Description

We are a group of people dedicated to the love, protection, nourishment and enlightenment of all beings and the elements of life itself (earth, water and air). We invite you to join us as we strive to co-create a new model of community that is based on mindful awareness, peace and non-violence, compassionate love, insight and deep ecology. This is a gathering place for all those who share this vision and want to connect with others to co-create community, exchange inspiration, information, ideas and transformational practices that will lead us to peace with ourselves, each other and nature in the present moment.
There are many ways to be involved with this great vision and to heal, transform and evolve yourself. The most effective of these is to practice mindful awareness through meditation and kindness towards all life through non-violence and love. Some of the most helpful practices for evolving our consciousness that we are working with are the following:

- Loving-kindness towards all beings and all life including enjoying the present moment, emotional healing, deep gratitude, non-violence, smiling, laughing, singing, praying, wishing happiness for others, rejoicing when good things happen to others and working for the well-being of all life including your own.

- Mindfulness including sitting, walking, standing, chanting, singing and silent eating meditation.

- Veganism, rawfoods, wholefoods, pure water, clean air, time spent in nature hiking, swimming, camping and meditating, fasting, martial arts, yoga, dancing, movement, resistance training and sweatlodges.

- Organic growing methods and permaculture principles for fruits, nuts, seeds, vegetables, wildcrafting and harvesting of herbs, mushrooms, sea vegetables and roots and water catchment systems.

- Natural building with cob, strawbale, timberframes, earth plasters and floors, stone foundations and garden walls, thatched roofs, reclaimed and recycled materials and bamboo.
