history, humankind has stood in awe of mountains. The strength and sturdiness evident in the rocky crags and smooth slopes of peaks around the globe have from time immemorial inspired creativity and kindled courage. Mountains have been venerated by many cultures, which worshipped great summits as gods and sacred beings. In their looming presence, humanity has seen power, steadfastness, and resolve. Yet you needn’t live near a mountain to tap into this vast energy of commanding grandeur. Conversely, since mountains are as unique in form as human beings, your locale may exist under the unwavering gaze of a small mountain without your knowing it. As you practice mountain meditation, the power that lurks in the heart of all mountains will flow into you while their essential beauty reminds you that you, too, are a creature of the earth.

If there are mountains in your area, plan to spend some time enjoying the peaceful embrace of Mother Nature, which can be a potent meditation aid. Likewise, grasping a rock or stone in your hand will enable you to easily tap into earth energy. If you are prevented by circumstance from visiting a mountain, however, begin by visualizing yourself at the base of a towering summit. Holding a rock can be helpful to tune into mountain energy. You may find yourself picturing a steep and majestic snowcapped peak or a lush, tree-covered mass that rises gently from the earth. Sit or imagine yourself sitting at the mountain’s base and spend a few minutes simply coexisting with it. When you feel tranquil, express your intention to commune with your mountain and ask to receive its energy. Project your consciousness onto the mountain’s peak, and look down upon the flatlands over which it stands guard. Send light to the flora and fauna that call the mountain home. You may discover that you ! feel wonderfully immense and unshakable as you delve deeper into the meditation.

Finally, ask the mountain to serve as a guide and give it your sincerest gratitude. If you have literally visited a plateau or summit, pass time with the mountain by camping, hiking, or picnicking upon it. Or, if your journey has been a spiritual one, use your imagination to survey the sights, sounds, and scents of your mountain. As your explorations progress, you will become ever more grounded, growing gradually into your personal power. When you are finished meditating with mountain energy, give thanks to this strong and powerful energy for sharing time with you.

Beloved,

When a person is overwhelmed with negative flowing feelings, the
physical body reacts with alarm and alert, or sadness and depression.
If these negative feeling states are prolonged, various diseases often
result. Negative flowing feelings trigger harmful changes in DNA,
and In the instance of alarm, if the state of alarm is
prolonged, stress wears down various body systems.
In the instance of depression, the body receives information that life
is not worth living and the immune system shuts down accordingly.
In the ocean of flowing feelings, which is the realm of magnetic
energy called ‘the astral plane’, negative and positive flowing
feelings attract negative and positive astral spirits respectively.
Over time, negative flowing feelings attract even more negative flowing
feelings through the law of attraction. When a child of God experiences
enough negative emotional energy over long enough time, or with strong
enough passion, a negative magnetic spirit often attaches itself to that person.
Some of these spirits are very powerful.
This is often the cause of states of of obsession, hysteria,
lunacy, St. Vitus’s Dance, menstruation difficulties and the like.
A child of God removes a negative spirit from themselves or another with
our help, by using The Law of One, and through The Power of the Word in the
meditations of the ancient language. Understanding negative flowing feelings
to be from a wounded part of the self, a younger part of the self that was at
one time frightened or hopeless, helps to open the heart to unconditional
love for the feelings themselves. With compassion and unconditional love,
negative flowing feelings are allowed to flow, change, and heal with
dignity and validation instead of being acted out destructively
or denied and suppressed into the unconsciousness.

The Law of One

and I am one with all, with the masters, saints, and prophets,
all beings, and with the Christ;

The recovering person goes through a process of emotional healing
to recover from any previous traumatic events that originally created
the alarm or depression. This is done through remembering the original
wounding event and reliving the memory of it, and feeling the feelings
of it, over and over in a safe and non-destructive way.
Flowing feelings are like water.
When they are bottled up and kept from flowing,
they stagnate and become poisonous in the unconscious.

When they are allowed to flow in a safe and non-destructive way,
they cleanse themselves and become pure and life-giving once again.
In the cleansing and healing process, new insights about the
original wounding events are remembered, and a person moves
out of victimhood and gains a broader understanding of why the
event happened from the viewpoint of the Higher Self.
The original negative ideas and beliefs about the nature of
reality that result from emotional trauma are changed,
becoming positive and life affirming once again.
At night during dreaming,
the eyes move back and forth.
This is called REM, or Rapid Eye Movement. REM shifts emotional energy back and forth
between the two hemispheres of the brain and the
parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

This allows flowing emotional energy in the dream to
process and heal itself on all four levels of consciousness.
When a person is recalling and reliving a memory of an
emotional trauma, and flowing with the feelings as they
come up in the process of remembering, it is wise to shift the
eyes back and forth exactly the same way as in dreaming.
~ ~ ~

The most important principles to remember in healing emotions are:

(1)

Recall and relive only one memory at a time.

