Hello everyone:

I contemplated reading all of my messages before sending out this message, but decided to send this first, after reading just a few messages because time is getting away from me today, for some reason.

I tried to find stationery and music to match one of my card selections, but was unable to do so. I did, however, find a midi that is called 'Eternal Beauty' which came from Jalal Musical Compositions. At least that goes along with the subject of eternity.

I am doing these cards first because these are the ones that are hardest for me to read in the dark, so because it seems to be clouding up again outside, I wanted to be sure share these messages today.

That said, the card I drew for the group today was the one on: "The Phoenix: Mystical Firebird born of Sacred Flame; the Master Card of Rebirth and Eternity.

"The phoenix, sweet of song (also known as the garuda or sunbird), is said to have been the only living creature that was allowed to fly alive into paradise. Sacred to the sun, it was believed to live on the wing, having a life span of 500 to 1,000 years. Only one phoenix was alive at any one time and on the death of its parent, a splendid bird was born through Star Fire and from Sacred Flame, time after time. The phoenix, therefore, manifests the eternal cycle of time and existence, symbolizing the importance of old endings and new beginnings, with the extra element of starting each rebirth at a higher level.

"This card reveals that the time has come for you to be re-born in mind, body and spirit, to slough off your old life in order to face important new challenges. A wealth of possibilities awaits you; the phoenix and Raphael, angel of the sun, guide your steps. Do not feel daunted, for you will arise stronger and more beautiful from the ashes of your old self, empowering you to achieve new heights. The phoenix reminds you that the essence of all things in this reality may be transmitted but not destroyed, for life is everlasting."

Wonderful words today from this card deck, especially if you are feeling re-born in any part of your life or have decided to start some kind of new ventures after being down or feeling down for a while. I have always loved the picture of a phoenix rising from the ashes of anything, so if these words apply to you, I wish you much luck in anything you are doing differently in your life or any new endeavor you might be embarking on.

So now, the card I drew for myself from this deck was the one on: Sandalphon: Angel of Prayer, and Sahaqiel: Angel of the Sky; the card of guidance through divine awareness.

"In this reality, the invisible and the visible may merge as the veil between the two is so thin. However, you may have to learn to listen before contact is established. Lt the angel be your link to other dimensions. If you have not already found one or more white feathers (usually three), you will soon do so , and this symbolizes that the angels ask you to let them be your guides to spiritual direction. Sahaqiel assures you that the sky is the limit in this respect, but the choice is still yours.

"This card reminds you of your divine connection, from which you can always receive guidance. Sandalphon hears all your needs and conveys them to the creator on your behalf. Your prayers and invocations turn to beautiful flowers as they ascend to heaven. You must then await the response of angels, guides and masters to begin your spiritual journey. It is not always easy for them to make contact, and they may use your meditations, dreams, words from songs, or the message of these cards to awaken your consciousness to the world beyond the material. If you accept what is offered, learn to trust; synchronicity will then start to happen, opening the door to love and light."

Wow, once again the angels have seen that I get an answer to one of my many questions, this once concerning how prayers and invocations are answered if person does not have a direct connection to the angels, as some people seem to. I found the message in this card to be very insightful and to provide me with just what I needed to know today.

I hope each of you have a very special day today. For those in the U.S. where this is Friday, may your weekend start with providing you a lot of peace and a lot of pleasure, as well as a lot of happy and special times with your family, friends and loved ones. For those for whom the weekend has already started, just continue to enjoy it to the fullest.

This discipline automatically aligns us with all good things. All good things. it's perfectly fine to get it wrong sometimes. for me, I am always taking three steps forward to take two steps back. This is growth nonetheless.

AND NOW FOR TODAY'S TIP... A conflict with ZoneAlarm

Q. Hi. I love your newsletter tips and cool sites. After I
downloaded the ZoneAlarm firewall, I noticed that I could not
run Check Disk anymore. I am using XP Home. When I went to the
ZoneAlarm site, I found others were having the same problem. The
suggested fix was to download an older version (4.5) till 5.0 is
updated. I did as suggested, and the older version lets Check Disk
run with no problem. What do you think of this solution?

A. I checked with ZoneAlarm after getting this message. The company
confirmed that there is a conflict, and that people can use version
4.5 in the meantime.

Check Disk is the equivalent of ScanDisk, which was used in earlier,
DOS-based versions of Windows. It is used to check the hard drive for
problems, and to fix them. To use it, click Start>>My Computer. Right
click the correct drive (probably C:) and click Properties. Select the
Tools tab.

Click Check Now. Under options, select both boxes. Click Start. A
message will ask if you want to run Check Disk when the computer is
next started. Click Yes and reboot the computer.

