We are created by the Great One to accomplish His will through our mental pictures or visions. Our thoughts are three dimensional: words, pictures and feelings. We create the vision by thinking the words and we create feeling for the vision by feeling enthusiasm, desire, commitment and other strong beliefs. Once we create the vision, we move toward and become like that which we think about. All visions are tested by our self talk; for example, "This isn't going to happen, where is the money coming from anyway?" When this happens, we need to let go of the test and focus on belief in the vision. Why? Because God said if we believe it long enough, He will guarantee it!!!

Great One, let my beliefs be strong today. Help me to have faith in my visions.

A Flower in a Broken Pot

Our house was directly across the street from the clinic entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. We lived downstairs and rented the upstairs rooms to out patients at the clinic.

One summer evening as I was fixing supper, there was a knock at the door. I opened it to see a truly awful looking man. "Why, he's hardly taller than my eight-year-old," I thought as I stared at the stooped, shriveled body. But the appalling thing was his face, lopsided from swelling, red and raw.

Yet his voice was pleasant as he said, "Good evening. I've come to see if you've a room for just one night. I came for a treatment this morning from the eastern shore, and there's no bus 'til morning."

He told me he'd been hunting for a room since noon but with no success, no one seemed to have a room. "I guess it's my face.. I know it looks terrible, but my doctor says with a few more treatments..." For a moment I hesitated, but his next words convinced me: "I could sleep in this rocking chair on the porch. My bus leaves early in the morning."

I told him we would find him a bed, but to rest on the porch. I went inside and finished getting supper. When we were ready, I asked the old man if he would join us. "No thank you, I have plenty." And he held up a brown paper bag.

When I had finished the dishes, I went out on the porch to talk with him a few minutes. It didn't take a long time to see that this old man had an oversized heart crowded into that tiny body. He told me he fished for a living to support his daughter, her five children, and her husband, who was hopelessly crippled from a back injury. He didn't tell it by way of complaint; in fact, every other sentence was preface with a thanks to God for a blessing. He was grateful that no pain accompanied his disease, which was apparently a form of skin cancer. He thanked God for giving him the strength to keep going.

At bedtime, we put a camp cot in the children's room for him. When I got up in the morning, the bed linens were neatly folded and the little man was out on the porch. He refused breakfast, but just before he left for his bus, haltingly, as if asking a great favor, he said, Could I please come back and stay the next time I have a treatment? I won't put you out a bit. I can sleep fine in a chair." He paused a moment and then added, "Your children made me feel at home. Grownups are bothered by my face, but children don't seem to mind." I told him he was welcome to come again.

And on his next trip he arrived a little after seven in the morning. As a gift, he brought a big fish and a quart of the largest oysters I had ever seen. He said he had shucked them that morning before he left so that they'd be nice and fresh. I knew his bus left at 4:00 a.m. and I wondered what time he had to get up in order to do this for us.

In the years he came to stay overnight with us there was never a time that he did not bring us fish or oysters or vegetables from his garden. Other times we received packages in the mail, always by special delivery; fish and oysters packed in a box of fresh young spinach or kale, every leaf carefully washed. Knowing that he must walk three miles to mail these, and knowing how little money he had made the gifts doubly precious.

When I received these little remembrances, I often thought of a comment our next-door neighbor made after he left that first morning. "Did you keep that awful looking man last night? I turned him away! You can lose roomers by putting up such people!" Maybe we did lose roomers once or twice. But oh! If only they could have known him, perhaps their illnesses would have been easier to bear. I know our family always will be grateful to have known him; from him we learned what it was to accept the bad without complaint and the good with gratitude to God.

Recently I was visiting a friend, who has a greenhouse, as she showed me her flowers, we came to the most beautiful one of all, a golden chrysanthemum, bursting with blooms. But to my great surprise, it was growing in an old dented, rusty bucket. I thought to myself, "If this were my plant, I'd put it in the loveliest container I had!"

My friend changed my mind. "I ran short of pots," she explained, and knowing how beautiful this one would be, I thought it wouldn't mind starting out in this old pail. It's just for a little while, till I can put it out in the garden."

She must have wondered why I laughed so delightedly, but I was imagining just such a scene in heaven. "Here's an especially beautiful one," God might have said when he came to the soul of the sweet old fisherman. "He won't mind starting in this small body."

All this happened long ago -- and now, in God's garden, how tall this lovely soul must stand.

The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)

Friends are very special. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear and they share a word of praise. Show your friends how much you care.... Pass this on, and brighten someone's day. Nothing will happen if you do not decide to pass it along. The only thing that will happen if you DO pass it on is that someone might smile (because of you).

Today the King Of Swords' message machine had an interesting message on it. What it said was, "May we all have a blessed new year 2005 and, remember with the coming of this new year are some 'friends' from other places and other spaces. I know exactly what time it is and nobody has ever been late for the Magical Appointment that is about to happen here! "

I know the King wants us to EXPECT MIRACLES!