(2)

Choose the memory that is the most painful.
MAKE A VISUAL PICTURE IN YOUR MIND
THAT REPRESENTS THIS MEMORY,
as if you had a snapshot of the event.
Write down a description of this snapshot.

(3)

Remember and relive the memory completely from beginning to end.
Do this a number of times, reliving the memory from beginning to end.
Do this as long as it takes to bring up all the flowing feelings
associated with this memory.

(4)

Commit to stay with the remembering and flowing feeling
process for as long as it takes to obtain healing insights into the
circumstances of the wounding event. This takes discipline.

Always, at some point in the healing process, there is a strong,
powerful urge to "bolt" and walk away from the painful
flowing feelings. Usually this happens just prior to the stage
when the most intense healing is about to occur.

Use REM eye movement in order to help the
brain process the powerful flowing emotional energies.
The speed of eye movement is optional, whatever is comfortable.

As you feel strong feelings, move the eyes back and forth.
The eyes can be open or closed.

(6)

Emotional traumas, especially when they occur at a young
age, cause a person to form negative beliefs about themselves
and the nature of reality. In re-living the flowing feelings
of a memory of a painful trauma, insights occur
which free a person from these negative beliefs.

When enough of these insights have occurred
to shed a new positive light on the memory,
ANOTHER VISUAL PICTURE IN YOUR MIND
SPONTANEOUSLY ARISES THAT REPRESENTS
THE NEW FEELINGS ABOUT THE TRAUMA.

IMAGINE PUSHING THE NEW HEALING IMAGE INTO THE ORIGINAL
PICTURE OF THE REMEMBERED TRAUMA.

Merge the two 'snapshots' together and
WATCH CAREFULLY WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM
WHEN THEY ARE MERGED TOGETHER.

This final image is the resolution image that replaces the
original picture in the memory of the wounding event.

Since memories are made up of only pictures, thoughts,
and flowing feelings and all of these have now changed, the
memory is changed forever. Whenever this event is remembered
in the future, it will be remembered as the resolution image,
with the new insights and changed healed flowing feelings.

~ ~ ~
This is a natural process that must be experienced
in order to understand the power of it.
Each person has a finite number of individual traumas
that must be healed, and in time, using this process,
a person’s original bliss and innocence is regained.
"Except ye be as little children,
ye shall in no wise enter the Kingdom of God."
By meditating on the divine virtues associated with
the letters in our name, and calling on our help,
the following benefits are gained:

Train yourself to keep the normal rhythm of the breath as you meditate and breath new realities into being .

This has been an important practice in the ancient teachings as a protection from breathing problems , since conscious breathing of new realities into form becomes more and more an automatic art form .

When using The Power of the Word, breathe in and out through the pores of the skin over that parts of the body that correspond to the divine virtues at the same time as you breathe through the nose.

Utilize the lessons of �Kagaros�, 7 degrees Leo, to visualize clearly whatever visualization or divine virtue that you are creating and attracting. Do this in consciousness with the divine virtue of unlimited power and faith, the letter K.

Combine the visual image with contemplation of the meaning of your visualization. In this way generate wonderful flowing feelings of your visualization. Now add sensations and send it out with your breath!

Listen carefully to inner guidance from Divine Providence.

On the out breath, will through visualization and flowing feelings the divine virtue moving outward filling whatever inner guidance directs.

It could be an object, a person, a place, a situation, or even all of the universes.

The breath is powerful.

For example, in a special moment you might be guided to visualize and flow with feelings of divine virtues that completely transmute even the Earth and Sun!

Your out breath would impregnate the Earth and Sun. Then you would visualize these virtues pouring back into your own body from the Earth and Sun on the inbreath!

Always remember: Keep the rhythm of the breath natural.

If you feel inner guidance to send healing vital energy to a loved one, visualize the olive green light of all the divine virtues taken together, letter L, shining in the lung area and flow with feelings of the splendor and majesty of Divine Being. Sense the vitality and youthening and the growing desire to live that this virtue enlivens. Breathe this life energy through the pores of the skin over the spleen and intend for it to flow outward to the loved one, visualizing and feeling the joy of this life force strengthening and healing them. [Always intend that this manifests for their highest good and the highest good of all concerned.] Keeping the rhythm of the breath natural, on the in breath visualize and feel this beautiful vitality coming back in to your own body through these same pores.

