- Public policy concerns and ideas that are under municipal-level control.
- Announcements of Town-affiliated programs and non-partisan public meetings with list- appropriate subject matter.
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY:
- All Town Meeting Members, town management and designated employees, elected officials and officially appointed members of town committees and boards.

- As a courtesy, any list member may post messages on behalf of non- members, if such messages otherwise meet these guidelines.
POSTING RULES
- Be polite and respectful in tone. As in Town Meeting, list members should address the issue, not the personality, and should not impute motive.
- Sign all messages and identify your committee or position if you are writing in an official capacity.
- Change your subject line if the topic has evolved.
- Don't respond to off-topic postings.
- Write announcements of programs and meetings in a factual/informational tone.
- During Town Meeting Season our Appropriate Topics list still applies, but any continued discussion of topics not specifically relevant to the current Town Meeting should take place elsewhere. Please flag such postings to remind readers to respond off-list. Emergent town issues of obvious urgency are excepted.