But I think you are putting the horse before the cart. XP is a
steady, clean-running operating system. You require ZoneAlarm's
advanced protection much more than Check Disk, which needs be run
only occasionally.

According to the company, the problem should be corrected within
a couple weeks. I plan to stick with version 5. I'll worry about
running Check Disk after ZoneAlarm fixes the conflict.

Hello everyone once again:

I wanted to use another stationery, but none of the music I found satisfied me today because I did not feel that it was angelic enough, so I went searching and found this stationery and message, both from Polly. I don't know why but music that sounds like a harp (whether it is or not) always reminds me of angels. So if any of you out there have any more midis anything like this, I would be so grateful if you would share them with me to use with future messages.

For today, then, the angel wisdom words are: 'The Sacred Garden.'

Hello Polly:

I wanted to ask you this question because you know more about computers that anyone else I know on-line, especially since I cannot get in touch with my technician any more. He is having some kind of family problems and has changed his telephone number, so I am unable to reach him and really wanted to find out about this.

I know that you said in order to protect our computers we should have a virus protectant along with a firewall and also the Pest Patrol you mentioned. However, this is a very bad month for me in that I had some bills come up that I was not expecting so right now, I cannot even afford to buy something that costs $30.00 because of all the extra expenses. I could use my credit card, but I don't like to use that except for emergencies and since I have going to have to use it for the repairs on Geoff's car, with him paying me later, that is already covering my emergencies this month, so I need to do something else to protect my system this month, or until I have some extra money.

So my question for you is this. I read a column in my local newspaper every Tuesday, where a man named James Coates responds to computer questions. This past week someone wrote him about just this subject, and he gave a couple of options I wanted to ask you about.

He said that Windows XP has a free firewall as part of it, and that someone can get to it by going to My Network Places, then selecting Internet Connections and then looking for the Advances Tab where you will be able to find a check box to activate this fire wall.

I did just what he said; however, I was never able to find the Advanced tab to link into, so I am not sure what I did wrong. I tried all of these steps two different times and was never successful.

Doing all of that led me to doing everything I can to protect my system, so I have spent the afternoon doing all kinds of cleaning.

So I have another question for you. Mr. Coates also tells his readers that they can also get a free firewall through Windows that can be added to your toolbar, and I just wondered what you thought about this.

I have not experienced any problems lately, and my technician guaranteed me that I was totally protected from everything. But because of all the problems everyone else seems to be having of late, I just wanted to make doubly sure of that by adding a firewall.

I know this is Friday and that you are probably busy this afternoon and maybe even tomorrow, and if that is true, just write me back when you have time the next time you are on line.

I hope your day is progressing in the best way for you and that everything is falling into place for you just the way you want it to.

That was interesting Maria, thanks for sharing, and I thought I
mention that Zone Alarm asked me to download a new version just
today.  With my purchase I am guaranteed all the updates for a year.
After the purchase I was given the newest update, and today I was
given another update.  I wonder if the check disk problem was fixed
in this version.  I'm now using version 5.1.11.0, July 26, 2004

Here are the steps to activate your Windows XP Internet Firewall.

1.  Click the Start button, left low corner.
2.  Select Control Panel
3.  Double Click Network Connections.
4.  Double Click the icon that shows how you connect with the Internet
5.  Click the Properties button, lower left
6.  Click the Security Tab
7.  Click the Advanced Tab
8.  Put check mark in top box about the Internet Connection Firewall
9.  Click OK and close all the windows.

Love and the Law of Moses

Let your gestures be alive, spontaneous. Let your own awareness decide your lifestyle, life pattern.

Don't allow anybody else to decide it.

That is a sin, to allow anybody else to decide it.

Why is it a sin? --because you will never be in it. It will remain superficial, it will be hypocrisy. Don't ask anybody how to pray. Let the moment decide, let the moment be decisive, and the truth of the moment should be your prayer. And once you allow the truth of the moment to possess you, you will start growing and you will know tremendous beauties of prayer. You have entered on the path.

A famous story about Moses:

He was passing through a forest and he saw a man praying. The man was saying such absurd things that Moses had to stop. What the man was saying was profane, sacrilegious. He was saying, "God, you must be feeling sometimes very alone--I can come and be always with you like a shadow. Why suffer loneliness when I am here? And I am not a useless person either--I will give you a good bath, and I will take all the lice from your hair and your body..."

Lice! Moses could not believe his ears: what is this man talking about? "And I will cook food for you--everybody likes what I cook. And I will prepare your bed and I will wash your clothes. When you are ill I will take care of you. I will be a mother to you, a wife to you, a servant, a slave--I can be all kinds of things. Just give me a hint so I can come..."

Moses stopped him and said, "What are you doing? To whom are you talking? Lice in God's hair? He needs a bath? Stop this nonsense! This is not prayer. God will be offended by you."