See the loved one radiantly healthy, full of life energy and vitality.

Follow inner guidance, use visualization, contemplation, flowing feelings and sensations sent through conscious breathing.

In the ancient teachings, it is taught to then, after the meditation is over, dematerialize the inner olive green light in the lung area to keep the balance of elements natural in the body. The virtue of L is an air element virtue of mind and theta brainwaves-- by dissolving the olive green light when you are finished creating with it protects the body from becoming overbalanced with the air element.

It was in this way that Divine Being breathed life into all of Creation.

As a person matures in understanding and wisdom, he or she gains the ability to use breath to send and attract conscious energy to create miracles.

Mankind has been given dominion over all that is created.

We protect each person by inspiring the use of breath according to The Law of One.

Dearest Hearts,

As always, I pray you are well as the third dimension finalizes its collapse and we shift our way into the stratas of the fourth and fifth dimension (and beyond!)

No longer adequate for fascination purposes, or even global meditation as an answer, it is vital to deeply embrace the massive importance of complete personal heartfelt immersion and participation in the shift of your life on an everyday basis. What each one of us does now will make every difference in what will come and become of YOU later, (and later is nipping on your heels in this second.)

I'm guided at this time to share a couple of very important aspects that affected and will continue to affect us personally as a result of this centuries longest solar eclipse, this July, and will continue intensely in the months ahead. Simultaneously I am guided to bring to Light that everyone is in the midst of the collaboration of his or her lives eclipse or otherwise.

July's eclipse was so powerful that not only did it plunge regions of Asia into darkness at dawn, it had millions of human beings world-wide literally shaking in their shoes as a result of its velocity, days before and days after.

As a result of this potent eclipse and its length of time spent in direct alignment with the Earth and each one of us personally, it was purposefully used to download intense, upgraded electrical currents into our physical bodies to assist us in the transfiguration of our human natures into our Divine natures. This action moved us further away from the longest age of pain and suffering ever and into a long awaited age of peace, prosperity and joy. (Did you know that transfiguration means to exalt and glorify?)

Due to its profundity, I asked Spirit for a wider perspective than the ones I had been reading about in regards to this particular eclipse and the ones upcoming. I was given so much information that I could have written a 10-page newsletter (don't worry I didn't) however I will give you an overview of what I received and will unfold more in the months ahead.

The first thing I received was to expect more potency in the human energy amplification, and expect there to be shorter intervals in between the surges. Though the eclipses and New Moons will be used as the primary source of frequency upgrades, 'blending,' neutralization and magnification, every single experience that we magnetize to ourselves right now, will also be sourced for upgrade. Here's why:

As most know, we are being completely rewired, clarified and crystallized, as the final preparations for the big move out of the third dimension picks up speed. The voltage of energy that we human beings have carried in the third dimension is not sufficient to work in the fourth, fifth, sixth and beyond dimensions that we are moving to.

Our energies must be converted and will be converted to accommodate the energy spheres (or dimensions) that we are moving into until the final collapse of the third dimension. Then, the intensity will slow down significantly.

The potent frequency surges that are purposefully making us ready for the end and the beginning, must be sent down into us from 'on high,' if you will, and they have to be sent down more rapidly and with greater intensity in order that everyone is able to make some kind of move upward. The preparations for our arrival in the fourth, fifth and beyond dimensions are beyond most mortal imagination and they are no longer a matter of prophecy.

Very shortly the third dimension will no longer be in existence. The neighborhood will vanish. Everyone is being moved out, with love and with suitable energy. However not everyone will be moving into the exact same place. Where you live will not be chosen for you but by you. I'll explain.

More than two thousand years ago it was written that, "In my Father's house there are many mansions." In the fourth, fifth, sixth and beyond dimensions there are also 'many mansions.'

Where we live depends on how much Light we can hold as a result of what we have mastered while living in the third dimension, primarily mastery of thoughts, and mastery of love.

Some call it mastering the four lower bodies (or lower chakras), some call it mastering unity consciousness, while others call it mastering our lower natures anger, greed, judgment, frustration and fear, all of which are thoughts before they take form. A Master let's no thought run rampant like a wild horse, neutralizes all reaction, flows into the state of love consistently, and allows no former experience to define their current existence.

The fourth dimension has some similarities to the third dimension. There are levels of limitation inside of the fourth dimension that will be experienced by those that have not yet mastered the lower human nature while living in the third dimension. It is up to you.

