WHAT THIS IS: Life Happens is an effort to network with other poz gay men in the Tampa Bay area for positive social and recreational events. This group is open to all gay men regardless of status but it's focus is on getting poz gay men and their friends in the Pinellas County area out and about and enjoying life with men who understand the ups and downs of being poz.
THIS IS NOT a sexual activities networking group. The focus of the group is recreational activities in Florida as a group. Whatever you choose to do as a follow up to the recreational activities is your business, but we want the focus of this Yahoo Group to be on fun activities that one can use to get out and about in the area with other poz guys and "get out of ourselves" for a while. There are plenty of chat rooms and chat groups for "hooking up". However, feel free to post G-rated pics and to contact each other. Hopefully, you'll already have more in common as a member of this group than not and you will meet new "friends". Also, the Bookmarks section will contain Poz websites that will help you meet new people that are looking to date/hookup/etc.
The moderator will also attempt to use the calendar feature to it's fullest by posting activities that may interest all members.
This group is "unlisted" and will not be listed in the Yahoo Group directory by request of the moderator. This group will remain moderated to assure that all postings are related to the subject area.