Looking at Moses, the man fell at his feet. He said, "I am sorry. I am an illiterate, ignorant man. I don't know how to pray. Please, you teach me!"

So Moses taught him the right way to pray, and he was very happy because he had put a man on the right track. Happy, puffed up in his ego, Moses went away.

And when he was alone in the forest, a thundering voice came from the sky and said, "Moses, I have sent you into the world to bring people to me, to bridge people with me, but not to take my lovers away from me.

And that's exactly what you have done. That man is one of the most intimate to me. Go back and apologize.

Take your prayer back! You have destroyed the whole beauty of his dialogue.

He is sincere, he is loving. His love is true. Whatsoever he was saying, he was saying from his heart, it was not a ritual.

Now what you have given to him is just a ritual.

He will repeat it but it will be only on the lips; it will not be coming from his being."

There are two paths for those who seek Enlightenment. One of these is The Path of Perfection, and the other is The Path of Love and Holiness.

The Path of Perfection is the path of mastery. In this path lies knowledge and self discipline. This path is one of perfecting the spirit, the mind, the emotions, and the physical body, using ancient techniques of yoga and shamanism. This is the path of a spiritual warrior, a warrior who conquers the enemy within, and thereby conquers the enemy in the outer.

The other path, The Path of Love and Holiness, is the Mystic Path that we nourish for the Children of Love and Light.

The Mystic Path, the Path of �Anemalon�, is the path of attunement to the original blueprints of perfection, to Supreme Happiness, Omnipresence of Divine Being and Feeling, transformation of imperfection, the splendor and majesty of Divine Consciousness and Love, and transmutation into Perfection through eyes that see through Cosmic Love.

The light blue radiance of Wisdom and Enlightenment, the virtue of letter A, emanates from those who meditate on Divine Mind. In meditation, visualize yourself as a tiny dot in the solar plexus with the body as an entire Creation , swirling all around you. Visualize the light blue color of wisdom and enlightenment shining throughout all of your body from a tiny sun in your lungs, and feel the mystical faculties that come from mental unity with the original Divine Blueprints of Creation. Enliven this feeling by inwardly toning the letter soft A, ahhh, to the musical note of G ringing throughout. Fill yourself with a sensation of ease and relaxation. Feel the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, eloquence, artistic talent, and control over the beings of mind and air. As you do this, the purity of all original ideas in Divine Mind become known, and the Oneness of All Life is understood.

Then meditate on releasing all imperfection through the virtue of umlaut A,ae, shining with a loamy brown light from a tiny sun in the leg region, with the sensation of weight, to the musical note of C.

On the path of Love and Holiness, the self becomes the crucible of Divine Happiness that transforms everything around it.

Supreme happiness, the virtue of letter N of �Anemalon�, results in feeling the joy of the ONE BEING, the Unified Field of Life. Supreme Happiness bonds the mind with the heart.

Meditate on a dark red color radiating from a tiny sun in the abdomen, seen as a hollow space. Meditate on the highest state of happiness that can be imagined, a state of the supreme seventh heaven of delight.

Enliven the feeling of happiness by inwardly toning the musical note A while feeling a sensation of chill and coolness, for this is a virtue of the water element of feeling.

This virtue gives control over the drive for self-preservation and complete control over the feeling world. It gives control over the coherence of any material thing.

The next virtue of the mystic path is Omnipresence, consciousness that is united with Divine Consciousness and Being and ONENESS of ALL. This is the deep purple divine virtue of letter E.

Each step of this path requires a choice. It is the choice between focusing attention on the outer appearance of the Many or focusing attention on the indwelling presence of the One within the many.

Meditate on deep violet color shining from a tiny sun in the midriff area.

Visualize consciousness of deep purple color penetrating all and enliven the feeling of ONENESS by inwardly toning the sound of letter E to the musical note of D. Sense Divine Consciousness and Feeling-penetrating-all. Meditate on ONE LIFE that lives in all, like ONE tree that has many branches, leaves, and roots, yet is ONE TREE. Feel your unity with Divine Consciousness that fills all of space and all beings.

In Love and Holiness, we stand with you as the fires of bliss and purity remove any trace of separation between your soul and the One Being.

We open your eyes to see the Beloved in everything.

We help you to see and to understand that the Many ARE the One.

Even in beholding the presence of a beloved mate, the most fulfilling

experience consists in loving the qualities of The Divine, the transcendent presence of The ONE, as it is being expressed in the embodied form of the beloved, seeing into the deeper beauty of The Divine as it manifests in this person.

The One is the omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient indwelling DIVINE LOVE and Consciousness that exists inside all outward forms of the beings of the world and Creation; of spirit, mind, emotion, and form.

