BEWARE! JUNE 12, 2006 UPDATE:Here's my new policy for business related ads posted by agents and small business people living here in the Philippines. From now, June 12, 2006 all posts must include PRICES and at least one other competitor's prices which is of similar quality, location and with similar specifications. As I skim over the many few hundred posts here it looks like I will be deleting and banning many members and their posts.

WHY? because I detest paying too much for ANYTHING and just realized I'd hate for any of the members here to be sold something or some service which is overpriced. Throughout the last 20 years, even inside our own business location we have advised potential guests / customers of competing businesses which may serve their needs better than we could. Also we advise our customers to travel outside Metro-Manila ASAP meaning we'd rather lose a night's rent than feel like we'd be less than honest to advise them to stay longer to see something that isn't that great.