The King of Egypt/Anubis today was in Giza, Egypt at the Great Pyramid. Anubis is a man in his 70�s and he climbed up to the Capstone area on top and spent the night there. He was working with the frequencies of Mother/Father God to do his mission as Anubis � to restore the Capstone Ethericly.

By returning the Capstone, Anubis is returning us to The Truth and the Value of Who We Are. And also the Knowledge of Who We Are! This allows us to correct our course.

The year 2005 has already arrived in Egypt as this report is being dictated. The King has already replaced the Capstone to be in alignment with a certain series of stars to the Earth. These are Sirius, Orion's Belt and the Pleiades. With the completion of the Pyramid by adding the Capstone, it then becomes the tool to effect change and now activates the generator beneath The Great Pyramid.

This combination will hold the axial excursion, or in this case, not only hold the axial excursion in place while the planet is traveling on its old normal orbit, but to hold it in place while it's traveling on it's NEW ORBIT.

To replace the Capstone at the same time means to lock The True Value on the course correction in place to prepare for all of Us to receive our Blessings.

The Pyramid on the dollar bill, with the Capstone on the top and the slogan, "In God We Trust", has now just been manifested. The dollar is now back to its original form.

In other words, That Which Was Supposed to Be -- IS! THIS MEANS THAT OUR TREASURY BILLS CAN BE DELIVERED TO US AFTER NESARA!

Looking back, what a dramatic year, truly one of great change that has also been one of great opportunity. Events of world proportions have challenged you time and again, and your answers have been a clear statement as to which side of the fence you are on. Things have reached such a level, that no longer can you sit back and just watch things pass you by. It has been a time of decision making, either you continue to accept the old way, or you must make a stand against what it represents and introduce the new. The ugliness of war has really hit home this year, and the vast majority of you have had enough of death and destruction. Your pleas and prayers have been answered, and by divine decree the higher forces have assembled ready to bring instant peace upon Earth. How do you enforce it you may ask, and the answer is simple, warring factions anywhere who refuse to put down their arms, will be disabled. Looking at more sophisticated weaponry, we can simply make it in-operative. Do not worry about hidden bases, where they believe that their secrets are safe, they will also be put out of action. All of this will be achieved without the use of force and no one will lose their life.

When you now consider the force of Nature and how Mother Earth has used it to start a major cleansing, you are beginning to see how things are finely balanced upon Earth and that you cannot repeatedly disturb it without repercussions. Indeed Mother Earth is always adjusting her position, but what you have now experienced is through the force of necessity. The time has been reached when action had to be taken as ultimately the Earth could have been destroyed. The Asian disaster shocked the world, and it has been your biggest catastrophe for over a century and you virtually saw it as it happened. You can feel for every soul that moved on through the natural process of death, and I tell you that they are elated and happy to be in the off-world dimensions where they have been received with great Love and care. They understand that it was their time to move on, and any trauma attached to their passing has already been overcome. What they have experienced is the amazing energies of Love and particularly Compassion, that have risen up from Earth in a great crescendo. I allowed this channel to feel it and he was so overwhelmed that a few tears were shed. You just do not realize what a magnificent energy you empowered, and it reverberated through the Heavens. These rosy pink energies have touched the hearts of so many people upon Earth, and it shows when you look at their massive response to the appeals for help. Dear Humans, you have been so wonderful and you have allowed a spontaneous response to the match the needs of the day. This situation is of course on-going and you are only at the start, but the impetus has begun. You will demand of your governments that they back the projects that will eventually restore the areas of destruction and give people every chance to re-build their lives.

What will come out of the ashes of the destruction, is that you will realize more than ever, how abhorrent war is and demand a stop to it. Natural disasters are accepted as part and parcel of life, but you look at the forces for war and see how contrived it all is, and you cannot comprehend any longer how there is justification for them to continue being a part of your life. Most problems are eventually settled at the negotiation table, and if the will is their in the first place wars could prove avoidable. A World Peace Keeping Force would make a lot more sense, but one armed with diplomatic power to make decisions and resole issues. But Man has got the bit between his teeth and will not let go until the world powers make a commitment to peace. There must be no more Iraq �s, no more false wars, and an end to them once and for all.

You are about to start a new year, and never has one held such high potential for good. It is to be the People�s Year, where they take control of their lives, and take control of their future. It will not be too long before certain earthly events trigger a whole cascade of events that will have your heads in a whirl. You are coming into the most unbelievable times, and you will pinch yourself to make sure you are not dreaming. Make no mistake, you will have earnt the opportunity to bring much advancement into your lives, it is the reality you have chosen. It is also the reason that the dark will no longer have any place upon Earth, and soon they along with their minions will be removed.