Omnipresence gives control over the feelings of self and others, because in this state the consciousness is one with all consciousness everywhere. Omnipresence unites individual consciousness with Divine Consciousness.

The Mystic Path is a path of devotion to feeling Divine Love flowing in each and every moment.

Flowing feelings of Divine Qualities are the change process of transformation. Flowing feelings are magnetism that attracts new realities on Earth. Flowing feelings and magnetism glow with the most beautiful blue green light, and are the essence of letter M of �Anemalon�.

Meditate on a beautiful blue-green color shining from a tiny sun in the abdomen, seen as a hollow space, that fills the body with a sense of coolness turning to chill. Inwardly chant the sound of letter M to the musical note D and enliven the FEELINGS OF flowing emotion and ecstasy.

In the flowing of this Love, enlightenment, letter A, walks hand in hand with feelings of supreme happiness and service to THE ONE.

All else falls away.

This is the greatest enchantment, and this enchantment creates bliss.

The loamy brown light of control over passion and negative beings is strengthened. Freedom from clinging to old paradigms, values, and possessions that no longer serve the highest good is heightened. We are the heavenly hosts who walk with you on this path of Love and Holiness.

We help you merge with the translucent olive green light of the sum total of all the divine virtues taken together, the virtue of letter L. All of these divine virtues reveal the splendor and majesty of the Divine. This splendor awakens feelings of awe, and gives true spiritual morality, courage, vitality and endurance, and the drive for self-preservation in self and others. Brief **Bullet** summary of tonight's Tree Commission Hearing and outcome:

*Tree Commission opts to hear the "tree" case anyway, even though AHFH not owning the land invalidates their subdivision application.

    There was a shocking surprise tonight at the tree commission hearing. A completly new and unexpected factor came into play...Does Atlanta Habitat of Humanity

own the 11 acres on which they are planning to build a subdivision?? The jury is out.

Charles Brown, attorney for Joel Sadler, surprised the Tree Commission this evening by making a request for a continuance based on disputed ownership of 4 of the 11 acres. He said that his client, Joel Sadler, possesses a certified warranty deed as proof of ownership of 4 of the 11 acre forest in Lakewood Heights, claimed by AHFH for their proposed subdivision.. He said that soon he would be filing an injunction to prevent HFH from proceeding with any tree removal.   He explained why Mr. Sadler had strong claim to title, and told the TCC that he intends to prove before Superior Court that Atlanta HFH does not possess true ownership of these 4 acres. On that basis (i.e. that AHFH's application for a subdivision was illegal) he suggested that the TCC needed to grant a continuance during which the title fight is adjudicated.   The TCC refused Sadler's plea for a continuance and voted unanimously to hear the tree appeal tonight anyway. Even though the TCC refused to grant the delay to Mr. Sadler and his attorney, Mr. Brown, the superior court trial will still require a time delay, of perhaps a month or more, during which time the "disputed title" case is litigated.

Lakewood Heights was represented by Jack White, an environmental mediator, and Robert Reed of Village Habitat Design. They appealed to A.HFH and the TCC for a 30 day continuance so that a compromise could be reached between A.HFH and the residents of the Lakewood neighborhoods. They presented the Environmental PDH Zoning subdivision plan that would fulfill A.HFH's goal to build 41 houses, save significant expense of road building (making it unnecessary to build 1000 feet of the new roads) and save half the forest to appease the residents of NPU-Y, NPU-Z, the Brownsmill Comm. Asso. and LHCCA. The following is the gist of the arguments and events as we made our appeal tonight....

The Tree Ordinance states that whenever possible, designs will be favored that save AS MANY MATURE TREES AS POSSIBLE. Even so, Tree Commissioner William Fuller spent a long time arguing against the Environmental PDH design presented by Robert Reed of Village Habitat Designs. Many of Mr. Fuller's statements contradicted proven benefits that Environmental PDH Zoning has demonstrated in four other nationally acclaimed, Environmental PDH, subdivisions here in this area. We wondered if there is a self defeating "conflict of interest" having a tree commissioner who is so adamantly opposed to the only zoning designation which saves trees, "Environmental PDH" .

Several immediate neighbors on Harper and Brown's Mill Roads rose to speak against the A.HFH design plan. It was also pointed out that

A.HFH had not cooperated with the neighborhoods, nor incorporated our ideas into their plan. Inconsistences that "do not compute" such as

their claim to preserve 55% green space, a claim A.HFH made tonight, was shown to be impossible to deliver, given their current design plan. Our offer to A.HFH by the citizens to take a month to reason together and find a better way was repeated.

Phil Bradley, attorney for A.HFH, then proceded to point out that none of the above is pertinent to the Tree Commission's purpose and function. He said that land ownership, zoning, and neighborhood-developer mediation do not fall within the TCC's jurisdiction, and that the appeal could only be judged on the basis of whether AHFH's current plan was in accordance with TCC statues, specifically whether the arborist had made any mistakes in approving the A.HFH design plan.

