This group is for the residents of the Prospect Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn New York and has a focus on quality of life issues. The purpose of this group is to share information about activities and events in the neighborhood that affect our daily living. The goal is to improve our lives and neighborhood. This will hopefully take the "Neighborhood Watch" program to a new level. Please feel free to report activities and events you have either observed or been informed about and have taken place in our neighborhood. If you have called the police, please post about the nature of your call and the response from the Precinct. How long did it take? Was there an appropriate resolution to the problem? Do you know of incidents that the rest of us may be unaware of: home robberies and/or break-ins? Shootings? Car theft? Scams? Issues with Sanitation? Building owned by a disinterested or absentee landlord? Vandalism? Problems with noise? Lets keep a log of what is REALLY going on the in greater Lefferts Manor neighborhood.