If you are amongst those who make New Year resolutions, please resolve to ever keep a focus on the whole object of what is taking place. It is your transformation into a fully conscious being. Think more generously where others are concerned, as there will be a lot of frightened people who are as yet, totally unprepared for what is about to commence. They will need your help to begin to understand where they stand, and are in danger of feeling isolated. All souls have an end-plan, and for the moment they need to be assured that they are also part of it.

Dear Ones, you are absolutely great beings and a credit to your aspirations to better yourself and manifest your Higher Self upon Earth. If only you could just once see yourselves as we do, you would have no doubt as to who you truly are, and I am going to tell you again, �Ye Are Gods�.

Aligning With The New World

Greetings!

Over the past few days, I have been finishing my unpacking, as I recently moved to a New area. When I first moved into this New house, I unpacked the kitchen and bathroom first, allowing me to be in a situation of "semi-order" so as to be able to function to a degree.

I had left much behind. I had sorted through all my belongings and purged what no longer fit or served me. I had left friends behind and an energy of Asheville, NC, that was totally different from where I now am in Flagstaff, AZ.

This was a big transition. As I settled into the New, much was different. I began to feel more and more comfortable and secure in all the "New" as I began to be able to function more and more in my New home. I had reached a sort of plateau of being here.

Then the day before yesterday, I decided it was time to unpack my office and
sewing room and get it organized and together. Thus began a whole new
experience of chaos, disfunction, a real mess of boxes and items everywhere
and what felt like a disaster all around me. I wasn't done yet, as I had not yet
moved TOTALLY into my New house.

I felt as if I had opened a whole new can of worms and had now to find New
homes for all of these items that had yet to be placed. I had gotten rather used
to my "plateau" of survival in my home so far, and now had to go through yet
another situation of re-aligning and settling in.

Like my own personal situation of transitioning, this is what we are also
experiencing now with the arrival of the 12:12 energies. We are not yet done
with the realigning and the transitioning. 12:12 brought Home here, and now
everything MUST match its vibrational tone. We are in yet another stage of
purging and restructuring in order to fit into this New World that has vibrationally arrived HERE.

And we are only beginning.

As there are various stages being felt by many, they can manifest in a variety of
ways, according to where we are individually in our evolutionary status. The

energies of higher vibration are pounding down upon the Earth, creating all sorts of things. We have experienced higher vibrationary alignments many times before, but this time is different as "the time is up". TIME"S UP. The New World is here and everything must now align. Get ready!

Things feel just plain weird, as we don't seem to be in one world or the other.
Nothing seems to "fit" and we may feel as though we don't know where we or
anything else belongs. Some have been experiencing strange and weird dreams
that don't seem to make sense. These are all transitional experiences. The Old
World is gone and is now only an illusion being kept alive if we choose to support it.

Some are reporting lots of energy in their crown chakras. Some are feeling a
sense of tension or pressure within. Edginess, short tempers and anger can be
created with this arrival of these pushing, forceful energies. Zero tolerance for
anything of a lower vibration (especially with our current "systems", thus the
readiness for the "rebellion"). Breathing may be affected. I, myself, have been
experiencing insomnia with all of this "pushing" energy.

In addition, my mind seems to be on overload, as I appear to be having some
kind of "life review" of all I had experienced up until this rebirth of the New World. Finding myself reviewing the past seems to be a final part of the process before totally letting go of the "old me" and my "prior life".

The more we try and "hold on" to all we have ever known and what we are
accustomed to, the more then, that we will re-create it with our minds again and
again. We have been "re-incarnated" into a whole New reality and experience,
and it seems only humanly that we still want to hold on to what is familiar.

Many are in different scenarios and stages of this "crossing over" as well. Some had created a plan, purpose or desire (I hesitate to use the term "contract" as that indicates something we are forced to do. We are never forced to do
anything, as we are just here to experience and to create. It seems that humans
love to make up spiritual "rules" based on negativity and punishment! It is simply not like that in the higher realms!)

These pre-birth desires are still intact with some, and they have decided to
remain "behind" until they are complete. I have a very close friend who came to "free the people" and is vibrationally ready in every way for the higher realms, but has chosen not to move forward until he has completed this particular purpose. (And is he tired of waiting! (but he is holding the energy of his soul's desire)).

Some are still waiting in regard to supporting each other as a soul agreement
they had before birth. When all are settled and where they need to be, they will
then "move on".

Others have different jobs that they planned out before they infused their energy into a human form. As we become "activated" naturally by the frequencies on the planet reaching a certain vibratory level, some are now jumping into action. My 23 year old daughter has suddenly declared that she MUST return to the west from NC. She has two bi-racial little ones and had totally infused herself into another culture. Even as a little girl, she had only wanted to bridge the races.

As her purpose then and contribution in raising the planetary vibration is now
complete, the newly emerging Lemurian energies are activating her to relocate to a new home in Hawaii and a re-connection with California. She has always
wanted to be there, and now the time has come. Even though she does not
know how, things will unfold in perfect order, I am sure. (And I am so delighted to be able to reunite with her as well!)