In our final rebuttal, LHCCA (by Jack White & Michael Schlosser) pointed out the illegality of approving a design plan if the application for a subdivision underlying it was submitted alleging false information about who owns the land, and thus, that this kind of ruling does fall within the legitimate purview of the TCC jurisdiction. These two representatives of the neighborhoods pointed out the discrepancy between clearing for a road on level ground (60 foot path, as in VHD's environmental plan) versus the much wider clear cutting swath (120+ feet) needed for A.HFH's plan where often roads were plotted across very steep terrain.  Our objection was that roads need to be laid out on level ground to save trees.

Based apparently on Mr. Bradley's summation, The Atlanta Tree Commission approved AHFH's current plan.

It is interesting to us that win or lose--regardless of the outcome of tonight's appeal before TCC, A.HFH is going to be stalled for at least 30 days during which time the legal dispute over ownership of "their" property will be tried in superior court.  What a perfect opportunity, at NO RISK TO them, for A.HFH to show good faith--"walk their talk" of claiming to cooperate with, and listen to, the community for a month. A.HFH can't move ahead with their subdivision for at least a month in any case.   We could all have taken advantage of the unavoidable "legal" delay by giving it a mutual, good faith effort to negotiate a "win-win" during these 30 days. We can't imagine what possible harm it would have done to agree to mediation during this 30 day waiting period? They would certainly be under no obligation to agree to our proposals, and they could have "broken off" discussions at any time if they felt the discussions were unproductive.  Regardless, they refused mediation.

Within the next 6 days, we have to decide whether to appeal this decision of the TCC before the superior court. It now appears to us that we

have a valid basis for making such an appeal before superior court, but we may first watch what happens with the upcoming litigation over

disputed ownership of the 4 acres. Never a dull moment.

Dear Ms. Martin:

We want to make sure that a couple of points about our reaction to your proposal are clear, and we have a request and a proposal (attached) for you.

1. We do not oppose the concept of Habitat housing on the site; we oppose this particular design for a very specific reason. It removes many - almost all, we believe, after construction of the actual houses - of the mature trees, whose numerous benefits to our community and the City at large cannot be replaced for many decades by the small saplings that will be planted later. (1)

2. There are viable alternative plans acceptable to the City of Atlanta that will provide the number of housing units you seek and save a vast number of the mature trees on the site. Acknowledging the struggles that Rick Sibley encountered when he proposed alternatives to Site Development, we asked Clay Preston and Robert Reed at Village Habitat - whose business specializes in alternative designs that have been built all over the metropolitan area and who have won many local, regional and national awards - to examine the challenges of this particular site. They have put together a plan that in their professional judgment will accommodate Habitat�s traditional house plans, provide the same number of units on the site, and save approximately 50% of the mature trees while lowering construction costs. The latter point is surely important; Mr. Preston's and Mr. Reed's cost estimates acknowledge that there would be additional costs involved in re-conceptualizing this plan, but in their view and experience, most of them would be offset by lower building costs.

Additionally, their plan sets aside certain land to remain natural, focused on buffers with large mature trees. We acknowledge your previously expressed reluctance to sell any of the land you own here, but we have identified funds for greenspace protection and are willing to commit them to purchase any protected areas for their remaining market value after the development rights have been utilized and put them into a permanent conservation easement. This would provide additional funding to help defer any additional costs to you and would be a huge permanent amenity and benefit to our community, including our new neighbors in this development.

3. We ask that you and the applicable professionals in your organization take a serious and critical look at Mr. Preston's and Mr. Reed's plan and see if their basic premises are valid. And we ask that you use all of your skills and energy to work with them and us to find a viable way to use their approach as a basis for this development in our neighborhood. We pledge to you that within such a context we will employ our energies and abilities toward reaching a successful and mutually acceptable conclusion to these challenges.

Additionally, we recognize and regret how difficult it has become for the local neighborhoods and Habitat to communicate. No doubt everyone could have done a better job in this respect; we certainly wish that we had done some things differently. As we discuss these matters in the larger community, we find many friends of Habitat who � whatever their opinion of this situation - appreciate the organization's historic mission and want the dialogue on this to continue. Surely that good advice offers us all the potential for the best possible outcome. To that specific end, we are willing to use appropriate mediation services to help us all work together (if you believe that would be helpful), and we will try very hard to bring to the table those folks who can develop a good resolution to these issues.

