Lezhike lesbian hiking group of southeast Michigan. This group is for adult lesbians. More than 175 women are on the email list. About 12 to 15 turn out for each hike. Newcomers show up each time-really! Most hikers are in their 30's to 40's, some in their 50's and 60's! All women are welcome.

DATE, TIME, PLACE: Saturday, June 2, 2012, 11 a.m., Maybury State Park, Northville, off of Eight Mile Road, west of Beck Road.
DIRECTIONS: Enter off of Eight Mile. Go past the toll booth; turn right at the stop sign; then left into the parking lot. Meet in the lot near the unmarked brown brick building.
--From M-14, take exit 18 (Beck Road). If you’re coming from the east, turn right at the end of the ramp onto Beck Road. If you’re coming from the west, turn left at the end of the ramp onto Beck Road.
--Follow Beck 4 miles to Eight Mile Road; turn west (left) and go just over a mile to the main park entrance.
--From I-275, take exit 167 (Eight Mile). If you’re coming from the north, turn right at the end of the ramp onto Eight Mile Road. If you’re coming from the south, turn left at the end of the ramp onto Eight Mile Road.
-- Take Eight Mile about 4˝ miles to the main park entrance.
TERRAIN: About 20% hilly.
