Welcome to Long Beach Stitch 'N Beach, where knitting ROCKS! We formed our group in February 2004 through Meetup.com to meet other avid knitters and crocheters, and to make new friends.

Our group meets every Wednesday night, the official time is from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (however, feel free to come as early as 5:30!) Locations alternate between Panera Bread Cafe in Lakewood! Buster's Beach House in Long Beach (Alamitos Bay Marina) and Ecco's Pizza in Long Beach, depending on the week. See the Calendar for additional information.

Come be a part of our group! New people, don't be shy! We are a very friendly bunch of people who love to laugh, share knitting patterns & advice, cry over our knitting woes, help each other and make new friends. Crocheters are welcome too, of course! (Many of us do that too!) We welcome ALL levels of experience. Among our ranks we have teachers, artists, athletes, mothers, engineers, nurses, government officials, marathoners, you name it.