This is a time to stay unentangled. Do not get caught up in things. If you are free from disorder, compulsion and vanity, you can act spontaneously and confidently. Free yourself from anger, lust and hatred or greed fro gain. You can gain the capacity to act directly. This can begin a new time. It offers fundamental success, profit and insight. If you do not correct yourself, however, you will continually make mistakes through ignorance or faulty perception. Then nothing you do will be of any use. Action now is inspired by the Spirit of Heaven. Proceed in this spirit, Step by Step. If you do that, success will be your fate. If you become entangled and loose the connection, how could you do anything right.

OPPOSITION, DISCORD; CHANGE CONFLICT INTO CREATIVE TENSION THROUGH AWARENESS

This is a time of discord and opposition. People move in different directions. Adapt to each thing and do not impose your will. This will open the way. It will enable you to clarify things and set them into creative tension. Diverging implies turning away. It is turning away. It is what is outside, strange and foreign. You must be able to join things and separate them through brightness and awareness. For example Heaven and earth are opposed to each other, but they work together. 10. Worth

On the virtues of uselessness

Don't be bothered too much about utilitarian ends. Rather, constantly remember that you are not here in life to become a commodity. You are not here to become a utility--that is below dignity. You are not here just to become more and more efficient--you are here to become more and more alive; you are here to become more and more intelligent; you are here to become more and more happy, ecstatically happy.

Lao Tzu was traveling with his disciples and they came to a forest where hundreds of carpenters were cutting trees, because a great palace was being built.

Almost the whole forest had been cut, but one tree was standing there, a big tree with thousands of branches--so big that ten thousand persons could sit under its shade. Lao Tzu asked his disciples to go and inquire why this tree had not been cut yet, when the whole forest had been cut and was deserted.

The disciples went and they asked the carpenters, "Why have you not cut this tree?"

The carpenters said, "This tree is absolutely useless. You cannot make anything out of it because every branch has so many knots in it. Nothing is straight. You cannot make pillars out of it, you cannot make furniture out of it. You cannot use it as fuel because the smoke is so dangerous to the eyes--you almost go blind. This tree is absolutely useless. That's why."

They came back. Lao Tzu laughed and he said, "Be like this tree. If you want to survive in this world be like this tree--absolutely useless. Then nobody will harm you. If you are straight you will be cut, you will become furniture in somebody's house. If you are beautiful you will be sold in the market, you will become a commodity. Be like this tree, absolutely useless. Then nobody can harm you. And you will grow big and vast, and thousands of people can find shade under you."

Lao Tzu has a logic altogether different from your mind. He says: Be the last. Move in the world as if you are not. Remain unknown. Don't try to be the first, don't be competitive, don't try to prove your worth. There is no need. Remain useless and enjoy.

Of course he is impractical. But if you understand him you will find that he is the most practical on a deeper layer, in the depth--because life is to enjoy and celebrate, life is not to become a utility. Life is more like poetry than like a commodity in the market; it should be like poetry, a song, a dance.

Lao Tzu says: If you try to be very clever, if you try to be very useful, you will be used. If you try to be very practical, somewhere or other you will be harnessed, because the world cannot leave the practical man alone. Lao Tzu says: Drop all these ideas. If you want to be a poem, an ecstasy, then forget about utility. Remain true to yourself.

More often than not, we respond from emotions that have been built and maintained on the idea of "survival." More often that not, we look to our past to make our decisions now. Something happens that pushes a well placed button, and we go into "auto-freak" mode. In THAT moment we take the wheel and go off road.

If our daily spiritual practice could include the discipline of PAUSING before we react, RELEASING the past as our teacher in any current emotional situation, and then the courage and the faith to RESPOND with our Highest Mind, we would grow *up*. This discipline automatically aligns us with all good things. All good things. it's perfectly fine to get it wrong sometimes. for me, I am always taking three steps forward to take two steps back. This is growth nonetheless.

Swirl and breathe the colour all through the Sacral area.

Imagine the glow of this colour from the sun, swirling through the whole of your body, healing and cleansing.

Now imagine the sun in a bright blue sky and bring to you the colour of this blue into the same point of your sacral area.

Allow the communication of this colour to move through each part of your body.

Feel the movement of colour as it peacefully moves across your shoulder blades and down your spine, through your torso and into your legs.

Wriggle your toes as it moves into your feet.

Now move the colour back up your body and into your arms.

When emotions are running at full power, magnetic attraction is at its peak.

Pebble Story

Many years ago, when a person who owed money could be thrown into jail, a merchant in London had the misfortune to owe a huge sum to a money-lender. The money-lender, who was old, ugly and wicked, fancied the merchant's beautiful teenage daughter. He proposed a bargain. He said he would cancel the merchant's debt if he could have the girl instead. Both the merchant and his daughter were horrified at the proposal.

