HDGYC/Lightning Fleet 192’s mission is too create a fun, competitive, learning environment for both owners and crew interested in sailing and racing Lightning sailboats.

Fleet 192 sails out of Tidewater Marina in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Havre de Grace is located at the head of the Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Susquehana River. We sail in fresh water with a little current to make things interesting. Racing is right off the Marina, so it is a short sail to the starting line.