In the months to come, lightworkers will really jump into action. We will be called to assist, and at this point, we will be ready. Some are just finishing up final pieces of "clearing" from the past, but they are from "old" energy and are just ready to now finally be purged.

Our New role in creating the New World and holding the frequencies we have
always known is finally here. And we will LOVE doing what we came to do. It will feel oh so right. And with all of the old no longer "holding together" we will finally be received in a whole new way. The higher vibrations are the only thing that will be left intact, thus supporting us in every way.

Yes, the New vibrations from 12:12 are here and things are just trying to "fit" into them. This is why there will be so much upset in the months to come. Much, much will fall away. Many will leave as they had made their soul choices back in August and now with the arrival of the New World, the time has come.

But so much of the New ways are now ready to be revealed and to become our
New reality. If we focus on what is coming and not on what is leaving, we will feel oh so much better.

The other day I was out at my woodpile and happened to gaze upon the San
Francisco Peaks. There was so much higher vibrational energy emanating from
them, that I had to smile. It is here. It is here. This New energy is what is
causing what feels like "destruction" all around. Both are here, so why not
consciously focus on what feels better, thereby elevating ourselves into the
higher realms?

P.S. Because some have asked, a note about the tsunami: There will always
be a variety of interpretations on this or any occurrence, according to who is the
source. Ultimately, we all vibrate a bit differently and we all connect with different pockets of energy at different dimensional levels, thereby resulting in a variety or interpretations. As energy infuses itself into each of us, it refracts and emerges according to our individual vibrations. And in addition, as reality is just something we are making up and creating along the way, this results in many different interpretations as well. We have total freedom to create. This is what it is all about.

There is never a right or wrong interpretation, as we create our own world and

reality, as we are just making it all up. Pick the one that makes you feel the best. Pick the one that is in the most alignment with you. Pick the one that gives you a sense of peace and divine right order.

For me, I see and feel and "know" that the Earth has reached the end point of the Old World, and it is leaving. There will be more purification and cleansing. The New energies will emerge from the ocean. The time is up. We have waited a very long time to give all souls a chance to decide where they choose to be, and in addition, so many have opened to the higher realms of Source that the time has come.

(Even though this is a higher dimensional perspective, we are still human beings and still have tremendous feelings. That is the beauty and reason we love infusing our energy into human form. We love the emotions and feelings. Thus so, and even if we know the higher dimensional perspective, we are still feeling great sorrow, pain and compassion. Our hearts are open and we naturally desire to help somehow.

And in the higher realms, suffering does not exist. When we make our
transitions, we do not feel like we suffered at all. We know that this was just a
process. And again, at the human level, we really FEEL the suffering and it is
painful.)

But again, all souls made their decisions at the highest levels and all is in beauty and divine order, if we can see it that way. We are all going Home. We are all ecstatic at the soul level about this opportunity. All energy flows in the same direction in the higher realms. We are all in this together, including our Mother Earth, our political figures that spurred us on to summon something new, and our beautifully supporting planets.

There are representatives here on Earth from every star imaginable. We decided to come to have this experience and to thereby energetically infuse it back to our star families through our own experiences of evolution thereby creating this shift through the universe for all the stars to experience it as well.

And ultimately, we just made up this game as an expression of Source energy for something to do. We are just moving energy at the highest levels. But that is just MY interpretation.

Hello everyone on this bright and beautiful New Year's Day:

I used this stationary so the sky would like the sky outside my window today, at least that was true when I started. Now, since I stopped to eat a bite in between, the sky is again dark and cloudy, but in my mind and in heart, it is still bright and sunshiny outside. Then I used this angel which I snagged from one of Vivian's messages, as it sort of reminds me of someone beginning anew. If you are on-line today, Vivian, I thank you so much for this beautiful contribution to my message for today.

The when I looked for music, I wanted something that actually dealt with new beginnings in some way, but I did not have anything even remotely connected to that idea. So I just used the same music I used for yesterday, which is called 'New Day', and was a midi I received from Gaele in one of her daily messages.

I was able to get some new cards before the New Year began although I had to improvise today to use these cards because when I received the package a few days ago, the cards -- which are very small -- very missing. I contacted the seller who is associated with Amazon.com and she said she put them in, but, for some reason, when I got the package they were not there. I was at my wit's end bend because I had no idea how I would use them as they were in the book, but listed three to a page and I knew I could not select cards in that way. So when I contacted the seller and told her what had happened, she was very apologetic, and suggested that I make copies of each page and cut them into cards, thereby making my own deck. Later, when I next go to Wal-Mart, I will get some laminate and laminate them all and in that way, they will be easier to handle. But for today, I am just going to draw one of them.