All baggage filled with fear, all agitated energy you have with others, all stories, all victim and martyr consciousness must be neutralized and transmuted out of its discordant state to assure your comfortable place in the fourth, fifth and higher dimensions. Your comfort is all a matter of your thoughts and your thoughts conduct the current of your energy that will drive you straight up to the front door of your new home!

In every case the entire physical system must have an upgraded currency of energy in order that you don't simply blow up regardless of which 'mansion' or which level one moves to.

Another piece of what occurred during the latest surge from the eclipse is that it also blasted apart chunks of archaic encodements that have been stored inside of our bodies since Atlantis. Why? Because many of those former encodements are pressing on our current thoughts.

Most of the Atlantean encodements have to do with resistances that you and I have carried from one lifetime into another. Every resistance, born of a former impulse, is the primary source of a vast majority of struggles that we have or had with ourselves or another in every lifetime; most predominantly in this one.

Now, in this lifetime and before final arrangements are made for your move, all resistances or struggles (encodements) must be brought to the surface to be recognized (not judged) and transmuted. Note: to transmute means to change from one nature into another.

To transmute resistance or struggle means that the energy will change its nature, once recognized by you, from a fixed state to a flexible state and then change natures once again into a surrendered state, or a neutral state. Resistance and struggle transmutes as slowly or as quickly as one allows it to. It's based on how insistent each is in taking dominion over thoughts and egos.

The energies will continue to blast away intensely in the coming months but each one of us wields the sword that ultimately cuts ourselves free to travel into the upper realms of new dimensions. Master Key: Whenever fear, anger, lack of self-worth, jealousy, greed, judgment or inflexibility rears its ugly head, take action immediately in the opposite direction and the fixed state will be transmuted. Try it, and see for yourself.

The most natural (not normal) emotion and action is to have no need to be right. Open your heart and move into love constantly, consistently. Watch how fast you shift into a higher realm of consciousness, preparing yourself properly for the big move.

Dearest Hearts, take heart, for we truly are well on our way to being converted so we are able to live in Heaven while still on Earth, the holy ground of all possibility and grace. Right now with energies amplified and hearts breaking wide open we are moving through the "valley of the shadow of our death" where the watered down version of our Divinity turns into the wine of our Divinity.

The great poet and mystic Rumi said it best in his poem "The Grapes of My Body."

These openings essentially interrupt one�s familiar flow by inserting a pause or break with the habitual flow of thoughts, feelings and expression. A lunar eclipse is one type of cosmic shift created by the Earth�s positioning between sun and moon. This position briefly blocks the sun�s radiance from the moon, opening an energetic portal. The second of two lunar eclipses this summer will occur August 5/6.

This upcoming portal offers an opening to step free of linear time and experience beyond the space/time continuum. This �portal of timelessness� helps you transcend the bonds of the physical, material world and step into a place inside yourself where all possibilities reside. These possibilities may not be the field of probabilities for the course you are presently following within linear time, though they can become so.

There are two primary paths for those who seek Enlightenment:

The Path of Perfection

and

The Path of Love and Holiness.

The Path of Perfection is a path of mastery.

In this path lies knowledge and self discipline. This path is one of perfecting the spirit, the mind, the emotions, and the physical body, often using ancient techniques of yogis and shamen. It is the path of the spiritual warrior, who conquers the enemy within.

The other path, The Path of Love and Holiness, is the one that we, the Angels of The Mystic Path, guard and nourish.

This is the path of The Flowing Heart of Love Divine attuned to the original blueprints of creation. Flowing unconditional love transmutes creation to manifest the splendor and majesty of God with supreme happiness.

Stop for about 90 seconds. Tune in to your body, tune in to your feelings, your thoughts, and your desires. Whatever you tune in to, good or bad, intense or numbed out, regardless, Love with Unconditional Love.

Here is a practice that we recommend.

Now spend the next 90 seconds tuning into the outer world. Tune into the physical world out there, to the emotional world, to the mental world and to the worlds of desire. Whatever you tune in to, good or bad, uplifting or upsetting, love with unconditional love flowing from your heart divine.

As you can see from this exercise, on the path of Love and Holiness the self becomes the crucible of God�s transforming Love and Rapture.

This flowing Love is a flame of Transfiguration, Enlightenment, and Redemption.

This is the path of devotion. Love reveals The Presence of God in everything that exists. Love transmutes all into its original Divine state.

In the rapture of feelings of Divine Love, enlightenment walks hand in hand with service, and all else falls away.

This is Divine Enchantment that creates bliss and awe.

