I wish to propose that 2006 be a year when we try to bring new life to this
league -- not necessarily activity, but life. Currently, the league is
composed of several redundant mailing lists and there are at least three or
four websites searchable online which all claim to be the current site of
the LoM. My office typically recives two to five letters a month now from
new states who want to join the LoM but, even when they find the correct
page, all of the application forms fail and the contact addresses bounce or
are never replied to. If we can fix this one issue, we may find some of our
other problems follow suit, and the new year, a time of rebirth and trying
again, is the time to do it. We could profit greatly by eliminating all
outdated pages, removing the unecessary mailing lists, and generally
removing some of this self-defeating confusion.

Does anyone feel that this is a worthy endeavour? More importantly, do the
people who own the passwords feel inclined to help?

           It is that time of year again, in which the entire world (micro and macronational) stops to celebrate   the birth of Jesus Christ in a lowly stable in Bethlehem almost exactly 2006 years ago.  This event, which truly represented the birth of a new world, commands our reverence and veneration, as we bring about this rebirth each year in exercising  our generosity, being together with those we hold dear, and a time at which 
the world should experience peace.
             This will be the ninth Christmas Holiday that we have celebrated in the  Holy Empire of Réunion, and we express our heartfelt thanks to those who  have assisted us in making this happen.  I look foreward in glad  anticipation of the work we will share in this next year.  I sincerely hope that our goals, of raising  micronationry  to new heights of grandeur and utilitarian ambition, can  be reached through the mutual sharing of our efforts, and collaboration  towards our goals.  Let us, in this next year, try to bring the characteristics of the Christmas Spirit, that of Generousity, love and  peace, to the Micronational community, and further these same virtues in  our daily lives as well.
                  The Holy Empire has enjoyed a year of much progress, growing more every day, and trying to become more accessible to young, new micronations. During the year, it has been the policy of the Imperial Chancellery to become more and more involved in intermicronational affairs, participating in Leagues and Organizations of micronations, to improve interaction amongst micronationalists, which has always been an important objective of the Réunian Crown.

Fellow Nations,

I have drawn up a layout (estimate) for the proposed
32 acres of land for Microna (the drawing is on the
Microna Yahoo Group Page (PDF)). The City map for the
main street is also drawn up and will be posted
shorty(tommorrow). The map that is posted now is for
picking your nations spot.

We have 30 spots of 100ftx100ft going for $10/month
each. We have 7 spots of 200ftx200ft (almost an acre)
going for $45/month each. The other spots (blank are
accounted for already).

The City map will have an adeqaute spot for a UN style
meeting for ALL micronations (bldg upto 70 x 200) if
needed. We also would like to announce at this time
that the City Of Microna would like to be the yearly
host and meeting place for ALL micronations for a
SUMMIT.

Again, if interested in this project email me ASAP.
I have gotten requests coming in DAILY for pieces of
the 'pie'. Just let me know what section to reserve
for your nations.

Fellow Nations,

The Republic of Veshault has decided to re-open the offer to other
micronations to join us on this quest for land in the mid-west of the
United States. We are seeking no less than 10 acres and up from that.
We will be heading this project up under the City Of Microna name
sake for which we started back in 2001/2002.

We will offer 'rental' space and land/property leases for building
sites for other micronations to rent/lease from us. The sites will
be no less than 100 ft. x 100 ft. in dimension with cost TBD. The
terms are on the lease which will be emailed to interested parties

Fellow Nations,

The Republic Of Veshault has awoke from a slumber.
We have remanned our posts and will be updating all shortly.
We were back in 2001/2002 trying to build a 'real' location called
Microna. We had 'INCORPORATED' the city name 'Microna'. We had minted
coins and were disbursing them in hopes of 'pre-building' and economy
and following, as well as show a 'this can be done' attitude. We had
even received the 'Zip' code request forms from the USPS.

We had faultered by relying on others to succeed and admittedly
purchasing 40 acres without being able to afford the whole property
on own own was our downfall. We are actively pursuing this venture
once more.

The last remenants of the Vulcan Empire is about to
merge into the UUU. I request as the Vulcan Ambassador

      The treaty is almost finished to formalize it.