These cards were initially designed as part of a board game by Joy Drake and Kathy Tyler at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland and were designed to be used to bring spirit into our lives and to help us find ways to stay in touch with our inner selves, providing insightful input into our thought patterns that can bring graceful change to our lives by providing perspectives.

If any of you would like more information on these cards, just let me know and I will provide it to you. Interestingly enough, these messages are very short but very powerful.

That said, let me get to the cards I drew today. Again, I went back to the practice of drawing two cards, one for the group and one for myself.

Today's card I drew for myself was the one on 'Transformation,' and today's message is: "Change happens when you take the responsibility for your awareness and apply it to your daily life, small moment by small moment."

And the card I drew for the group today was the one on 'Synthesis,' today's message is "Act with a win-win attitude. Use your creativity and sensitivity to blend all the diverse parts into a unified whole."

For this set of cards, that is the two messages for the day; I just hope some of you, at least, find some inspiration in what these cards are trying to tell us all.

For now, to each of you out there, have a beautiful and special day. And, Polly and all, I am not totally up to speed with all that happened about Bob because I have not had time to read all the messages yet that dealt with it. But, be that as it may, until I can read them all, I am just glad that he was able to get to Gaele's and receive some relief for all that happened to him. I did read the e-mail Shirley wrote where he was stranded due to having all his possessions, including his passport stolen. I am just glad the angels were on the job and enabled everyone to connect, Gaele's phone number shared so she could assist him and give him a place to stay until he could get a flight home. Isn't it wonderful and beautiful to have a network of people all around the world who can connect in this way and give someone help in a time of such great need? And, just think Bob and Gaele got to meet face to face -- how great is that!

I have always said Gaele is a true earth angel, and this is just more proof of that. Once again, I feel so blessed to be part of such a wonderful group of people from Polly on down who would get together and help someone out like this. That is why I am thankful each and every day that you are all part of my life.

The Law of Cause and Effect teaches each Child of Light and Love that every desire, thought, feeling, and sensation creates effects that come back to the one who creates them. All major events in life happen for a reason. Fate sets up causes which mature a soul into greater Love, Wisdom, and Divine Will for the highest good of all.

For example, when a person goes back in memory and feeling and relives horrible traumatic episodes in their lives to the point of delving into their deepest depths, they see in brilliant flashes of insight the wisdom and benefits that these carefully orchestrated events catalyzed in their soul.

Suppose a young boy is exposed to humiliating physical abuse by trusted family members. Years later, in facing painful feelings caused by this event, the adult self remembers the original wounding event that caused his ongoing feelings of shame and distrust. Through the virtue of Cause and Effect, he reawakens the memory of abuse in order to relive it over and over in his imagination and let the feelings flow to resolution. He knows that by feeling the feelings through of that original trauma, that change will come, and the feelings will process and heal.

As he remembers the event, and feels all the feelings, he realizes in his adult self that childhood abuse of this nature had been passed down for generations in his family, and that those who abused him were acting out the abuse that they themselves had suffered at a similar age. This is an amazing realization to his inner child self, who did not realize this at the time.

Both the adult self of this person and the young child self see the self perpetuating nature of such abuse. Both selves discover compassion and forgiveness for his family members, who themselves were unhealed victims. The adult self and the inner child self discover the resolve to heal themselves and break the family cycle of abuse. They also discover a deep desire to reach out and help other victims of childhood abuse to do the same thing.

Just as a fire purifies and refines gold, so do burning emotions caused by friction of polarity, in the experience of having a physical form, purify, transform, and refine a soul. This friction is caused by situations that have been attracted through past karma and intense feeling and longing for spiritual perfection.

Because Divine Consciousness and Life are everywhere present in a most subtle form, an incarnated soul learns to use the divine virtue of Omnipresence to unite individual consciousness with Divine Consciousness through deep intuition and meditation.

This is done through the virtue of omnipresence.

The Delta brainwave state of pure being, approximately 0 to 4 oscillations per second, is dominant in infancy and is also produced effortlessly and naturally during deep dreamless sleep.

In an incarnation in which enlightenment is realized, a person learns to remember the infant state and keep it alive, so that the experience of Pure Being and oneness with all is a daily conscious experience.

Various techniques are used to slow and deepen breathing to be like an infant in deep restful states.

I am so glad that you wrote to the group because one of the things I wanted to do today, without fail, was to check and make sure that you were okay. I am not real sure where you live, but when that tsunami occurred last week, I was really concerned for your safety. I am just so very glad you are okay.

Thanks so very much for this beautiful rose. It really made my day because this just happens to be my favorite rose -- anytime anyone asks me what kind of roses I would like to have, I always say one exactly like this one. So I plan to copy it for my graphics files so I can maybe use it again.

So thanks for sharing and I am so glad you are doing okay. I guess that is one prayer that has been answered for me recently.