Even in beholding the presence of a BELOVED MATE, the most fulfilling experience consists in loving the qualities of God, the transcendent presence of God, as it is being expressed in the embodied form of the BELOVED.

Each step of this path requires choice. Often it is the choice between focusing attention on the outer appearances of the many or focusing attention on indwelling presence of The One.

The Many includes all of the outer appearances of the beings of the world; of spirit, mind, emotion, and form. The One is the Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient indwelling DIVINE LIFE, INTENTION, MEANING, AND LOVE that exists inside all of these outward forms.

By seeing all through eyes of Love Divine, indwelling Divine magnificence is revealed and awakened into manifestation.

Past the Total Solar Eclipse in July, Great Mother now gives birth to a new consciousness on Earth. Bask in the vibrations of freedom, unity and transpersonal love.

The Lammas Gateway opens this weekend and culminates in a powerful Full Moon Eclipse in Aquarius next week. This is another potent time for prayer, ritual and manifestation, an opportunity to align with the divine will of the cosmos.

This summer's trinity of eclipses completes next week with a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse the night of August 5/6, just as the Earth reaches the mid-point between the June Solstice and September Equinox.

The eclipsed Moon at 14 Aquarius joins the triple conjunction of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron in the later degrees of the same sign. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, the Awakener. His lightning bolt strikes suddenly, swiftly, opening us to new insights and possibilities. Brilliant, daring and revolutionary, Uranus ushers in the next astrological age.

Right now transiting Uranus in Pisces is opposing Saturn in Virgo, and both are squaring Pluto for the next several years. The energies of these outer-planet aspects are destructive, forceful and relentless. The structures and forms of our lives - as well as the beliefs they represent - are being reconfigured from the inside out.

This weekend is the Lammas cross-quarter gateway, the midpoint between Summer Solstice and Fall Equinox. This is a powerful time in the solar year as the Earth journeys around the Sun. Traditionally the Sabbat of Lammas falls on August 1 and extends through the zodiacal point when the Sun crosses the 15th degree of Aquarius (on August 6/7 this year, depending on your time zone).

Add to this the three powerful eclipses this summer, and we've got the ingredients for a highly volatile, fast-changing landscape filled with sudden twists and turns. Reality, as we know it, is breaking up. Institutions are crumbling. The playing field is being leveled. Shifting economies mean differences in the way we live our lives. We're forced to evaluate our priorities and pare down to essentials. For most of us, day-to-day existence looks wildly different today than it did a year ago and will continue to morph through this transition.

The stellium of planets in Aquarius is a beacon. This is where to focus in coming years. The unpredictable energies of Uranus teach us to let go, open to the destructive/creative forces of the Universe, and allow love to shine through. We're entering the astrological age of Aquarius, and this eclipse supports the transition to a more humanitarian, egalitarian and spiritual world. The conjunction of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius brings healing and expanded consciousness, an opening to the love of the cosmos. The Moon in Aquarius teaches emotional detachment. The brotherly/sisterly love of agape reigns. In the Aquarian Age, we living cooperatively, for the common good, acknowledging the special gifts each one contributes within the community. What unique talents will you offer at this special time in Earth's history?

Lammas celebrates the first fruits of the harvest. The masculine and feminine energies have combined to fertilize the crops that are beginning to yield fruits, vegetables and grains. The Earth and the Sun share with us. We, in turn, share with each other. This is a disseminating period culminating in the Full Moon, whose light bathes us in the radiance of Divine Love. The eclipsed Moon shows us what lies in the shadow, both individually and collectively. How are we prepared, and not prepared, to live a simpler way, cooperatively, in harmony with our brothers and sisters around the world? How are we taking care of ourselves, each other, and the Earth?

As we make our way through the 2012 Gateway, we're learning to let go. What was before is no more. What's coming is our own creation. If we choose to focus on Aquarian ideals, we'll be aligned with Universal will, and the way will be made clear to manifest and create powerfully. If we resist and fight the changes, we'll have another kind of experience. Neither path is easy. Following the path of love reaps infinite rewards.

This is the most exciting time imaginable on planet Earth, a time of awakening, the flowering of love. At this Full Moon, and through the Lammas gateway, please consider joining in prayer, meditation and ritual from your location to receive the incoming light of the cosmos and disseminate universal love to all beings and the Earth.

Ceremony, ritual and meditation will be ultra-powerful throughout this period, and especially during the eclipse window on Wednesday night through zodiacal Lammas on August 6/7. Lammas is the first of three harvest festivals celebrating the plentiful ripening grain and the prosperity of the land and people.
