This is not a gender-specific cause favoring either fathers or mothers, as the true enemy is your state's family courts. The government that is allowing and promoting gender injustice is the problem, not any specific gender. If your custody case was done under, or is in the current jurisdiction of this state, then please join this particular Yahoo group, so that you can stay informed of the relative breaking news, action alerts, and to share otherwise valuable information amongst the other parents who are also in your situation. We want our children back. We want our children's children free of these Constitutional Violations. We will gladly accept your efforts toward return of the Constitution to LA Courts and government. Just don't count on getting anything other than the basic rights granted by God, Nature and Evolution for you and your children's children. As a matter of fact, look for it to cost you a little bit of money. Mailing letters, coming to court, hell, I'm up for Civil Disobedience to require media coverage, if need be. Based on Family Courts removal of the Constitution and some Criminal Courts removal of the Constitution it's is not very likely the courts will suddenly discover the Constitution. One never knows until they try.