Week of January 2nd, 2005

Week as a Whole:

Looking backward, it's clear I underestimated the power of the Mars -
Uranus square and overlooked the potential amplification from the
swelling Full Moon.  Astrology 101 keywords would be Mars in Sagittarius
(EXPLOSIVE EXPANSION) square (TENSION) with Uranus in Pisces (literally
EARTHQUAKE IN THE SEA). The earthquake hit roughly 8 hours after Mars
entered Sagittarius triggering the square to Uranus.  Here is the chart
using data from the USGS Earthquake Activity web site: Asian Earthquake.
http://www.celestialweather.com/images/tsunami.jpg Mars is at 10 o'clock
and Uranus is at 8 o'clock.  I also overlooked the link between Mars
moving into the "zero" degree and the Moon's nodes also moving into the
"zero" degree.  (The symbols for Moon's Nodes look like little earphones
and are found along the vertical axis in this chart.)  Linkage with
these sensitive points typically shows karmic expansion into a wider
than normal arena.  This certainly applies here.  This chart's energy is
further boosted by connection between Uranus and the coming Full Moon in
Cancer, a water sign like Pisces.  The Sun and Moon are just after 9 and
3 o'clock, respectively.  High overhead is Jupiter, just past 12
o'clock, linked with Neptune expanding the commonality of the suffering,
sympathy, and support efforts.  This will likely be the largest global
relief effort ever made.  Neptune always works to unify people; the most
obvious method is through a disaster like this (or extreme weather or
plague) where rank and privilege are put aside.  Notice also how the
event first expanded into international consciousness with the Moon
moving into the Full position last Sunday, and enlarged all week as Mars
closed on the exact square to Uranus.

This week begins with both Mercury and Venus, our personal planets,
aligning Monday and Tuesday with Pluto, Lord of Death.  Four planets in
Sagittarius will keep the world focused on long-distance relationships.
More and more of us will find ourselves touched by this global tragedy.
We can expect the tsunami to continue to dominate the media through next
weekend when the Moon aligns with Pluto, Mercury, and Venus in roughly
ten hours.  Monday's 3rd Quarter Moon

Mercury poised to form this unusual triple pattern at the 2 o'clock
position.  The Libran Moon is close to Jupiter (both at 4 o'clock) and
is tightly linked with Neptune at 12 o'clock.

Saturn and Chiron in the 3rd Quarter Moon chart are lie on the vertical
axis with Saturn at the base of the chart.  In the earthquake chart,
this same opposition is aligned along the horizontal axis.  Much of the
commentary on the web about Gaia Consciousness and the earth reacting to
human abuse seems to be suggested by this Saturn - Chiron opposition in
Cancer - Capricorn.  So is the opportunity to heal the excessive
political divisions that separate us today.

Saturn is precisely crossing over the U.S. birth Mercury location and
the triple alignment of Mercury, Venus, and Pluto re-emphasize the
long-term T-square pattern Pluto has been making with the U.S. Mars and
Neptune for many months.  Jupiter sits on the U.S. Saturn and Neptune is
directly overhead in the U.S. chart.  This is an opportunity to step up
and lead the world relief effort as a healthy channel for Neptune's
unifying and transformational energy.  Although violence, sadly, will
continue in Iraq as the U.S. pays the price for its thoughtless Mars
square Neptune delusions, taking an aggressive humanitarian lead
position can focus this same energy in healing.

By Friday the Sun has "perfected" the square with Jupiter (1 o'clock and
4 o'clock respectively).  This is an annual occurrence, and when it
involves Capricorn and Libra it symbolizes the need to integrate our
social lives with our societal lives.  All over the world people are
simultaneously making political connections and interpersonal
connections as they work together to bring aid to Asia.  None of us can
ignore world events this week, nor can we ignore the primary purpose of
our governmental agencies as they actually work to help people.

The 3rd Quarter Moon shines light on public matters and today we all
watch our politicians and governments in action laying foundations for
world unity.  The Moon will visibly pass over Jupiter at 5:23pm/8:23pm.
The light is on long-range relationships with Moon and Jupiter precisely
aligned in Libra.

Tuesday 4 January 2005

The Moon connects with the triple group of Mercury, Venus, and Pluto in
the early morning hours (PST) and then goes Void in square to Saturn at
6:20am/9:20am.  Mercury aligns with Pluto just over 3 hours later
extending yesterday's themes with an emphasis on communications.  At
4:00pm/7:00pm the Moon enters Scorpio, Pluto's house, ending her Void
period.

Wednesday 5 January 2005

Today is emotionally dark and serious with a Capricorn Sun and Scorpio
Moon.  Much can be achieved with a focused intent.  Treat all
commitments seriously.

Thursday 6 January 2005

The Moon links with Saturn at 10:29am/1:29pm as we firm up and finalize
some of our ongoing affairs.  A Void period continues from then until
7:44pm/10:44pm when she enters Sagittarius.