So the cunning money-lender proposed that they let Providence decide the matter. He told them that he would put a black pebble and a white pebble into an empty money-bag and then the girl would have to pick out one of the pebbles. If she chose the black pebble, she would become his wife and her father's debt would be cancelled. If she chose the white pebble she would stay with her father and the debt would still be cancelled. But if she refused to pick out a p! ebble,her father would be thrown into jail and she would starve. Reluctantly, the merchant agreed. They were standing on a pebble-strewn path in the merchant's garden as they talked and the money-lender stooped down to pick up the two pebbles. As he picked up the pebbles, the girl, sharp-eyed with fright, noticed that he picked up two black pebbles and put them into the money-bag. He then asked the girl to pick out the pebble that was to decide her fate and that of her father.

Imagine that you are standing on the path in the merchant's garden. What would you have done if you had been the unfortunate girl?

+Refuse to take a pebble?

+ Point out that there are two black pebbles in the bag and expose the money-lender as a cheat ?

+ Take a black pebble and sacrifice yourself in order to save your father from prison?

None of the suggestions in this situation is very helpful, for if the girl does not take a pebble her father goes to prison, ! and if she does take a pebble, then she has to marry the money- lender.

NOW, THINK LATERALLY! What do you think the girl did??

The girl in the pebble story put her hand into the money-bag and drew out a pebble. Without looking at it, she fumbled and let it fall to the path, where it was immediately lost among all the others. "Oh, how clumsy of me," she said, "but never mind - if you look into the bag you will be able to tell which pebble I took by the Colour of the one that is left."

Since the remaining pebble is of course black, it must be assumed that she had taken the white pebble, since the money-lender dare not admit his dishonesty. In this way, using lateral thinking, the girl changes what seems an impossible situation into an extremely advantageous one!

MORAL OF THE STORY: Complex problems do sometimes have an easy solution its only that we dont attempt to think. So, forget the complexities & SIMPLY....THINK !!

Beloved,

Trance states of ecstasy and bliss happen naturally when visioning Perfection manifesting throughout all Creation.

We are the Angels of Trance and Ecstasy. We assist the Children of Light and Love to bring forth the Original Divine Blueprints of Perfection and feelings of harmony, love, transformation and transmutation, and supreme happiness into the world.

Often when you look about you and see suffering in the eyes and bodies of people and other sentient beings, the desire to bring them enlightenment, happiness, harmony, and justice, wells up within the heart.

Even though their suffering is oftentimes considerable, when the Children of Light and Love enter into ecstatic trance states and enliven the ORIGINAL DIVINE BLUEPRINTS OF PERFECTION OF CREATION, TRANSFORMATION, TRANSMUTATION and SUPREME HAPPINESS THROUGH THE POWER OF THE WORD, suffering is changed. This experience of transformation and transmutation into Perfection becomes the fertile soil in which the Flower of Understanding, Compassion, and surrender to the highest truth grows.

This is why it was written, �Give thanks for all things. All things work for good for those who believe. God�s love is like the sun, it shines equally on the good and bad alike.�

We teach you how to encircle each and every being with the energy of joy, ecstasy and rapture through the power of the word and the divine virtues of �Ahahbon�.

We help the Children of Light and Love bring forth the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.

Enlightened people have always used ecstasy and trance to unite Heaven and Earth.

Powerful flowing feelings of high ecstatic trance states attract new realities into physical form. Powerful trance states of bliss and ecstasy attract the highest Perfection into form on the physical plane with maximum efficiency and minimum effort.

Call forth angels of inspiration to guide your visualization to attune to the most perfect ecstasy for yourself and for those you desire to uplift.

Feel the ecstasy of unconditional love and happiness and bliss in your heart.

Use the divine virtues of �Ahahbon� with the meditation of THE POWER OF THE WORD to attune to ecstatic vision and flow with intent and feelings of greatest rapture and supreme happiness. Then as you breathe out, will, visualize the colors of the divine virtues, and feel your breath filled with this rapture, surrounding and filling the people whom you are blessing. On the inbreath visualize, feel these intentions and feelings coming back into your physical body Universe.

Continue doing this in prayerful attunement, visualization, feeling, and focus, calling on us to help you and them. As you are doing this we, the Angels of Ecstasy and Rapture do our part.

There are two very important truths that we wish to emphasize. One is that you must be as a little child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The other is that all that the Master did, you shall do also.

So you see, these great works MUST be so simple that a little child can do them.

Through the light blue light of wisdom and enlightenment, the virtue of soft A of �Ahahbon�, a Child of Light and Love taps into the highest truths of the enlightened mind and enlightened states of consciousness.

Eloquence, poetic and artistic talents as well as clairvoyance, clairaudience and higher states of consciousness awaken with this virtue.

Wisdom, soft A, awakens the loamy brown light of transformation, the virtue of umlaut A, ae, which enables a person to release any reality in the realms of will, thought, feeling, and form that no longer serve the highest good in a current situation.

