FOR ALL RETURNING FAMILYS FEE'S ARE DUE BY :
AUGUST 1,2008. NEEDS TO HAVE ALL FORMS AND
FEES PAID IN FULL BY THAT DATE. THANKS...

and brian's and the good lord.

Some Requirements are:

1.$50.00 membership fee.

2.at no time is fee refunded.

3.money orders only.make it out to Jimmie M Ward.with it please send your
name ,phone ,address and a e-mail address with it,so i can contact you.

4..send in all fee's ,then we will send the forms for you to fill out.

5.All fee's and forms must be paid and done in full before covering starts.

6.All students must have a test done before the end of each school year
(parents pays for this.)SAT,Cat, are some examples.