Friday 7 January 2005

Now five "planets" are in Sagittarius: the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars,
and Pluto.  All of them energized by Jupiter linked with Neptune.  We're
thinking long thoughts about distant goals.  Local and small seem
unimportant.

Saturday 8 January 2005

The same energy continues all day today as the Moon aligns with Pluto,
Mercury, and Venus in that order.  She goes briefly Void at
7:02pm/10:02pm and enters Capricorn at 8:11pm/11:11pm.  We're near a
personal transition because both Mercury and Venus are in the last
degree of Sagittarius and will enter Capricorn together tomorrow.

INTERESTING ARTICLE:

On December 10th, The Seattle Times ran an article
from Associated
Press by Richard Ostling entitled "Science nudges
atheist toward
God".  In the article he doesn't sound "nudged".
Rather he has
distinctly reversed a decades-long stand.

Antony Flew, an 81 year old "British philosophy
professor who has
been a leading champion of atheism for more than five
decades has
changed his mind.  He now believes in God - more or
less - based on
scientific evidence, and says so on a video released
yesterday."

He describes his "God" thus: "I'm thinking of a God
very different
from the God of the Christian and far and away from
the God of Islam,
because both are depicted as omnipotent Oriental
despots, cosmic
Saddam Husseins," he said. "It could be a person in
the sense of a
being that has intelligence and a purpose, I suppose."


The article describes the high points of his career as
a strong
proponent of atheism and then describes his change of
view. "There
was no one moment of change but a gradual conclusion
over recent
months for Flew, a spry man who still does not believe
in an
afterlife."

His reason for change: "Yet biologists' investigation
of DNA "has
shown, by the almost unbelievable complexity of the
arrangements
which are needed to produce [life], that intelligence
must have been
involved," Flew says in the new video, "Has Science
Discovered God?"

If this 81 year old professor, a prominent public
advocate of his
view, has changed his life-long stand, then something
is afoot.  What
might it be?

There are a number of ways to approach the falsity of
Darwinism.  If
you visit the evolution section of seekerbooks.com you
will find some
13 books on the subject.  Of all those books, the one
that seems to me
most related to the reasoning of Flew is "Darwin's
Black Box."  It is at

(It is at 40% discount now due to having aged.)

Here are two quotes from the back cover "Mike Behe ...
makes an
overwhelming case against Darwin on the biochemical
level.  No one has
done this before.  It is an argument of great
originality, elegance
and intellectual power.  For readers who have been
persuaded that
biologists have long since demonstrated the validity
of Darwinian
theory, Behe's observations are apt to be a source of
astonishment."

And again "Michael Behe has done a top-notch job of
explaining and
illuminating one of the most vexing problems in
biology: the origin
of the complexity that permeates all of life on this
planet ... This
book should be on the essential reading list of all
those who are
interested in the question of where we came from, as
it presents
the most thorough and clever presentation of the
design argument that
I have seen."

I agree with those two assessments.  Behe explains
that we now know
much more than Darwin did about the details of the
molecular design
of cells and how they work.  Darwin simply did not
have this molecular
knowledge available from the science of his day.  When
one sees the
details, they are simply too much to assign to chance.

For example, a well known argument against Darwinism
is to observe
that unless all details of the organ of the eye are in
place
simultaneously the eye will not function and will not
give "survival
value".  Behe looks at this traditional example (as
one amongst others)
quite carefully and takes it down to the molecular
level.  Once we
see what is involved at the molecular level - we can
no longer
reasonably accept chance as the source of the evident
design.

Here is one of his conclusions (p187):

"The impotence of Darwinian theory in accounting for
the molecular basis
of life is evident not only from the analyses in this
book, but also
from the complete absence in the professional
scientific literature of
any detailed models by which complex biochemical
systems could have been
produced, as shown in chapter 8.  In the face of the
enormous complexity
that modern biochemistry has uncovered in the cell,
the scientific
community is paralyzed. No one at Harvard University,
no one at the
National Institutes of Health, no member of the
National Academy of
Sciences, no Nobel prize winner - no one at all can
find a detailed
account of how the cilium, or vision, or blood
clotting, or any complex
biochemical process might have developed in a
Darwinian fashion.  But we
are here. Plants and animals are here. The complex
systems are here.
All these things got here somehow: if not in a
Darwinian fashion then
how?"

I will extract one last quote from Behe (p232) that
shows his writing
style at its peak.  Mostly I quote it for fun.  It is
long but I hope
you will also enjoy it.

"Over the past four decades modern biochemistry has
uncovered the secrets
of the cell.  The progress has been hard won.  It has
required tens of
thousands of people to dedicate the better parts of
their lives to the
tedious work of the laboratory.  Graduate students in
untied tennis shoes
scraping around the lab late on Saturday night;
postdoctoral associates
working fourteen hours a day seven days a week;
professors ignoring their
children in order to polish and re-polish grant
proposals, hoping to
shake a little money loose from politicians with
larger constituencies
to feed - these are the people that make scientific
research move forward.
The knowledge we now have of life at the molecular
level has been stitched
together from innumerable experiments in which
proteins were purified,
genes cloned, electron micrographs take, cells
cultured, structures
determined, sequences compared, parameters varied, and
controls done.
Papers were published, results checked, reviews
written, blind alleys
searched, and new leads fleshed out.