This virtue reveals the truth of the mysteries of life and death, namely, that there is no death, there is only transformation from one state into another. When a Child of Light and Love experiences Divine states of ecstasy and trance, he or she �dies� to previous ways of desiring, of thinking, of feeling, and even of experiencing the physical world. He or she is �reborn� into new desires, new thoughts, new feelings, and new physical realities.

This virtue, the power of transformation, gives control over passion and negative beings.

Then, through the silvery violet light of The Power of the Word, a person creates with the qualities of Divine Consciousness and Feeling, receiving and sending out spiritual impressions symbolically in terms of mental pictures or visualization, and feeling, the electro-magnetic fluid, in the microcosm of the physical body and then in the macrocosm of the outer reality. In other words, the heavenly hosts of �Ahahbon� help a person develop and use clairvoyance and other mystical faculties to create and receive divine virtues, which is known as The Power of the Word.

Through the light blue light of wisdom and enlightenment, visualization of the Original Perfect Divine Blueprints of Creation are energized, releasing all imperfection on every level.

The heavenly hosts of �Ahahbon� help a person further develop The Power of the Word, using the dynamic creative power of each letter to create new realities with divine virtues.

Each letter represents a divine virtue, and is uttered with visualization of color, meaning, feeling, sound, and sensation,.

Through the light violet light of the virtue of Universal Consciousness, letter B, the understanding and mastery of polarity is gained. A person learns to charge physical objects with great power and transformational energy, so that physical objects hold the power of ecstasy and trance.

With the ultramarine blue light of the divine virtue of Justice and Harmony, the virtue of letter soft O, we teach the evocation of contentment, poise, and a sense of impeccable justice that yields satisfaction, confidence, and infallibility. With this virtue, interferance by Divine Providence for the sake of Justice and Harmony is understood. This awakens the Power of Transmutation, the power to transmute all into their underlying Original Divine Perfect Blueprints. Transmutation is made possible by cognition brought about by Ecstatic Love Divine, the virtue of umlaut O, oe, shining with a deep orange light.

Then, through the deep red light of the virtue of Supreme Happiness, the virtue of letter N, feelings of the seventh heaven of delight enable a person to connect all levels of consciousness to ecstatic states. Supreme Happiness empowers a Child of Light and Love to facilitate enlightenment of others, and solve any problem.

Note: At this time, many beings of other planetary spheres are helping the Earth to move into a Golden Age of Unconditional All-encompassing Love and Perfection. They are responding to the Law of Free Will, for many of Earth have ASKED, of their own free will, for their assistance.

This is a particularly critical time to reach out telepathically to

these beings who have come with the express intention to serve the unfoldment

of the light on Earth. Many of them come from highly advanced civilizations, far removed from us, and in some cases have not been in contact with the earth for a long time.

Since they are capable of helping us restore Earth to a perfect state on all levels, please remember to ask them, from inner guidance, for whatever assistance you feel is needed.

This is a time to offer vast and comprehensive visions of healing and enlightenment if you are so guided.

Remember that those who are here to help are highly evolved. Some of them have technology that is millions of years more advanced than ours, and they are working under the Law of One, the highest good of all concerned.

They are answering individual requests for healing and enlightenment as well as requests for the Earth as a whole or any part thereof. If you specify that the answer to your prayer be governed by the Law of One,

then whatever you have asked for stands the best chance of being granted.

Otherwise,

sometimes a request may have contradictory aspects that only become apparent

from a higher perspective that encompasses all the ramifications and future consequences of the request.

An excellent guideline for prayer is to emphasize a graphic visual image of the wonderful end result that you are co-creating. For example, if you are asking for the earth to be restored to its pristine purity of the �garden of Eden�, visualizing the appropriate, beautiful scenes of lush clean forests with clean running streams enhances the power of the prayer.

As with all requests, it is effective to ask a minimum of three times over a period of a few days or more. They determine in this way that the request is well thought out and that resulting changes are expected and will be met with gratitude and love instead of surprise and alarm. Keep in mind that requests for mental, emotional, and physical healing may result in unusual sensations and symptoms, occur in stages, and require time for recuperation and assimilation.

If we could all meet in this ecstatic, radiant spirit form during our dreamtime, and surround the soul beings living in Sudan, we would be imparting our best spiritual love and essence to heal their wounded love and spirit. Of course there are the many other places too, but could we first unite together for one spot and then move later on to another. I'm not sure at the moment what the two week focus has been with Jean Hudon's focus group. Have any of you been in consort with those meditation focuses? I've fallen away lately from staying abreast with his newsletters. If they are not surrounding an area with unconditonal love and ecstatic radiance, let's choose to do so.