The result of the cumulative efforts to investigate
the cell - to
investigate life at the molecular level - is a loud,
clear, piercing cry
of "design!"  The result is so unambiguous and so
significant that it
must be ranked as one of the greatest achievements in
the history of
science.  The discovery rivals those of Newton and
Einstein, Lavoisier
and Schrodinger, Pastueur, and Darwin.  The
observation of the
intelligent design of life is as momentous as the
observation that the
earth goes around the sun or that disease is caused by
bacteria or that
radiation is emitted in quanta.  The magnitude of the
victory gained at
such great cost through sustained effort over the
course of decades,
would be expected to send champagne corks flying in
labs around the
world.  This triumph of science should evoke cries of
"Eureka!" from ten
thousand throats, should occasion much hand-slapping
and high-fiving,
and perhaps even be an excuse to take a day off.

But no bottles have been uncorked, no hands slapped.
Instead, a curious,
embarrassed silence surrounds the stark complexity of
the cell.  When
the subject comes up in public, feet start to shuffle,
and breathing
gets a bit labored.  In private people are a bit more
relaxed; many
explicitly admit the obvious but then stare the
ground, shake their
heads, and let it go at that.

Why does the scientific community not greedily embrace
its startling
discovery?  Why is the observation of design handled
with intellectual
gloves?  The dilemma is that while one side of the
elephant is labeled
intelligent design, the other side might be labeled
God."

Marvelous writing. Well, study Theosophy to learn
about the whole
elephant.  And hurray for the courage of Flew.

At the start of this letter I promised two events.
But the letter is
getting long.  Here is the beginning of an article

Sun describing the second event:

When talk at the high school here turns to the origins
of life, biology

community became

"intelligent design,"
which holds that the universe is so complex that it
must have been
created by an unspecified higher power.

Last month, the Dover Area School District board voted
to overhaul
its ninth-grade biology curriculum. It now requires
students to learn
about alternate theories to evolution, which holds
that Earth is
billions of years old and that life forms developed
over millions
of years.

Critics say it's a veiled attempt to require public
school children to
learn creationism, a biblical-based view that credits
the origin of
species to God.

The above story isn't over.  The ACLU is fighting to
prevent the
introduction into the public classroom  of evidence
that Darwin and his
materialistic hypothesis might be wrong.  Other legal
groups are
arraigned against the ACLU.

Such is the battle array.  I have no idea how this
will turn out in
the short run.  But in the long run, truth will out.

To put this in a more specifically Theosophical
context, as I mentioned
in the July issue of the newsletter, Madame Blavatsky
said "Modern
Science is drawn more every day into the ma�lstrom of
Occultism;
unconsciously, no doubt, still very sensibly."

We see now that our new-found molecular understanding
of the cell
has pushed us yet more in a direction that confirms
her assertion.
Flew's conversion, the discovery of molecular problems
for Darwinism,
the push for allowing the presentation in the
classroom of the facts
supporting intelligent design - all these are three
more steps in
the direction she predicted.

We maybe don't notice this advance of Theosophical
ideas on a
daily basis - but it is alive and active in the world
around us.

Dear Polly,

I agree with you that all tragedies whether human made or natural
need same level of compassion. Every human life is equally precious.
Thats why I feel that the prevailing injustice and selfishness of
humanity has a large effect on natural disorders. Another factor is
that nature is misused for self comforts.

This is what Hindu religion has proved that every action and thought
of ours causes a reaction in universe. The grand total of the
positive thoughts creates positiveness in world and negativity
causes such disorders. By living consciously, we can contribute good
waves to the universe.

Thats how our prayers work and if the prayer is through a group, it
gives better results. Human beings are very powerful and can make
this world beautiful or horrible through their actions and thoughts.

I hope, I am not offending anyone by saying so, but thats how I feel.

Dearest Savitri, I think I understand what you are referring to but wonder if is
not
slightly over exaggeration or slight out of context.  Don't you think such a
vast
and ever-expanding universe is capable of maintaining itself and is highly
synchronized in design and function?  I think our actions and thoughts have
affects
on the maya or the illusory reality.  I don't think we have any power over
planets
and galaxies.  We don't have the gravitational pull that planets do.  Am I
misunderstanding?  Also, I do not try to detract from your beliefs, but wonder
if
this is not something we should delve deeper into our studies.  Are you thinking
that continental plates won't always be moving around and the planet can be made
into solid stability by good behaviour on the part of humanity?  Again, let us
really try delving into these beliefs, perhaps to find references in the
scriptures
